I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received here. I ordered wings with a specific dry rub flavor and asked for them well done, and not once but TWICE they were made incorrectly. After sending them back two times, the third batch I received was completely burnt, which was just as unacceptable as the first two attempts. While waiting for my $55 order, I politely asked for a cup of water. I was told they don't have water cups. However, moments later, the gentleman working near the soda machine asked for one and was immediately given a small clear plastic cup right in front of me. That was honestly frustrating and felt very dismissive. During this time, I overheard the manager mention that the restaurant is privately owned, which doesn't excuse poor customer service. What made the experience even worse was when I finally asked for a refund after receiving burnt chicken, and Lisa laughed when I did. I'm not sure who is responsible for training staff here, but the customer service was extremely unprofessional. I was also told that the manager instructs cashiers not to give paying customers water cups, which is just strange and unnecessary. 01/28/25 Easy agreement for dinner. Hard part was choosing what flavors. Did a mobile order and picked the 40 piece bone-in for 5 people. Was able to pick 4 flavors so we tried out the spicy Korean: ginger, garlic, sriracha, and crushed red pepper creating the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, hot honey rub: sweet honey in a fiery dry rub , original hot: heat and tangy, and our go-to lemon pepper: zesty lemon and cracked black pepper. It comes with large seasoned fries, 2 orders of veggie sticks and 4 ranches. Everything was great as always. The store is nestled within a plaza that is next to Big Saver grocery store. Lots of parking but consider yourself lucky if you get a spot right in front of the store. Service is always good here. The individuals working here just get things done. I did a price comparison on single wings too. This Wingstop charges $24.99 for 20 single wings (no dip, etc). Another nearby Wingstop charges just $19.99 for 20 wings (no dip, etc). $5 difference for the SAME Thing!!! TERRIBLE LOCATION I went to this location October 13th and upon entering there was a male cashier that had an attitude as soon as I walked to the register. I wasn't sure if he was just having a bad day so I ignored it because everyone has those days. I put in my order (2 chicken sandwich meals) and waited on my food. I was given my food by someone that was in the back and that gentleman had great energy (total opposite of the cashier). I leave with my food and upon getting home I began to eat my sandwich. Usually, I cut all of my sandwiches in half, but for some reason on this trip I didn't. I took a bite out of it, chewed it, and noticed it had a weird, rubbery texture. After the first bite, I went to cut the sandwich to see why was the chicken's texture the way that it is. I cut the sandwich to see that it wasn't fully cooked! It had some white rubbery stuff (idk the proper word) on the chicken that 1000% was from it not being cooked long enough. I squeezed the sandwich and it was so rubbery and I could see the chicken juice still running through the chicken. I was beyond disgusted, especially since I swallowed the first piece of chicken. Now i'm more than understanding as a customer because I myself work in customer service so I understand mistakes happen, but this was an inexcusable mistake. This is poultry, you can't make mistakes like this as I could've caught salmonella from this. I was angry, but I didn't go back to the restaurant because I didn't want to spread any negative energy so instead I told this same story to customer service in a survey. About a week later, a customer service representative reached out to me about the situation . She asked what could she do to right their wrongs. I told her that i'd like for her to spread this message to the store so no one else goes through what I did and also i'd like to have my order compensated (about $20 worth of food was purchased). In the mail I received a gift card from this Wingstop location......with $5 on it. Five US Dollars. Not only was this not nearly the amount of money I spent on the food, but this wasn't even enough money for me to be able to buy another sandwich with tax included! The certified mail envelope they sent the gift card costed them $4.60 to ship......my gift card was $5! This is a beyond ridiculous situation on the part of everyone involved (the cashier, the cook, and the customer service representative). $5 for my troubles after serving raw poultry and almost giving me salmonella is just ridiculous. read more

I have to admit, I've had some not great experiences at other Wingstop locations, but when this location opened close to my work, my being tired of all the food around here as well as my obsession for wings now and again (meaning when I want them, I gotta have them now!) I ordered a 30 piece boneless (Monday & Tuesday they are on a great special) I got 10 original spicy, 10 mild, and 10 lemon pepper, as well as ordering them a little well done! Got back and my coworker and I started in on them and getting them a little well done was perfect, they were nice and crispy! The lemon pepper wings were very good, maybe a little too salty but still yummy. The mild were just that, flavorful but definitely very very little kick which is fine, also still crispy! The original hot were good as well, and also not too hot, but just a bit of a kick. If you prefer your wings hot, definitely go with another spicier wing. These are just a mild kick. The price was just at $20 bucks for the 30 wings, and I have to admit I was very surprised that the wings were cooked perfectly and the flavors were all very good. The service was super friendly, and the timing quoted was right on. However their lemon pepper wings I ordered once and they were very very very salty. Had it been an in dining experience I would've returned it. But instead I got stuck with it. This wingstop has always done a great job until today. I placed an order from where I work which takes about 30 mins to get here. The app told me it should be ready on estimated time which was 25-31mins. Well I understand that but what I don't understand is that I had to wait another 15 mins for my order. Also train some of your employees to not laugh about how long the wait will be for an order. One employee went to ask how much more longer and the other employees laughed about it and replied back that 15 mins more since it's well done wings. Never had a problem until today.
