    Cold BURNT waffle fries

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? If I could give this restaurant a zero star rating, I would definitely do so. I was missing a fish fillet, my shrimp was cold, my chicken was burnt but still ice cold, and my fries were so burnt that they were almost black and orange. To top it all off, the restaurant had the audacity to place a balled-up napkin at the bottom of my fries, as if it were supposed to make them look full. This experience was absolutely appalling and I highly do not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances.

Horrible!! Horrible!! Super Bowl, Sunday, Wings. My order was honey garlic Sriracha wings. They were naked!! Skimpy, skimpy sauce. Where's the sauce!! I have been a customer for the last four years and authored one of the first complementary reviews. Tremendously disappointed. More than half of my wings had almost no flavor. This was the only place I would get Wings. Did you change cooks??? Are you the new owner?? I now need to reconsider.

    No chicken too much ranch

This place should be called skimpcal wings. They were graceful when they first opened but over the years they just been getting worse and worse. I ordered a mango madness socal fries no cheese and they drowned my order in ranch instead of the sauce for the chicken. Not only that they only gave me 5 little pieces of chicken with my fries. Tf am I paying 10$ for only fries. They need to stop giving out skimpy orders this is the 3rd it's happened.

My niece said this place was better than wing stop so I had to try it yesterday. I ordered the buffalo and lemon pepper wings with fries. Everything was so good. The fries were seasoned so well. The music in the establishment was fire. The service was good and quick. They made sure to ask if you wanted dipping sauce. They even gave us a coupon. I will be back.

Spicy garlic Sriracha wings with zucchini fries

The food is delicious and fresh and my number one recommendation is their zucchini fries with ranch dressing and a side of their spicy sauce. The fish, shrimp and ZUCCHINI FRIES ARE THE BEST IN LONG BEACH!!!

    FRIED JUMBO SHRIMP

The food was hot and fresh. I didn't go inside, my husband did. I highly recommend the jumbo shrimp.

    Lemon Pepper Wings

Terrible. Weird smelling wings, I got the lemon pepper and the fried shrimp smelled really strong of fish. Won't be back.

Ok came here after reading some reviews on this place! I got the 10 piece wings with mango madness and house special. I also the 5 piece jumbo shrimp and fries! Wings were good, almost all flats 8 of 10 wings and only 2 drumsticks.. Why? Lol so i knock off a star off there! The shrimp was ok with a bland taste, nothing amazing, the cocktail sauce not good IMO. The cajun fries were really good as many people mentioned here with a drink option. So all this for about $27 dollars is kind of steep. Food is getting expensive everywhere around long beach. They have a 2nd location in westminster california also. The place is big and right on the corner of PCH and Atlantic. They have an ATM inside. Parking in the back not an issue but could be dangerous come late night but they have a door in the back that leads into the restaurant. Very nice people running the place. Overall i wouldn't spend $27 dollars again for the items i got.

Great wings and fresh food. Friendly workers. The only downside is wings are extremely tiny. Not worth the price.

We ordered the veggie pizza, the pepperoni pizza and the BBQ chicken pizza, lemon pepper wings, and hot wings, and the potato wedges. Our party had roughly 15 people and that was more than enough to feed us all and we had plenty of leftovers. The veggie pizza and the pepperoni pizza were DELICIOUS! The cheese is so good, and they do not skimp. The BBQ chicken pizza was good but we all thought it needed more BBQ sauce. The wings were crunchy and full of flavor! The wedges were cut to a decent size, seasoned well and crunchy on the outside. Their ranch is also great, I am not sure if it's made in house but it tastes like it is. The staff were incredible accommodating, super sweet, and made sure we had everything we needed. They were showing the baseball game so the TVs were a little loud but overall it was a really great place. It was the best way to end the night after graduating with my masters degree! Woot woot!

That said, I have come back many times for both from Geeko. There is plenty of parking. There is a small dine in area with maybe 6-8 tables, but I think many people order to go. The staff are soooooooo nice. They take the time to ask her preferences and encourage me to be adventurous like giving me a side of the spicy sauce that I was initially hesitant to try. (the spicy sauce is definitely on the more spicy side, but just shy of covering up all other flavor) Ordering ahead on the phone is pretty easy since they don't have a super extensive menu. If you are in a hurry and you are ordering wings, all ahead. The wings are made to order and they come out so crispy and so juicy (but hot!). Some wings you get for the combo of the sauce and the chicken, these ones I find myself ordering the crispy original because I get to savor the crunchy with the beautiful umami of the chicken and it is not at all bland. If you order when you arrive, the kimbap is ready in about 5 minutes, but the chicken take maybe another 5-10 mins. Last time I went I also got kimchi fried rice (literally didn't know it was on the menu because I have tunnel vision on the wings). It's a smaller portion than some, but the flavor was so big (rich flavor and spicier than most I've tried). It was the perfect dish for being sated but not overstuffed. I'm definitely working that into the rotation of my order (wings plus one other thing ) in the future!

The hot sauce is over power of vignette so a it too sour for me but not enough spicy. The fish, however is perfectly cooked and coded. Juicy inside and perfectly thin crusty outside. The tartar sauce is abit off for me but eating by itself is just fine for me. Fries are good but I'm not into it so..but perfectly cooked and crunchy and pipping hot. I got the 40 Pack with Saigon Street, Korean Kick, Peking and Cali Rub. Sauce coverage was good, but the wings themselves tasted overcooked. I can forgive to-go wings losing some crisp, but the meat itself was tough, chewy and dry. That's the part you can't sauce your way out of. Saigon Street was my favorite flavor. It had the Vietnamese fish sauce wing profile I wanted: savory, a little sweet and solid overall. I would've liked more tang, but I'd order the flavor again. The problem was that almost half of that batch were tiny overcooked flats with barely any chicken on them. At that point, they're basically saucing bones. Korean Kick was solid: sweet with a little heat, pretty much what I expected. Classic thick Yangnyeom profile without blazing spice. Cali Rub reminded me of a BBQ-style seasoning, but there wasn't enough rub on mine. Smoky, sweet and it works well. I actually enjoyed this one a lot, it just needed more rub. Bomb flavor, light execution. Peking was my least favorite. It was edible enough, but it tasted more like char siu than Peking. Deep red, thick, sweet-savory and missing the plum-style tang I expected. Basically char siu that never saw the fire. If they called it char siu, I'd probably have fewer complaints. Calling it "sweet and sour" just made the missing tang stand out more. The seasoned fries were rough. They're that battered, seasoned dredge-style fry, similar to Rally's or Checkers, so they're already on the oily side by design. Enjoyable for a few bites and that's about it. The garlic noodles had a really good chewy texture, but they were dry as hell and the garlic was missing in action. I mostly tasted parmesan and parsley more than anything. Great chew, no garlic, no moisture. For dipping sauces, the blue cheese was okay. The honey mustard leaned more savory, almost like Chick-fil-A's Honey Roasted BBQ packet, instead of bright, sweet and tangy. Not really what I want from honey mustard. Veggies were fine: thick cut and crisp. Pickup was fine, but the location is annoying if you're just trying to grab food and go. You have to park in the structure and pull a ticket. First 90 mins free if you wanna walk around or dine in. Overall, Fire Wings has good flavor ideas, but this order had too many execution issues. I'd still consider trying it again because some flavors worked, but the chicken needs to meet the sauces halfway.
