I stayed calm and reasonable the entire time, but she continued arguing "up and down" that she was correct and refused to offer any solution. When I called back to request the owner and district manager information, I was refused in a dismissive and sarcastic manner. I also asked for the manager's name, and she responded rudely and said she was the manager, which was concerning given how the situation was handled.
