They took my order and my 30 dollars, then I sat there for 45 minutes watching everyone that was after me get their food. I then went up and asked what was going on and they told me they couldn't find my name or my order. At that point I was fed up and just told them to give me my money back. They told me to insert my card and the machine wouldn't process the refund, so they said to come to the other register. The same thing happened on the other side, but luckily the girl opened the cash drawer and was giving my refund in cash. The girl beside her said they weren't supposed to do that, but it was too late. I got my money back, but I will never set foot in that place again! read more

I will never dine here again and here are the reasons why: 1. They charge you for Ranch dressing 2. They charge you for a drink.....even if it is just water they charge you for the cup 3. The street corn was way too spicy. They should ask when you order how spicy you want it. 4. The decided to clean the floor while customers were still in there eating and people were coming to pickup up orders. The they were sweeping the sudsy water out the front door unapologetically. Extremely unclean place. We tried to sit at multiple tables, all were greasy, dipping sauses dripped all over the table and chairs. Even outside a pandemic this is unacceptable. I have no idea why others have given this place bad reviews! I've enjoyed this place for years, and yes sometimes you have to wait for your food, but the food is consistently good. There staff is always very friendly to me, of course I'm friendly to them first! I enjoy their fries and their ranch dressing. I probably eat here three or four times a month, since they opened. This is the sorriest excuse of a Wingstop. Placed online order, says it will be ready in 20 minutes. Over an hour later before it was ready and 8 people that came in and placed their order while I was there received and left with their order and mine still not ready. They told me that there policy is to make all small orders first... I HAD ORDERED A 30 Pack over an hour ago. We won't be back. I hate giving bad reviews but I have had multiple bad experiences with this location. I am a huge wing stop fan and always call my order in so I don't have to wait in the restaurant. This last time I went, I ordered and got there 15 minutes later. I paid upon arrival and the girl didn't even check to see if my order was ready. I looked around the moderately busy restaurant and no one had food on the table. I waited about 15 minutes then asked if my food was ready. I love wingstop but this one makes me not want to eat at any of them. They have bad attitudes and close before the actual time their suppose to. Don't call after 11pm because they take the phone off the hook. It'll just keep ringing and ringing. No one will answer. I've ordered here during the day and it takes forever sometimes. Mainly at night the service is far from good. They all act like they don't want to be here and it's just bad customer service overall. Sometimes they short you on the food you order. I had to wait a really long time for my food, the prices are outrageous, and the chicken was dry. Interesting that the entire response (four months later) was justify that they believe they run their business well. They would have been better not responding at all. Been here a few times and always pretty bad. Today I went in with some friends to eat and I believe the manager was taking my order very rude and had a very unpleasant facial expression. Not courteous at all, I've worked in the food industry all my life and I know more than a thing or two. Also beware food permit is expired, it expired in December and it April. There is no reason an updated one isn't issued yet. Food will get you sick from time to time too so beware too. I live out of Nacogdoches so I've been to a couple of Wingstops and this is by far the most unsanitary. Wings aren't very good. BBQ sauce tastes like walmart bottled sauce and Hawaiian sauce doesn't taste Hawaiian. Also has a claustrophobic feel simce you are sitting in a narrow hallway. Bullfrogs in Nacogdoches has good wings. read more
