I always order through the app because the whole point is to avoid standing around waiting in the store. Every single time, I arrive about 5 minutes after the pickup time, and my order still isn't ready. I usually end up waiting another 15 minutes or more. I don't understand why it consistently takes so long when there are several employees working in the kitchen and the wings are largely pre-cooked before being refried and sauced. If the pickup times in the app aren't realistic, they should be updated instead of making customers wait. To make matters worse, the fries and wings are almost never crispy. I specifically select "well done" when I order, yet the wings still come out soggy, and the fries are limp. What's the point of offering a "well done" option if it's not actually being followed? Management really needs to get this location under control. The food is can be better and the consistently poor pickup experience and lack of quality make me think twice about coming back. read more

This place is something else, first they gave my Postmates order to some 12, or 13 year old boy who's mom decided she would make him do her leg work while delivering my food ( who proceed to rip open my bag of food eat some fry's and take the boneless wings I ordered for the kids. I absolutely LOVE this location & the staff here!! From the service to the food, ambiance & everything in between.. this place is by far best. I came in honestly way too late (being late in unfortunately very on brand for me).. this was the first time in my experience that the staff of a restaurant was extremely kind to me & didn't make me feel bad whatsoever. The beautiful woman working comforted me with a welcoming smile, (I wish I got her name) the staff let me know it was no big deal, (which means a lot due to my anxiety, which usually makes me all shaken up with butter fingers & blank brain) they waited patiently as I ran through every one of my cards (not sure which one I had shuffled all my money on to & my phone was dead.) Leo offered me a spot to charge my phone, and calm kindness to reassure they weren't upset about my poor timing. Seriously Leo & his crew tonight gave me exceptional service tonight. This used to be our go to spot for a quick, reasonably priced yummy meal. Our son always picks this with a few other favorites. Unfortunately the last few times we have been here for carry out our order is wrong and a sloppy mess, tons of sauce slopped all over or minimal sauce or better yet, get home and missing an entire order of chicken. And the most recent time they handed us a bag and luckily we checked because it was someone else's order. Our photos look nothing like the photos posted from the restaurant. Love Wingstop but this location is terrible. This review is for multiple visits. Orders take forever to be done. Pickup/mobile orders are useless because it seems like they wait for you to get there and pay up before they even make your food, since this location doesn't allow payment on the app and only payable in the restaurant. I've ordered from this location many times but continued to do so because it's close to home. I tried DoorDash instead of the app one-time and they completely missed half the order, so I had to drive out there to ask for the other half. Took my family here to dine in one time and they took a total of 50 minutes from order time to food being ready (I checked the time on the receipt vs when I got my food.) Two other people behind me came in together, ordered but one person got his foods 15 minutes after me (1hr 05 mins), and the other person never got their food, even after we finish our foods and left, the other person was still waiting around for his food, I think he's still waiting. One time I ordered on the app but made a mistake, so I tried to call the phone number to either cancel or change my order since I hadn't paid anyway, the phone number didn't even go through and just kept getting cut off. I came to the store and told the person in front about the phone not working, and she just said she doesn't even know, she thinks it's been off for a few days. Yeah OK then. I knew if I wanted to change my order, it'll probably take another 56 minutes, so I just let them make my food the way I mistakenly ordered and left, I just wanted some chickens. They got like 8 people working in the kitchen but seems like it's such a mess. Whoever is the manager or owner needs to get this stuff together because every time I go, there're always 5-6 people getting frustrated, and we can't really blame the staff if your process is inefficient, they're probably just following the rules and didn't get enough training. I've enjoyed their boneless wings previously, and those are above average. Wings with the bone in are trickier to master. Otherwise, it's basically a flavored McNugget. But with all due respect, I really enjoy their variety of flavors. Today's fare includes a 12 piece (bone in) with fries and a couple of drinks. Wings can get pricey, but this was a decent value, and as it turned out, more than enough for the both of us. My son chose the Louisiana Rub and I went for Cajun. Both had great flavor and a nice kick in the face. One thing I noticed on this visit, when I paid for the check, the cashier announced how long it would take for our order. In other visits, especially on a short lunch hour, this would be helpful information. Sometimes, we've waited upwards of 25 minutes. Good things take time. If you're not in a hurry, these wings are worth the wait. Everyone has a place that they claim they had the "best wings ever!" For me, that place is near Flagstaff, AZ.
