I give it a 5 star because I haven't had a problem there with anything I have ordered. The atmosphere is nice and the servers are nice.

My sister swung by to take us out before we depart the area. She had not been to since they were located on 4th Street! Karysn was our server. He did a great job taking care of us, thank you! We opened with adult beverages and the Buffalo Chicken Dip. We really end enjoyed the flavors in the dip...delicious! I ordered their Buffalo Chicken Salad, while the rest of my family ordered differing versions of wings. Must say that the salad was presented well and yummy! There were no complaints with the wings. I was hoping and praying this place would get better but it's just the worst. The wait staff acts as though they are complete zombies and the last time our waitress was nice enough to tell us about her eye infection. We tried to watch a big game but left at halftime since most of my party was sick from the room temperature wings we ate. The wings now taste like boot leather and rest assured they are not worth the price. The tables are now built out of tinker toys from the 70s and the place looks like it never gets a cleaning. Service was great! Our server was pleasant and friendly but put in a horrible spot by the kitchen. Food took almost an hour. I had their version of boneless wings which are basically a lump of fried bread with sauce. I also ordered chips with cheese. These looked like they were cooked on Monday and I was there on a Thursday. Busy is one thing, which they were but the quality of food at this location, and I've heard many others is not acceptable. Called in an order and it stated it would be ready at 6 pm. At 6:40, still waiting. It's been quite a while (about 3 yrs) since I ordered from here due to the wings being so small and the sauce watered down. I thought tonight we would give them another chance. Obviously, they worked hard towards adding poor service to the reasons to not go there and they have succeeded in that goal. Best of luck to those risk-takers who could do much better elsewhere. Update: Ahhh, not one to disappoint, after waiting for almost an hour past the time they designated to get the meal, the wings were small and hard. No sauce, just a flavored powder sprinkled on them. Usually filled with a jubilant crowd , service can be slow at times based upon the amount of diners present . The dining room area is clean , and table spacing a bit tight . There are nice amount of TVs spread around the room which are usually tuned to a variety of sports channels . The noise level can be a bit loud on game nights , Or a bit rambunctious come late evening . Better known to the townies as "B-dubs (aka BWs)." Catchy and creative! It's homage to most of the locals every weekend. Nice!! The bar/ restaurant has 20+ beers on tap and might I add the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in a bar. Believe it or not, there's not enough TVs at this location, but considering it's size, I get it. If you've been here before you pretty much understand the routine. Decent wings (when you ask for the "good batch"), mainly domestic when it comes to beer. There's always a "Beer of the Month" and at $3.75 for a 23oz. on tap. This might as well be called "California Gold." Grab a seat on any given day, settle in and enjoy the experience. It might get bumpy on your 7th hour of being there. read more

New Year's Eve...trouble with their website so I called to order. Was told it would be an hour wait, no problem. The girl put me on hold and never picked up after 15 minutes. We came on 11/24/2020 on a Tuesday which was BOGO traditional wings night. My mom, sister, and I all ordered 10 wings and we got 10 wings to go to take home for my Dad. Our waitress misunderstood and rung them in wrong, ordering us all 20 wings each. When I explained the situation, the waitress was more than willing to fix her mistake and take the wings off the bill. Unfortunately when she spoke with the manager he told her that because we didn't send them back immediately that we have to pay for what we got. Our waitress didn't come back to our table until 15 minutes after a member of the kitchen staff brought our food to us. We had also already been waiting 40 minutes for our food. I find it rude and inconsiderate that we were forced to pay for food that we didn't order. I in no way am blaming the waitress, because she realized that SHE alone had made the mistake. I am blaming the manager. I know it's his job to make money, but I think that it is also, first and foremost, his job to take full responsibility for his staff especially if they make a mistake. I've been to many, many BW3's nationwide and I had a terrible experience here last Sunday. Their "equipment was down" or some such BS and didn't have anything except wings and other fried stuff to offer. At first they indicated they were only out of burgers so I ordered pulled pork. Waitress returned several minutes later and said they couldn't do that either. At this point I said I didn't want anything. My family was with me and they soldiered through the nonsense. Long story short, manager came over, asked how our experience was and I was honest. He basically didn't care and tried to tell me more BS. He was like 26. I had sold food equipment for many years and I worked for the biggest wholesale food distributors for 15 years and I saw through his nonsense. I visited this store just after it opened. It was a zoo. Very bright and the TV's were very LOUD! I couldn't finish my meal and get the heck out of dodge soon enough. Took my girlfriend back for lunch a few weeks ago. It was a pleasant visit. TV's were at a reasonable level. The lighting was down low. Warm atmosphere. Only been a few times. But I'm over the general age population that frequents here. I don't love wings, but I like them, as long as wings are boneless. However BW's wings are so gross. I thought it was just the sauce I got, but after trying other sauces, I've come to the conclusion that it's not the sauce but the chicken itself. I don't know what they do to their wings but they have such a weird tangy and sour aftertaste, it just lingers and you can't enjoy the taste of chicken and sauces when the underlying taste just throws everything off. Tried a mojito for the first time. It was disgusting, tasted like soap. Not sure if it was just there or that I just don't like mojitos. Great place! The service is great and I love the food. The only thing that sucks is the size of the place. Of course, they give military discounts (10%) and Thurs is 60 cent wing night. Always playing sports, the waitresses are always polite, and the speed is about average. Unlike other B-Dubs I've been to, this one is very friendly with portions that they give you on appetizers! Not great. Service was bad. Placed out order which took 45 Minutes to fill and was only filled when I asked the waitress to check on the order. It wasn't hot so know it had been sitting there a while. This happened with our 2nd order of the night when my niece joined us late and ordered after everyone else, but this time took only 1/2 an hour cause that's when I asked about her order. The boneless wings were dry and not covered in sauce. Drinks stayed full but had to ask when ever the waitress passed. Bw's should really, REALLY go back to the way they used to be years ago. BW3 used to be a fun place to 'hang' out almost like a fast food pub. Today it has morphed into a family sit down restaurant. And what's wrong with a family sit down restaurant? Nothing if that's what you want. The big draw for me to BW3 back in the day was the casual atmosphere with no table assignment and no wait staff. Seat yourself, you filled your own drinks and bought your own beer from the bar. You ordered at the counter and your food was up in minutes. You could go sit where ever you wanted or stand at a pub table. Like I said, it was a 'fast food pub'. Today it's no different than any other sit down joint with TV's in the corners. The prices have jumped considerably too and then you have to TIP now on top of that. And what's the deal with the wait time for your food now?? Last time I was in there must have been 15-20 minutes that went by from the time I ordered until I actually was served my food. I don't get it, I didn't order anything fancy, just wings and some potato wedges. They used to have your wings up in minutes. All they had to do is put the sauce on them you ordered. Now they make it seem as if they make them after you order. Hmmmmm, it's a wing joint, shouldn't they have 100's of wings made and ready to go?? This used to be a rockin' place to meet up with friends especially on Tuesday evenings. If you know what I mean, now you wouldn't recognize this place.
