It was not closing time they still had online orders horrible service
    Nashi D. M.

Absolutely disappointing service below zero customer service tonight on May 13th around 10PM. The male Caucasian worker working tonight was beyond rude and honestly one of the worst employees I've ever dealt with in the restaurant industry. We drove all the way from Downey because we've been to this location before and have always been served, even around 10:30PM. Tonight the doors were still open, so we walked in thinking service was still available. Instead of properly explaining anything, the worker immediately said, "No more orders, online only," with a rude attitude and zero professionalism and this was still 45 minutes before closing. No apology, no customer service, no attempt to explain respectfully. Just dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Owners, you seriously need to train your staff better because employees like this ruin the reputation of your business. I understand workers may not care the same way owners do, but the way this employee treated customers was completely unacceptable. I'll still support the restaurant because I know this isn't how the business usually operates, but management needs to address the worker who was there on May 13th at 10PM. Completely gross and unexpected experience.

My absolute FAVORITE wing place by far way better than wing stop or buffalo! Salt and pepper wings all flats extra crispy and Dragon wings are the best flavors on the menu plus that house made ranch!!! Love love loveeeeeeee fire wings!

When in doubt. Go for wings :) Wings make for a quick, easy and satisfying bite anytime and Fire Wings is the place. Fire Wings is a casual, growing Restaurant chain. They offer wings any which way you like. Bone-in or boneless in 21 different flavors separated into 3 categories. Classic, Dry rub and fusion. They also offer salads, sandwiches, tender fries and just fries with seasoning or good old fashion plain. Mini meals for kids as well as soft drinks, domestic and craft beer. This Location is inside the 2nd and PCH center adjacent Chase bank and the Whole foods market. The parking garage is free for up to 90 min and $2 per hour after that. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The interior has a rustic industrial feel. There is a bar area with 3 televisions showing sports all the time. Good for hanging out with friends. The service is always friendly and prices are reasonable. If you like wings, i recommend trying them out.

.85 cent boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays

This restaurant (and location) was my very first "group Yelp event"! I'll always remember it. It definitely "stuck" because I've eaten at Fire Wings a decent amount of times now. The wings are great. The ranch is really good. The garlic noodles are yummy. Monday and Tuesday are boneless wing day and are .85 each. I believe they also have Wing Wednesday but I need to confirm do sure....

I ordered wings to get delivered and love my wings extra crispy and all flats. This place's wings are DELICIOUS. I got exactly what I ordered and it was delivered by DoorDash so quick. I'm thoroughly pleased and plan on ordering again next time I'm in town.

It was my first time at Fire Wings and I was excited to try it. Walking in I was greeted immediately, ___ asked me if I was picking up as she was hustling on packing up to-go orders and let me know she'd be with me in a second. Baron quickly stepped in to help me out and I got the buffalo chicken tender fries with added lemon pepper, I was undecided on a beer but he patiently waited for me to make my decision. My meal felt like a pretty shareable portion but very delicious. Overall the vibe was chill.

DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Austin (helped me again ) This is the second time I come to this location and the customer service was horrible. I got a burned burger COLD BUN & a lettuce from the other guy with dirty gloves touching mops. To top it off didn't even get to eat my lunch so going back to work on an empty stomach and into a long shift

    ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWICH with FRIES

Was walking around 2ND & PCH and got caught with the name of this place-- Fire Wings. Yum!!! We were starving and wings sounded like the perfect meal. My girlfriend and I ordered a 20 pc wing for us to share and my hungry self added in a delicious chicken sandwich with fries as well! The fries were crisp, thick, and delicious!!! A good amount was given and I didn't even get to finish it all. The chicken sandwich was so delicious and scrumptious. For the wings we picked 3 flavors: original buffalo (a classic), bbq, and dragon (sweet and tangy). They were tossed wonderfully in the sauce and fried to perfection. I enjoyed every single wing and we ate as much as we could to our heart's content!!! The lady that took our order was also super friendly and helped answer our questions initially on how the flavors tasted-- also, there is 21 different wing flavors on the menu!!! Amazing!! Had such a great experience here and we were opting for dinner later that night, but ended up being so full we didn't need dinner anymore. It was quite calm inside while we sat and ate and it was definitely needed from our hectic day.

