Today my 13 year old son called me in a frantic!! He asked me to come pick him up from the Boys and Girls Club. He never calls me to pick him up from there. I asked him what was wrong and he didn't want to tell me. He just said come get me. I thought he got into an altercation with another kid, so I did it moving. When I got there, he got in the car and didn't want to talk. I made him though because I needed to know. He told me someone took his food at Wingstop. He said he put his food down to get his drink from the fountain and when he turned around his food was gone! I asked him did he tell any of the employees and he said yes but they did nothing. I immediately drove to Wingstop. I walked in and asked to speak to the manager. Just so happened, the Gen. Manager was there but he was in a meeting. I was approached by someone and told him what was going on and then they said the manager would be out shortly. So Rohan, the GM, came out and I explained to him what happened and asked why wasn't my son accommodated? My son goes to Wingstop at least 3 times a week and I know the employees are familiar with him. Rohan said they gave him his food and there were a bunch of kids in the store, insinuating that he could have been plotting with other kids. I was appalled!! My son does not know how to plot. My son wants for nothing!! He spends my hard earned money at this store all the time and the first time he gets robbed on their store, they accuse him of plotting!! Rohan said it was nothing they could do. They gave him his food with his name on the bag. But still in the store getting his drink, his food is stolen. I asked Rohan where is the empathy??? He is a kid!! But you think he is with the bullshit!! I told him he could have given him a gift card or another order. That would have not hurt anyone. So here is my experience in Wingstop on MacArthur. I have to say that the wait time was way longer than I expected it was a bit around 35 minutes for just 10 chicken wings and some fries which seems awfully long. When I received my meal it was missing my ranch and my fries, I told one of the workers in the kitchen and they said they will make it right away. I waited around 10 more minutes and I knew that they had forgotten about my order!! Again... But one of the cashiers (very attractive and had green eyes) instantly noticed my frustration and asked me what was wrong with my order and then left what she was doing with a really long line and went ahead and made me my fries, got my sauce and told me 'here I got it for you sometimes they get really busy back there and get frustrated' but!! even while she was awfully busy as well she had a minute to help me out. I believe that how you treat your costumers is a big part of wether they even come back to a food place and the only reason I will come back are just because I understand it is a new location meaning learning workers and even though there is some workers who don't look like they want to be there, the food was delicious and the lady up top is amazing. read more

I read the reviews while waiting and I should've left but they were one of the few places open and I haven't had the Parmesan wings in a while. I'm disappointed and won't be ordering from this location again. The drink dispenser doesn't have ice. The veggies I ordered were uncovered and sideways in the bag. She destroyed the pronunciation of my name... after hearing me say it. The French fries are not in the bag. She repeated what I ordered so I'm not sure how. After a double shift and not eating all day and working a double shift, I really would've liked for my food to be handled better. Wings are just okay. When I asked if they sell whole wings, I was told they do. When I got my meal. I received 10 half instead of 10 whole wings. At some point in time, someone decided to sell half wings and sell them as wings. Go to Lenas. They actually give you a (whole) wing that is delicious! And, even less expensive. This place sucks! believe me, I love me some wing stop. I'm I've litTerally been here twice tonight. The first time I waited 20 mins and then had to come back because use they got my order wrong. I am still currently waiting another 35 mins to find out they haven't even started remaking my order. The dude that just came in 12 mins ago food just got called and I've spent an hour now waiting for food that hasn't been made. I asked for a refund after the first 10 mins and they told me they were making a point to make haste on correcting it. They say they're short staffed, but then I see two out of the four employees hanging around drinking their free sodas. Just shut this Wingstop down or at least fire everybody on staff tonight they were disrespectful and incompetent and completely unorganized and definitely lack respect. I ordered my food today and I'm highly concerned with the workers' lack of use of gloves while cooking and packing food in the kitchen, especially the cashiers who pack the bags after touching money from who-knows-where. ESPECIALLY DURING THESE TIMES OF COVID-19!! We need gloves on our service workers, (especially if you work the cashier and pack food in bags) otherwise this Wingstop is knowingly not participating in social distancing and the stopping of spread of coronavirus! This is dangerous and unless they change their health practices, I don't recommend others to eat at this Wingstop at this time. read more

