The first time Jersey Mike's was introduced to me I went with the Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak. This is when I realized that this is the location for hot subs. On this occasion I went with the Mike's Chicken Philly. Since I have to lay low on eating steak I think this will be my go-to from now on. I say so because I visit this location two days in a row. September 13 and 14, requesting the same sandwich. I like to order it with extra meat and extra cheese. I ordered online at a specific time and I must say the team members work very hard to have your order done efficiently. They are very outgoing and interact with the customers as if they enjoy the work that they do. I rushed into quick to grab my sandwich on the first visit but on the second I got a chance to chat with D'Angelo. He was very professional and made me feel welcome. I actually ordered the sandwich for an all-day assembly. So, The morning of, I heated the sandwich and foil to keep it warm till 12pm. It taste perfect!! My suggestion is to order online That way you can park right out front and run in and do a pickup instead of looking for parking. Walk in, check the menu board, place your order, what the sandwich be made - the bread is selected and sliced in half; bottom set in place and the top set to the side for later - meat cut, slice by thin slice and crumpled up on the bottom bread piece - crumpled and not laid flat (this makes a difference - a difference for the positive), next the cheese - sliced and each piece laid on top of the meat - now your sandwich in the making is moved on to the 2nd phase - the question comes next - "would you like this Mike's Way?" - "why yes, of course, Mike's Way please!" Here we go: thin shredded lettuce, onion slices, tomato slices, the rest is all magic spices and sprinkles. The top bread slice is reunited, a knife turns the sandwich into two parts, everything is wrapped tightly and placed in a brown Jersey Mike bag with a specific twist added to the end.
