First of all, not sure why a lot of people on here are saying that Wingstop is the most expensive wing place... That "honor" belongs to Buffalo Wild Wings, the way they price their wings is almost criminal, you're forced to either get too many or not enough, there's no decent price for a regular serving (8-10) of wings... ANYWAY. I do agree that the service at this Martinez Wingstop is unprofessional. They are rude and in desperate need of either re-training or being let go. Simple as that. They are very consistent ever time I go. I've been to this location 3-4 times and it's always the same, which is a great thing. I order and appx 14-16 minutes later, my hot (temperature) food is on my table. The food is good, much better wings than BWW/WWC in my opinion. The service is friendly and always makes sure I don't need anything else with my meal. I've stuck to original hot. I love this location. I always have to call or come in to order my to go orders because they are almost always difficult. They are always so sweet and helpful and never act impatient with me. Today I came in and the same thing but this time the young lady disappeared and came back with a flavor for me to try because I couldn't decide. On my receipt it says I the host was Whitney and cashier was Akeela. I'm not sure which one she was but she was really sweet. I believe she is the one that usually helps me. Great wings here!! If you've never had wing stop before, I suggest you try it! Their wings are great for game days or anytime you're just craving wings. Their French fries are OK. I really enjoy the mango habanero wings, as well as the teriyaki and lemon pepper. Just regular old buffalo is good here as well! It's probably best to get your food to-go from here as the dining room is pretty small and kind of awkwardly set up with the tables all very close together. Again, great wings! Can't stress enough how good the wings here are. Pro tip: order your wings extra well-done for them to be extra awesome tasting. read more

Wings were good but a little bit overcooked if the bone breaks their overcooked they weren't as juicy as they could have been I need to take the fry off for like 30 seconds besides that they were good but super salty I got lemon pepper chicken and it was very salty he got sweet and sour something-or-other chicken and it was too wet for me to mess with but he said it was good prices are a little bit high lady told me a dollar fifty for each chicken wing which I thought was ridiculous even though there of good size I remember when their wings used to be $0.50 a piece yes times have changed and prices have gone up but a buck-fifty for one is just ridiculous there's not that much meat on it overall I was somewhat satisfied but not completely.this is all we could find open so this is what we got we wanted chicken wings will keep looking next time to see what else is out there as I'd like a better price and not so much salt. read more

I called and placed an order at 7:20 and I arrived at the location at 7:30 walked inside paid for my food. On the phone when I ordered they told me it would be an 11 minute wait so the food should have been ready or close to ready when I arrived. However it was not ready until 7:58 that is 30 minutes from arrival time and a 40 minute wait from the time I place the order over the phone that is absolutely ridiculous all I got was 8 piece boneless wing combo. read more

The food was really good but the customer service was shady. Upon walking in, we were greeted and read off the wall menu exactly what we wanted. The cashier then questioned what we said and began to tell us what most people want or mean. I told her I was reading off the menu, my order. Her tone and facial expression was borderline rude. She asked a coworker to help explain. I told them both there was no explanation needed. I wasn't concerned about what other people ordered. I was new to this restaurant and only wanted what I just ordered. They tried to tell me the menu Party Pack could be 30,40,or 50 wings...I said no, the wall menu stated that was only the Party pack...for 50 wings, which was what I wanted. We then were charged $2 and change for water, bc it came from Coke Fountain machine. We then chose to dine in. Several tables visually free. She then said no tables were available for 4, when clearly there were 3 or 4 open. The place was small and when we pointed that out, she changed that statement. Hope Shauntay doesn't treat other guests this way. Next time, We will pass on this restaurant when in the Augusta area. I purchased wings for my family and they were terrible. The drumsticks were not done, they were supposed to be lemon pepper but they didn't have seasoning. My husband called back to the store and they told him he could get a 15% discount. I said really because I would have to drive 20 minutes to get new wings.