I ordered a regular order of fries and asked for two plates. The employee handed me a few plates and told me to switch the order of the plates. At the time I didn't understand what they meant. After sitting the plates at my chosen table I noticed one of the plates had noticeable stains on it. When I took the plates back the employee responded with "yea, that's why I told you to change the order!". I asked for more plates in exchange for the unsanitary plates I received previously. Approximately fifteen minutes passed before I return to the counter with the intention of checking on my order. I noticed my fries were sitting in the "ready to serve" area. They were all "carmelized". The employee who rang me up was sweeping toward the cash register area when he inquired about the sitting orders. The employee put the broom over to the side and reached for my order. Before he could completely grab my order I told him not to touch my food in light of him sweeping, not wearing gloves and no attempt to sanitize his hands. The employee was offended and spread the message to his fellow colleagues. Another employee walks up and hands my order to me. After I take my order to my table I taste a fry and find out they're cold. I walk back to the counter addressing the employee who attempted to give my order to me and waited patiently for her attention. After handing the next order off I attempted to get her attention twice to report my cold fries. The employee rolls her eyes and tells me, "Since your fries are cold, someone else will bring you some more fries". While waiting for my remake I see the same employee I told not to touch my food going back forth between sweeping, taking out the trash, touching his face and going back to the cash register to take orders. He hadn't washed his hands one time. Another customer asked him "do you always go back and forth from the cash register to the trash?" The employee said"I take out all the trash". The customer shared how unsanitary the employee's routine was. The employee responded continuously with "yes, mm-hm". This Wing Stop has to be the most unsanitary and unprofessional chain I have ever been to. There definitely needs to be a food handlers and customer service training pronto. read more

I'm only giving this location one star because I have to give it something. This is a horrible location to order from and the staff is completely clueless about the company. I ordered from this location via the website around 2:50ish and my order was scheduled to be delivered at 3:37. After waiting past 3:37 and recieving no order, despite the tracking information (in my email, from Wingstop.com) I called the store at 4pm to check the status of my order. The tracking info showed that it had supposedly been delivered by a Martin, who never showed up. The staff at the store told me that he did not see my order and that they do not do orders through the website. Interesting, when I was staring right at the email from my inbox. Not to mention he had other staff in the background yelling "tell her it ain't come yet." Poor customer service. He also proceeded to say things like "what? How does that make sense," and "what the fuck," into the receiver as I sat waiting for him to figure it out. Though his questions and cursing were not directed at me, it was again, very poor customer service. After I kept inquiring he finally says that he sees my order and that it hasn't been picked up yet. My order did not arrive until 4:20 and I will NEVER order from this location again. I visit this wing stop today which was oct ,1 2020, I actually order carry out on my doordashapp.. For one it's like 8 teens working with jackets on coming in from outside straight to where the food is.. Each person wearing they're mask under they noes talking while making orders.. Got my food which was incorrect my corn had hair in it went to return it seen nothing but disrespect and attitude.. One of the young men start talking crap then goes and pull hair off a young lady hair and thought it was funny.. it was disgusting and rude.. And what happen to social distance it's a virus going around and that kitchen is way to small to have all them people back there working.. in possible to be 6 feet from each other.. The kids that work there is rude, childish and disrespectful.. I will never eat at this restaurant again.. horrible.. I come here often because it's walking distance from the house but I've had this issue since they opened(before Covid). For some reason they will not make the wings well done when asked. I've tried ordering online, in person, by phone under different names and nationalities and it doesn't matter they don't know well done. I brought it the managers attention when they first opened and he told me it's because the wings are different sizes so some may not be well done. Seemed like a legit excuse so I started ordering only boneless well done and still they won't/don't make the chicken well done. The crust shouldn't fall off a boneless wing from touch and regular wings should be able to bite through. NOBODY LIKES BITING INTO RUBBERY/BOUNCY MEAT! I did an online order at 1115pm (45min before close) and asked for well done. Got there in 15min and my order was already ready...how so if I asked for well done and that takes at least 22min...the cooks are lazy and I guess already had chicken fried.
