We somehow got the freaking Louisiana Voodoo fries instead which essentially ruined her night. Otherwise the ranch is still fire. Also the drink was wrong, about a little more than halfway full and room temperature with no ice. Sure I don't expect the food to be 100% fresh with delivery but at least be more than halfway correct for the price. Very bad service in general. To start it off I was waiting about 40 minutes to pick up an order, I ordered 30 minutes before it said it was ready. Also when I got order they forgot my drinks, and my chicken wings. After I asked for the rest of my food I received bad and rude service from one of the employees in the front. Please note this review really mostly points to the new chicken sandwich: I got two cuz I couldn't try just one. The hot honey sauce was real good but the chicken breast was a lil dry. But the the lemon pepper rub was really good and the breast was juicy and excellent. Buns are soft and fluffy but Popeyes is still better. Imo Popeyes still got the throne but they made a real solid attempt. The thing they got going for them that's real good is the sauces which I'll be going back to try more of. The pick up service was also super quick and seamless so that was a plus. read more

When I called to place an order over the phone to claim a promo I was told that I would need to order a full combo in order to do so. I mentioned that the website showed that the promo applied as long as you bought any other item, it didn't need to be a combo. They insisted and I paid extra for a combo. Nearly double the cost. Upon arriving to pick up my food, I questioned it once more and mentioned the website said differently. They agreed with me and said I should've said something. I explained I did and that I was told differently. The employee, a shorter Latina lady simply said "oh well sorry" and handed me my bag. No offer to rectify the order. No offer to lower the cost. Best wings in town! So juicy. Think the Ranch is buttermilk because it literally drips off the wings and is so tangy.
