Wings were good but fries needed more time also the customer service is horrible especially when they don't understand you and tell you that you are wrong even though I repeatedly asked for the 15pc Meal deal for 2 and even pointed at the picture and told them to ring me up again or ill pay the difference they still didn't hear me out and kept telling me i was wrong and even stated my card got declined when how is it they made my order and the receipt came out and my bank statement said i paid all i can say is they need better customer service and hear out there customers when they are politely trying to explain the issue and worst part i waited 20 minutes just for them to take my order since i guess they were under staffed but then to get the order wrong and tell me that im wrong and they couldn't give me what i wanted even if i were to pay it twice that is disappointing read more

Terrible service. I waited over 45 mins for my food .... There was a boy behind the counter not even doing anything just drinking out of a cup the whole time, and he was so rude. Nobody would take my order in store and they made me order online . I wanted to pay in cash and they wouldn't compensate me at all. Never again will I come here. This was a terrible experience. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, large fries, and carrots. The chicken sandwiches were too salty, but were consumed. The fries were so salty that they had to be thrown away. We were missing a bleu cheese dressing. I called after dinner rush to complain. I was told there is no extra salt on chicken sandwich. They can do nothing about too much salt on fries. They cook the very small wings, which probably come frozen out of a bag, 3-4 hours before you place your order. Then they just pop them in the fryer, with your choice of rub, for a few minutes when you place your order. They will tell you a 5-10 minute wait, to give you the impression that your wings are prepared hot and fresh. I had to tell the person taking the order that I wanted bone-in, not boneless, 3 times. The place is very disorganized, with signs all over about a new chicken sandwich. However, when you try to order the chicken sandwich, they tell you that "it hasn't come in yet." The place has the most disorganized and terrible mess of a wait staff and cook (probably the same person). And, the person who takes your order can barely speak English. Most likely your order will be screwed up in at least 2-3 ways, on such a simple thing as preparing and cooking chicken wings. read more

Finally opened the bag to reveal only 20 wings. Called to get a refund on the missing 10 wings since im at a party and would not be back to get the missing 10 wings. They basically told me i had to prove that i only got 20 and would not issue a refund. Corporate has yet to reach out to me after i contacted them. L:iterally ripped me off for 10 wings. I called today to place an order and asked to include the wings that were owed to me. I was told they won't honor it because the manager who was there a week ago no longer works there and there is nothing they can do about it. They asked if I wanted to talk to the manager and when I said yes they placed me on hold and then came back to say I couldn't talk with a manager because they aren't there. read more
