They are, each and every one of them, pros who take the field seriously. But, if I were to offer a kernel of advice to any of them, it would be this... "Never hire a kid named David who professes to be the GM of the Wing Shack in Loveland." I came in in a hurry, hoping to get a dozen wings. The gentleman who seemed to be running the staff of three or four up-sold me on 25 wings and fries for $25. He even offered to throw in a drink. Very kind of him. Much appreciated. I bought the wings and waited for 15 minutes or so, politely thanked the gentleman who brought them out to me and drove 15 minutes home. When I arrived, I found that the wings were boneless, not what I ordered, the sauces were incorrect, the sauce that was supposed to be on the wings was off the sauce that was supposed to be off the wings and on the side was on the wings. The carrots and celery that I paid an up-charge for were nowhere to be found. First world problems. But, pretty indicative of sloppy work. No one double checked that order. No one really paid attention to the order. Funny because the Manager and I had a big conversation about the sauces, etc. pre order. He talked a lot. In retrospect, It seems he was way more interested in what he was saying than what I was saying. I called establishment to let them know they got my order wrong. I did not have time to go back. I was not seeking anything for free. After working in the service industry for a long time myself, I don't really subscribe to that methodology. I just thought they should know. I managed to get the first part of "what was wrong" out before the gentleman who took my order "David", interrupted me. "I specifically remember you saying boneless wings." I kind of chuckled to myself and explained to David that I've never ordered boneless wings nor would I. David then proceeded to tell me to "be quiet and let him talk." He told me that he was doing me a favor by listening to me and I was trying to help. I began to feel a little more than a little irritated and a scoche uncomfortable at the same time. The fervor with which the gentleman told me that it was actually my fault was annoying. "I specifically remember that you ordered boneless wings. I remember you saying it." I remember thinking it was odd that the same gentleman had given me a card with his name written on it. I told him earlier that I appreciated his friendly approach and he seemed heartened by it. He asked me to write him a positive review after he gave me a free fountain drink. I fully intended on giving him a positive review at the time, fountain drink non-withstanding. David initially seemed well intended and enthusiastic. I went to a table and waited. The wait time was reasonable. I should've checked the food after he brought it out. That was my fault. I didn't even mind that much when the order was completely wrong. Although, to spend over $30 for a single fast food meal seems a little beyond the pale. And, then for it to be completely wrong is legitimately disappointing. I didn't eat it. Two undressed onto of chicken without sauce with some kind of chili sauce in the side and more brown knots slathered in wing sauce. No veggies. Lame. But, these things happen. I called and said that my order was wrong and began the list. I got to item one. "David" began to speak over me with a lengthy explanation as to why I received processed lumps of chicken instead of wings. I had only told him about one of the things that went wrong. Would I have to listen to a lengthy, defensive diatribe about each misstep he made when taking my order? lately, I've encountered a number of people his age that should not be in customer service. Their egos are often seemingly more important than what they are selling, who they are selling it to and what they have on their mind that day. David took the opportunity to say, "I AM the manager. I took your order. I can tell that I am older than you are so it is funny that you are talking about people "my age." David wasn't being clever, noting that my anger seemed immature. Nope, despite my white beard and crows feet, he clocked me as a kid in my 20's. David was not paying attention. David, when you screw-up, the solution will never call for you to reiterate, "just trying to help the customer out." You're being a kid. A kid who has been taught that as long as you speak in a polite sing-song, you don't have to pay attention to anyone or anything, other than yourself. There is another wing joint across the street. They are a chain. I try to support local business. But, I can't be bothered if you can't. Wing shack owes me $26 and David owes me $6. But I'd pay $50 not to have to deal with that greasy den of ineptitude ever again.

She consistently misses the mark on basic customer service. She rarely acknowledges guests, seems far more focused on making drinks than paying attention to the people sitting in front of her, and creates an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. On my most recent visit, I sat waiting for nearly 15 minutes without being acknowledged. It wasn't until I asked for my check because I was ready to leave that she suddenly asked if I was planning to eat. That level of inattentiveness is frustrating and completely avoidable. It's especially disappointing because the location is fantastic, the vibe is great, the food is consistently excellent, and every other bartender and staff member I've interacted with, including the manager, has been amazing. There are some truly great bartenders there who provide attentive, friendly service and make the experience enjoyable. But if I walk in and see her behind the bar, I will not stay. She has completely turned me off from being there when she is working. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the rest of the team and the overall experience deserve better than this one recurring issue. I am giving this review one star simply because of the continued experience with her.

Just like Lola's house! I had bangsilog (crispy, smoked marinated milkfish, egg, and garlic fried…read morerice) and it was great. This isn't "fast food", but was quite quick considering Filipino food. A little wait, but well worth it for a satisfying brunch. Although I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I'm aware that it's not so custom to have a "runny egg" and rice at each meal for non-Filipino/a/x fam... so if you haven't experienced Filipino cuisine, please take a look at the menu beforehand. The silog (egg) plates seem so simple, rice, egg and an additional "protein of choice", however, they're very filling. Their menu is full of yummy bites and seemingly snack foods and plates; but be ready to feel satiation. You can get lumpia, turon, halo halo, and Japanese style mochi waffles, or even boba to-go. If you thought you liked boba, come try the variety of boba and milk tea add-in list that goes on for miles. Friendly service, small, but clean dining area. Bathrooms were tidy. For funsies and to add to the joy of this little spot, there are a few smaller game cabinets for kiddos or adults alike. When I was leaving with a satisfied (slightly over full) tummy, I felt the need to order additional food or snacks to go - merienda?. It must be the "Lola culture" living in my bones of "bring this food home for later." I smiled and realized I can come back another time... and I look forward to it! Maraming salamat po.

They have such an extensive menu but it's almost like it's too much options so nothing is good. We ordered some pork chop special and that was so dry. It definitely looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for too long (I'm still shocked they saw it and decided it was still okay to serve us). We were excited for the wings thinking it would be like Jollibee but they were also disappointing. Skip the Korean sauce - it was disgusting. The fries were overcooked. The drinks were generic and surgery. The boba drinks all tasted like powder. Only thing I would order would be the garlic Parmesan wings. Denver has better boba options and wings that are fresh and crunchy. It's not worth the drive. I can how this would be satisfying if you live up this way. The best thing we got were the fried bananas and even they were still just okay (the PF Changs ones taste better for me).

We came in and they weren't busy. You go to the front and order off the menu. You get a number and they bring the food to your table. We ordered a whole chicken with a couple of sides. When we started to make our tacos, we found the chicken to be kind of dry. It had good flavor, but the white meat was definitely dry. I really liked the flavor of the chicken. The beans were different. They were very loose with a little cheese on top. They tasted good and with the homemade tortilla and chicken was OK. I liked all the salsas, they were definitely homemade.
