My wife and I had a busy night so we hadn't had time to grab a bite to eat. It was getting late so I said let's just grab some Little Caesar's and head home. I arrived at the O'Fallon Little Caesars at 8:40 pm and the doors were LOCKED!!!!!! I looked inside and saw several employees, I looked at the door and the hours clearly said 9 pm closing time. They looked at me and continued doing what they were doing. I saw a bunch of crazy bread sitting there in plain view so with the doors locked this was either going in the trash can or the employees were taking it home with them. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. The first time was 10 till 9. I get customers walking up at 8:59 but 8:40, come on. Terrible Customer Service. You really dropped the ball Little Caesars. I hope the franchise owner reads this because I'm sure he didn't invest his money to lose 20 minutes of business. Shame on you! read more

Just brutal "pizza". Usually dont mind Little Caesars. Today may have turned me away forever. Grabbed a pepperoni, a cheese and crazy bread. Wanted pepperoni and sausage but was told it would be 20 minute wait for sausage. (Hot and ready, my ass.) Got home, a 5 minute drive and found the pizza was cold and hard. The boxes were warm though! Crazy bread was tasteless and room temp. Quality at this location has been in a steady decline for a while now. I cannot recommend. read more

You get what you pay for. Right? Not necessarily. A large cheese pizza for only $5.00. Really? You bet! And not only was the pizza waiting for me what I arrived. The pizza was still hot and oh so good. The traditional crust was baked to perfection and covered with a tangy vine ripened tomato sauce and finally topped with a fair amount of a mozerella, muenster blend. Who could ask for anything more. (Maybe a side of crazy sauce to dunk the crust ends in). Might I add the pizza was only 5 bucks. Maybe next time I will order a thin crust for only $6.00. Good job. read more

This is my go to place when I can't decide on anything, and because O'Fallon, Mo is super lame and doesn't have all the wonders and treasures of the city. This location was just recently remodeled and looks very nice. The staff are very friendly and the pizza is ok, but for $5.00 a pizza, it's better and cheaper than any frozen pizza. If we are in a hurry we will stop here and pick up a couple of Pizzas rather than purchasing a frozen pizza at the grocery store. Great value read more

I realize Little Caesars is not the best pizza in town but my daughter likes it. So I tried to order a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza but they wanted to charge almost double the cost of a normal pepperoni pizza. So basically they wanted to charge me for not purchasing or rather for them keeping more their product??? So Imos it is. The thing that gets me the most is that they have done this for me before, at the normal price, but refused today. On top of that both the assistant and manger lied to me repeatedly. I asked to speak to the manager (because yes I am that mom) and some guy name Hunter said he was the manager, so I asked for contact information of his manager and he gave me some guy name Joe the supposed owner, and gave me a bogus phone number where he could be reached (yes I tired to call it). I called the store back and Joe answered and said he was in fact the store manager. I responded oh I was just told by Hunter you were the owner and he said oh I am that too.
