My experience was middling, so the review will go right in the middle. I like Jackie V's breakdown. Service: 4 stars. At times I was a bit ignored, but since I was talking to comedian friends and watching them on stage, that wasn't the greatest sin. I was never left looking around impatiently. Food: 4.5 stars. It was taco tuesday, and I do recommend the tacos. It's a good deal for a good amount of tasty food. They don't have that many options, but there are some other things to try on non-Tuesdays that look appetizing. Beer: 3.5 stars. A bit lacking on selection, but I was able to find at least one interesting one to drink. Bar may have been a bit backed up because of comedy night. So far, a solid 4 stars, but then we get to: Atmosphere: 1.5 stars. And that's not because it's a dive bar. I give plenty of stars for that. It's because they scheduled comedy night at the same time as a pool (billiards) tournament. Comedy night was just thrown in. Patrons in the back were talking loudly the whole time, so the constant clack of balls wasn't even a distraction compared to just trying to hear what each comic was saying. I had to shush people several times and just gave up after awhile. Rude patrons, but terrible planning and an unprofessional job by Nikki's. If this was a comedy club, I'd rate it 1 star and never go back. But it's not. It's a dive bar first and foremost. So yeah, I'd come here just for a bar night if I was in Little Ferry. But you would have to pay my mileage and tab to get me to go here again for comedy.

Cute clean sports bar with lots of bright TVs lining the walls and white bar area with lots of high top tables. Good service and excellent happy hour food and drink specials. Added bonus they serve the margaritas in REAL margarita glasses! I don't know why but for some reason margaritas always taste better out of a real margarita glass, LOL!

Happy Hour till 9pm everyday, can you ask for more? They're happy hour menu features beer, wine, cocktails and some food. Prices are very reasonable! I had the mussels, wings and chicken fingers. Mussels were made in a nice tomato based sauce, although slightly undercooked the sauce really made up for it. Comes with some bread so make sure to dip up the sauce with it, you won't regret this one. Tried the wings coated with garlic Parmesan. They had a really nice flavor just wish the wings were a little more crispier. The chicken fingers were really good, had mine with buffalo sauce and these were just made perfect. Crispy but still enough sauce to get that nice flavor. Would definitely come back just because they're happy hour has probably one of the best deals you'll find around this area. See you soon!

Been wanting to try Nikki's for quite some time, so i was out riding and decided today was the day, i walked in and sat at the bar the bartender was very nice and introduced herself which to me is a big plus, looked at the menu and they have some good items, I noticed what the girl next to me was having and she described it as heaven so i ordered the short rib grilled cheese sandwich with onions and she was right this was delicious, the service was great. Will be back very soon.

The bar area is beautifully adorned with embroidery patches acknowledging the police, fire department, medical services and armed forces. As a bonus, the bar area has USB/plug outlets for patrons to conveniently charge their phone while dining. Nachos Grande: This appetizer was practically a meal in itself; the nachos can easily feed 2-3 people. Hidden beneath the tortilla chips were mounds of salsa, melted jack cheese, shredded lettuce and hearty chunks of chicken. (If you do not prefer chicken, you can also choose chili for the same price.) You are receiving a vast variety of toppings and there is more than a fair share of flavor. Roast beef with garlic bread: There was decent amount of shredded beef piled in between soft, doughy garlic bread. The roast beef was tender and moist and it had a perfect ratio of mozzarella. For a small up charge, I substituted mashed potatoes in place of fries. It was definitely worth it because the potatoes were hot and creamy with a thick mound of hot gravy in the center. Chicken Parm: On a positive note, the fries were spot on. They were hot and crispy with a billowy potato filling. Unfortunately, I couldn't necessarily acquire a taste for the CP sandwich. The cutlet was too thin (I prefer thicker cutlets when served as a hero because it pairs better with the toasted garlic bread). The mozzarella was missing a char. Regardless of this single sandwich, I enjoyed everything else and the service was amazing. The servers are very down to earth. They always refilled my glass and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend exploring this location when you're next in the area. A limited size parking lot is across the street, but there are many side streets to where you can easily find a parking space. #the101pub #bogotanj #nachosgrande #chickenparm #roastbeefwithmozzarella

Chicken Bacon Ranch Piadina: This sandwich was packed with chunks of chicken and chopped bacon (obviously, based on the name of this menu item) and was served on a crispy Parmesan wrap. The ranch was not smothered onto the sandwich, but was served on the side. I feel this was a better alternative because the dressing absorbs into the sandwich which compromises the texture. The presentation of the sandwich could have been better; it needed to be aligned more symmetrically. Salted Caramel Pizookie: This dessert is a variation from an original chocolate chip cookie Pizookie. Toffee, pretzel bites, and white & dark chocolate chip morsels were mixed into the warm caramel cookie. The confection was topped with a single scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. I enjoyed it down to the last bite and craved more. Upon ordering, I did not realize only miniature pizookies are included with this weekday special, hence the name of the ad, "Pizookie Meal Deal." I found out after the fact I could have substituted a regular sized Pizookie for a $4 up charge. (Had I known, I would have upgraded in a heartbeat.) The meal was decent for the most part, but the service was outstanding. Bartender Enrique was very attentive. He kept my water glass filled. When I requested a doggie bag, he also brought me a separate cup of ranch sauce for the leftovers. Enrique was conversational and it was a pleasure being served by him. #bjsbrewhouse #pizookie #minipizookie #saltedcaramelpizookie

When I told my mom where we were going her reaction- "omg that place is still around?!? It use to be excellent back in the day!" Well I am happy to report this place is just as good today as it was during my mother's heyday. I decided to get a few oysters and clams to start off with and everything was just so fresh. As an entree the Seafood in a spicy red sauce was easily one of the best I have had in a very long time. There was a generous amount of seafood within the dish, the sauce I swear I could just drink it out of a cup and the pasta was cooked perfectly. My husband got the bbq ribs which I didn't try but you could see how they just slid right off the bone and he couldn't stop talking about how good they were. We ended our meal with some strong espresso. I enjoyed how it is a very casual atmosphere with a nice bar area that had a few TVs to watch some sports games. No need to dress to impress. The service was a little bit on the slower side but the waitress was very nice. The man who brought out my oysters, I asked him which were the east coast and which where in the west coast oysters, along with asking him where in the west coast my oysters were from and he couldn't tell me. I just think a place should just know these things is they are selling them. Nonetheless we still really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to return.

My partner, our friends, and I have been to this family-owned establishment numerous times and decided to have dinner last night. The reservation was easily made via OpenTable. Upon entering this casual vibe, we were greeted by the host. There is a lively sports bar side full of TVs and a dining room side, where we got a booth immediately by the window. Their menu has a wide array of options, rivaled only by the countless photographs and mementos that fill nearly every inch of wall space. There are many sandwiches, a half-dozen salads, thin-crust pizzas, and a substantial range of pastas. For starters, we decided on two dozen East Coast oysters on a half shell and Steamed Mussels with white wine butter broth. A side of Italian bread was brought for dipping. As a main meal, we opted for the Turkey Chili, Baby Back Ribs, Fried Calamari, Caesar salad, and Fries. The food was excellent and delicious, using the freshest ingredients. The portions were healthy. The staff went out of their way to make one feel welcome, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Our server was Hadiyah. The price was reasonable.
