Tuna foot long with Italian herbs and cheese bread, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spinach, yellow peppers, mayo! Half of the foot long toasted. I also got 3 raspberry cheesecake which are always bomb! I think it was like $1 per cookie and $2.28 for 3 cookies so of course you have to get 3 haha! I had to keep asking for extra lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers tho.. the server was being stingy with the veggies and put like 2 slices cucumbers 2 tomatoes etc you get the gist. at least she had a good attitude when I asked for more veggies tho! read more

Prime location in front of LAC/USC hospital AND it's open 24 hours a day! I always feel so guilty about eating cr*p when I go to the hospital and there's nothing open at 3am. Service is fast, not super friendly but who cares. Just make my sandwich please :) I never use the lot because I'm normally walking across the street from the hospital but it's a tiny lot and I can see parking would be an issue. read more

Avoid, if possible. It hardly ever looks clean or fresh. I have tried food from that location 3 times and each time the food hasn't looked fresh, as well as tasted badly. I usually drive to the other subway near Cesar Chavez Ave. because of difference in taste and freshness. Not to mention the service I received last night being terrible which in turn resulted in a thrown together excuse of a sub. Didn't look appetizing. I ate half of my foot long and tossed the rest in the trash. The reason I am giving it such a low score is based mostly off of the cleanliness and freshness or lack there of. read more

I literally come here everyday on my lunch break from the hospital. The employees never fail to greet me by name. If there are customers waiting, they are always prompt to address them. They are very professional and courteous. The floors are always clean and the tables always wiped down. The food tastes like every other subway chain. If I may be so bold, I would recommend the homestyle chicken noodle soup. It's what we foodies like to call a game changer. It's great to have food whenever I'm hungry but it's even better to have a sandwich artist that's great at their job. The over night shift artist, Jesse, makes a wonderful sandwich. He's funny, kind, and gives good customer service even when plagued with homeless, crazies, and sleepy hospital workers. His hard work deserves a raise because the polite attitude towards all customers goes above and beyond- even when his co- workers are slacking. I've enjoyed every sandwich and he's even remembered my usual, even when there is time between visits. I'm a happy customer when Jesse is working! read more

I've been a long time customer and I will never go back. The employee making my sandwich couldn't have cared less. She tossed the cold cuts on the sandwich making no effort to be neat or careful. The final straw happened when she put a large handfull of jalapeños in my sandwich topped with other veggies. By the time, she was done it was a disgusting mess. I don't know her name but the beautiful young lady that works graveyard shift is always very welcoming and her smile brightens up the room(that's probably the reason why I come here so often). There is this one girl who was absolutely rude, I came into the restaurant and wanted my own sandwich which consisted of cold cuts and some other meats. 'No we don't do that here' is what she freaking said. Why? I asked. 'Because it's more money and people always complain and they don't want to pay' she says. What a freaking insult! This is the only subway I've ever really ate at. I've been coming here regularly for a few months and as I have told the workers here before, " I don't even like subway .". I've been introduced to four regular workers Jesse, Carol, Luis, And Naomi. All have been very kind and attentive. They keep the restaurant environment and their work areas clean. They have definitely changed my attitude toward subway and have shown me the better side of the menu. I've enjoyed my sandwiches and the relaxation I get eating here for lunch and will continue to do so for some time. When I told them they overcharged me they gave me a dollar back but I was still overcharged by 50 cents and just figured forget this place. They didn't apologize or anything either. Probably the worst possible service ever from the 3-4 pm shift. I just came in for a simple broccoli cheddar soup. As this is my daughters favorite from here, and she is only 2 years old. I was about to pay and like in all other subways i asked if i could get an extra soup container as i would you use it to cool down the soup so my daughter could consume it. The young man )wearing glasses with a piece of red tape on the left side), said i could not get one and i explained to him in further detail why i needed it and that i had came here before and i was always kindly given one. I even offered to pay for it if it was such a problem and he still refused as he said they never give those out.
