If I could give them a negative number I would! We placed a timed pickup order for Super Bowl Sunday. When we went to pick up the order they were running over a hour behind. We were told we could cancel the order since they were so far behind, which we did. We were told that our credit would be posted in 7-10 days. I gave them 14 days and checked my credit card statement- no credit. I called the store and they said it should be by the end of the week...it wasn't. I received my statement about a week later and still no credit. So I went to the store to talk to "manager". I was very polite and explained the situation to the lady , she then called someone and a man comes running in from the outside and reeked of marijuana!! He said he was the manager and was less than friendly. He was texting what I presumed was another manager and then handed me his phone and said "Put your name in my phone". This made me very uncomfortable, I am guessing he was too high to type in my name by himself!!! I then had to wait to see if the person texted back. He said that this person would take care of it. I asked him do you need my order number, he again gave me is phone and told me to text the number. I waited 5 days no credit has been received, so I have disputed the charge with credit card company. This is by far the worst Wingstop location I've ever had the misfortune of patronizing. It's extremely frustrating when the music is blaring from the speakers to which you can't even think. I feel very badly about my experiences at this restaurant. I always give it 3 tries before I can really speak to my experience, but every time I have come here the employees are constantly either yelling at eachother, or having bad attitudes with customers. I am very patient with food quality typically, I'm not picky, but while being very saucy the wings sometimes even get to me undercooked. The O'fallon location was unable to fulfill my online order that I placed the day prior on 9/10/2022. They told me I had to reorder at the St. Peters store which I immediately did. Whoever told me that did not know that they could simply transfer my order. So, St. Peters fulfilled my order, and it was wrong so I had to go back from O'fallon. The major issue is that the O'fallon store still charged me the $65.74. I have been trying to get my refund since 9/12/2022. Rachel at Ofallon has been unable or unwilling to assist. Her area manager, Gary, is supposedly aware but has also proven fruitless. His number via Google Assistant is 314-445-7027. I have filed a BBB complaint and a fraud abuse complaint with my credit union. Those processes take time so I am voicing this issue anywhere I can. I should also note that the website does not show the O'fallon order in my history as it was never completed outside of them taking my money, so no order number was produced. I placed a delivery order. 8pc classic bone in wings with mango habanero combo which includes fries and a drink, plus I ordered an additional basket of fries and a large ranch. When the order is delivered, the wings were boneless with some other kind of sauce, no ranch, and no extra basket of fries. I called the store to let them know, and the guy on the phone was completely useless. He said that he didn't have time to deal with this because he had to do other orders. I asked to speak with his manager, so he goes to get him, but then comes back and says the manager is too busy and that he has to deal with it. So I told him that I wanted a refund. He then proceeds to tell me to go on the website and click "void transaction or something like that." Who is this guy and how does he not know how the internet works??
