These workers get paid to invite their friends to the store and stop taking orders before 11pm? Might as well apply for unemployment and let a decent worker get a job. I called at 11pm to place an order but they didn't answer (as usual), so I drove to the store since it's 5 minutes away from me. I got there at 11:20pm and the worker with fried blonde hair and orange roots has the nerve to say they are not taking any more orders at the time. Then a group of guys come in which are the workers friends and they all have a good ole group hug and chat the rest of their shift I'm assuming. I called to place an order over the phone associate notified me that it needs to be less than $25 in order to place a order. My order was over that. Therefore I placed an order online and she called me to notify me that she will not start my Order until I go in with my ID and form of payment. Which to me it doesn't make sense because I already paid for the order I should just be able to pick it up. As I was standing in line other people that ordered online weren't asked for their ids nor their form of payment. I feel so discriminated! I asked for her name and she said she will not provide it. I love wing stop and I'm always up for getting some wings. So today at work I made an order of 50 pieces for me and some of my co workers. I ordered from this location since I work a couple of blocks away, less than a 5 minute drive. We picked it up and brought it back. Smelled good like always. I opened the containers of wings and set them on the table. I look at some of the wings and they looked pretty dry. So I was like maybe the sauce is in the bottom and didn't really make a big deal about them. A few minutes later, I pick up a wing to take a bite and it looked like only 10 percent of the wing had sauce. I continue to eat them and the wings were just plain and dry. I was disappointed with the amount of sauce they put on their wings at this location. Honestly I've never had a problem with the amount of sauce on the wings here at wing stop but today was just something else. Like I honestly don't complain about food and you can see for yourself on my other reviews, but I don't know how to really describe how dry these wings were. I looked at some reviews on Yelp about this location and they also talk about the wings being dry and I didn't believe it. But oh well I'm just going to stay away from this Location, unless I ever decide I want plain dry wings again. read more

I guess they ran out of one of my flavors (which is understandable) but instead of asking me for a substitution they just gave me a different kind (which I hated). Fairly new location that opened under a year. Long over due to the area because parking lot is jammed packed to service the 3-4 tenants here. Menu is tricky to navigate. Menu overhead the cashier advertises combos and sides. No mention of buying wings alone. Had to look into the paper menu to find the pricing for entree of wings. Ordered the 10 piece of lemon pepper flavor and Louisiana dry rub flavor wings. The wings were fried pretty well with good amount of crisp. Downside is that they were both not flavored at all. Workers forgot to flavor the wings before putting in to go box for me. The drive back and finding parking to complain was too much of hassle so finished them and called it a day.
