I am very disappointed at this wing stop! They never tend to have change even if the order is half of what 100$ is . This is a very busy store literally at USC. Went a few days ago with my kids and My youngest pulled out a hair from her food, when we tried complaining to one of the cashiers she immediately called her manager Brian. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this Wingstop location, and I feel compelled to share it--not just for myself, but as a warning to others. I walked in and waited in line for over 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the employee Edwin completely ignored me and allowed two women who arrived after me to cut in front and place their order. He didn't ask who was next, didn't acknowledge me, and when I spoke up, he brushed me off with, "I already started their order,"--as if that made it okay to skip someone who had been clearly waiting. I'm a Black customer, and the women he served first were Hispanic--like him--and while I can't say for certain, it felt very personal. Whether it was discrimination, favoritism, or just plain disrespect, it was unprofessional, rude, and deeply uncomfortable. This experience completely changed the way I view this location. If you're someone who expects to be treated with basic respect and fairness--especially if you're a person of color--you may want to think twice before coming here. No one deserves to be disregarded, dismissed, or made to feel less than because of who they are. I truly hope corporate takes this seriously. Edwin's behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the brand.