Some fire wings and some fire fries and some fire veggies

This place literally explains itself... Fire Wings! Coming in, I expected the wings to be okay and be compared to Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings, but after trying it, I think it's waaay better. The wings come unbattered, and in my opinion makes the wings juicier compared to being battered. They have an abundant amount of flavors with both wet and dry rub. I tried the lemon pepper (bomb), original Buffalo (bomb), and the Saigon street (bomb), and they were all very good. The wings are crispy and juicy. I also tried the garlic fries and they hit the spot. The fries are crinkle cut fries and are soft and crispy. I definitely recommend getting the fries to pair with the wings. This place also has a good amount of beers on tap. This place is located in 2nd and PCH so you're surrounded by great stores and food spots. The restaurant is nice and clean, and the reason that I'm giving this place 5 stars instead of 4 is the excellent customer service. It's a fast casual type of restaurant so you order at the register, then they bring the food to your table, but the workers come around and check up on you and make sure that everything is good.

This place is solid when it comes to flavors and even with wings that are crispy. They have a big selection of food ranging from different flavors and side dishes you can add like garlic noodles. The service was very fast and the cashier was very nice about large order so I think the service was amazing. It was late at night so it wasn't as packed as usual. I overall liked the vibe and how consistent the wings were with each flavor.

First, they only take reservations for groups of eight or more. We were a group of five so therefore we were at the mercy of availability and the wait time at 5pm was close to an hour. Normally, I believe the wait time would have been less had it not been for a band that was scheduled to play across the street on the beach at 6pm. The locals were pooring into the Hang Out to dine before the band started, which caused congestion and raised the talk volume. Bad timing on our end. We took advantage of the Wednesday (Fish Fry) Special: 50% off fish 'n' chips, fried fish sandwiches, and fried fish tacos with a drink purchase. The food came out in a timely fashion which was a plus, but down side was all of our ordered entrees were somewhat generic in appeal and flavor. Perhaps there is not much one can do to upside fish 'n' chips or fried fish tacos. In conclusion, the hostess was very apologetic, the food arrived to our table hot and we did enjoy ourselves.

I placed a mobile order and arrived at the scheduled pickup time. When I got there, the order still wasn't ready, so I waited an additional 10 minutes. Afterward, I contacted the restaurant to explain the situation and asked if they could either remake the food or provide a refund since I never received or ate the order. They refused to do either. I understand that policies exist, but some level of common sense and customer service should apply, especially when the delay wasn't caused by me and I was responding to an emergency call while serving the local community. In all my years as a first responder, I've never encountered a restaurant unwilling to work with a customer under circumstances like these.

We started with appetizers: mussels ($23) and braised lamb belly ($25). For the main course, we ordered a ribeye steak ($69), Scottish salmon ($46), and "dirty pasta" ($36). Drinks included a glass of wine ($17) and a glass of Coke ($4.50). With tax ($23.15) and an "employee benefits" charge ($5.51), the total came to $249.16 before gratuity. The mussels are cooked in a broth of white wine, nduja sausage, tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, and parsley, with a toasted baguette served on the side. I liked the overall taste of the dish, but the mussels were small. The braised lamb belly was an interesting dish, as it was served with kimchi and thin sheets of daikon radish on the side. I assumed the idea was to make a "taco" by combining the three components. I liked it, though the lamb had bit of gaminess which might not appeal to everyone. The ribeye plate comes as steak only, with sides available à la carte. The steak was cooked nicely--juicy and flavorful, though I was a bit surprised by how rich it tasted. The "dirty pasta" features large rigatoni, ground duck, ricotta, and sauce. It was good, and the duck made for an interesting change from the usual beef. As a complete plated meal, I think the Scottish salmon was impressive--both for its visual presentation and the taste of the meal as a whole. The restaurant floor has a split-level design. Upon entering, you'll find a large oval bar surrounded by tables and booths. Step down a level, and there are seats offering views of the Long Beach marina. This area with a view is protected by windows--which is good, as the marine air is often cool and breezy. It seems that nearly all the establishments owned by this restaurant group have names starting with the letter or word "A." When searching online, use the words "a pch restaurant," as "a pch" alone is apparently too vague a search term. A final note to management: I was surprised to see a $5.51 charge for "employee benefit" on our bill. I playfully asked our server what benefits this covered, but they didn't know. They mentioned it could be removed if I objected, but I chose not to. My point is, if you're charging diners, shouldn't your staff be able to explain it? And if the line item can be so easily discharged, maybe you shouldn't be adding it in the first place.
