Every time I come for my lunch especially on Wednesday the service and food experience is horrible, you have the front crew on there cell phones, only see one manager on duty that looks like she is 12 years old? Why would Wing Stop hire 12 year old managers, she was being so loud and rude referring about a guest that was having trouble with the soda machine, I mean maybe the guest didn't understand Spanish but I did and the other guest around me did to, she kept saying how dum she was that she couldn't hold the pore button for the soda. Bottom point my order was wrong they gave me all bone in and I asked for boneless, they gave me Honey Mustard and I asked for ranch. The only reason I keep coming here is because is 2 blocks away from my job.. The fries are rather good and is a plus point, however the place is known for its wings aaaaand it's just like mediocre ya know? I was so pumped when Wing Stop opened up in the neighborhood, I had gotten tired of driving down to the one on Pico and even the one on Venice! I went here last week and ate in, everyone was so nice and the boneless wings are 50 cents every Monday and Tuesday. They also have one of those super coke machines, freestyle I think they call it. Today I ordered on the app because I had a coupon for free fries for my birthday that was expiring soon. I noted that I had the coupon on the app's notes, they acknowledged it and made the order how I ordered it, very nicely, and wished my a happy birthday by name. Wingstop is a chain and this location is just as good as any other - the wings are always out piping hot and delicious, fries are solid, and they have one of those coke freestyle machines so you can get whatever drink you fancy. If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! I have gone there many times but today was probably the last time I will ever go there again! My first issue with this location is that if you order to go you won't always get what you order so be sure to check your order before you leave this has happened to me at least 3 times and I've address it with the staff and all they say is" well guess we're sorry". Another thing why is the staff always just messing around while people are waiting for their order to be taken another customer wanted to fight with me because we were all cramped in there trying to place our orders irritated with one another. They also forget to give you your order if you don't go up there and ask for it I once waited 30 minutes for my order and they had it there all along so my fries were cold and stale. Lastly why do they bother taking online orders if they aren't going to have your order when you get there I literally drive from universal City to this location at 5 o clock traffic just to be told when I got there that the person who took my order didn't put it in the system and I would have to wait "10 minutes maybe" to get my order. The last two days I have tried ordering from this location. First issue is that they are the only wingstop location that doesn't offer online ordering. Drive there yesterday and at 6pm and there were employees in there but the doors were locked. I asked through the glass why they were closed so early and they rudely just pointed at the closed sign with no explanation. Today I call them to place an order for pickup at 7pm and they answer the phone, when I tell them I would like to place an order they state that they are closed and that they may open up again later...I asked why, they said they are having machine problems, and I asked is that why you were closed yesterday and they said yes but we may open back up later tonight? Doesn't make much sense that they keep opening and then closing randomly early. I would think the owner of the location wouldn't want to be paying his employees to be there if the business isn't even operating. I don't know what's going on with that location but they need to get their things in order. read more

Worst Wingstop ever. Barely any fries and there was a ton of oil left on the wings but not enough seasoning. Had to put paper towel to soak up the oil before I asked them to add more seasoning to the wings. I ate 10 fries and realized they gave me a handful of fries went to tell them and they made it seem like I ate them and brought it back. I only had my food for around 3 min and ate two wings. Also I was sitting right in front of the counter so I wouldn't eat a bunch then go up there. Another women was having issues with her order and customer service. Maybe because everyone was in there early 20s. Maybe hire and older manager. I usually go to the Culver City location and they really go out of there way to make things right. I would suggest going to another nearby location because for $15 I need the food to be up to there national standards. I love this place. Everyone yells welcome to Wing Stop and is very friendly. I'm a regular so they even know my name. They are friendly and nice. And the food is super fresh. My favorite is the Hot chicken strips with ranch and French fries. Also on Mondays and Tuesday's the chicken wings are about .60 and you can have boneless if you'd like. Ordered a 10 piece with the add-on 5 piece and they gave me 4 of one flavor and 11 of another flavor. This is the worst Wingstop ever!!!! I went here a few months ago and the food was gross! So today I decide to give them another try. Maybe the first time was a bad cook. I will give them another try since I work in the area. WRONG!!!!! I ordered online. I clicked the box for extra well done chicken strips. The chicken strips were barely done let alone extra well done. The fries were soft and under cooked with no fry seasoning. Of course I saw all of this once I got back to work and was about to eat.
