Still terrible. Ordered on the app and it gave me a 16-26 min time frame to be completed. Just ordered a simple 6 piece combo with original hot sauce. I gave them 30 min before I arrived and it still wasn't ready. Still had to wait another 30 min to be completed and ready to go. Only reason I come here because my daughter likes it for some reason. The Asian manager was very rude to not only his staff but the customers too. The kitchen was dirty and one of the employees parked his car in the front of the restaurant. As a service worker, staff should have the courtesy to leave space for customers who visit their restaurants. The manager didn't even greet me when I was at the counter. I wish I would've checked the reviews before ordering here but I was treating my team to lunch for appreciation week, and it was the most tasteless, disorganized, nasty food we have ever eaten. So much that I had to apologize to my team! First, the wings were bland and didn't have enough of the preferred seasoning on them. Second, the Bleu cheese was so watery and tasteless you could tell they were diluting it to stretch despite it being disgusting for their customers. And lastly, they gave us whatever drinks they felt like even though we ordered specifically to everyone's preference. One of the drinks shouldn't have ever been on the menu because it tasted like a sour lime and that's it! This is going to seem like a very odd review. I love that this Wingstop has opened here at this location. There are limited options for this kind of food in this specific geographic area. Unfortunately they've only been open two months and they're still figuring out their staffing and turnaround time. I arrive at 11:20 am on a Monday, and they only had one employee working. That person was working on orders that had already been placed and informed me that since everything is cooked fresh, which is obviously an amazing plus in general, it would be at least half an hour for any food order ... if not longer. Unfortunately I can't wait 30 minutes for an order of chicken tenders, no matter how amazing they may be. I will come back in the future when I either have more time to wait, or I can place the order ahead of time so I can pick it up when I arrive. So I did something I never do. I read the reviews AFTER ordering. Still hoped for the best. First off - wingstop isn't cheap. Counter help was polite . I ordered Parmesan garlic wings with fries and a roll. Did not want soda. The wings are as pictured. Drenched in so much butter that they were pretty much inedible. Made me nauseous. It is so much butter I wonder if the store has any left. The roll was a rock covered in butter . The fries were the best part of the meal. For a chain this is not acceptable. One star for the clean store and the speed of order -about 15 minutes. Zero for the food and waste of $15. Update- I actually emailed corporate about the trash meal at this location and they said they would reach out to store and sent me a $10 gift card but it's likely I won't be using at this location. I've been to a lot of Wingstop locations across the country and this location by far is superior. Food is always as ordered and precisely packaged which is a pet peeve of mine. When you pay attention to little details like carrots and celery you know it's going to be good. I just wish the app had more options to customize like extra sauce or wet. read more

Todays visits was little better then the last visit a few months ago. I swore I would I would never visit this location again. I would drive to the city first. But my family wanted wing stop and this is the closest one near me. The cashiers we're teenagers so the customer service was not the greatest. It's never an adult present during my visit. UPDATE: 11/7/22 - I was hoping to report back that they have improved but sadly, I now understand the reviews from people who were writing that the wings tasted like they are frozen wings. They do. They aren't frying them hard enough (the grease probably isn't hot enough). The wings I got earlier tonight smelled good but were soggy. I used to order from a Wing Stop in Glen Burnie once every couple weeks; the wings were never soggy. I'm not sure what the issue is here but the combos costs way too much to be soggy. They also didn't add the parmesan to my fries. I always add parm for 0.10. I didn't notice it was missing until I got home. read more

When we asked for the bag to be changed the woman there just looked at me and then reluctantly did it. It seems like every time I get excited about a restaurant opening, I'm always underwhelmed. Well I tried the new wingstop in Reistertown the week they opened. Service was slow but I gave them grace because hey it's week 1. Well I visited yesterday and all I saw was chaos. They look understaffed, people lined up waiting in the store and the staff that was there seemed confused. I ordered lemon pepper wings and dry rub. Get to the car, open my box of wings and what do I see ? Feathers on multiple wings. I go back in, show the feathers-they apologize and replace the wings ( many people in there waiting). I get to the car, open the box again and they gave me wings no sauce ( naked wings). I go back in, show the wings again and they apologize and say can I just give you the dry rub on the side. I just say ok, people still standing there waiting on orders, rude door dash guy who cuts the line to ask for an order and I just shake my head. Never again will I waste $20 for wings and soda when I can't get quality food ( hairy wings). I understand good help is hard to find( staff was friendly except the young lady at the register seemed as if she was in no rush to do anything) but I think the owner can do better. Do not go this place. I placed an order online for pickup after I finished my grocery shopping nearby. When I went in to pick it up one employee, Dylan, was working. She saw her friend come in when I came in and she asked me my name for my pickup and then started talking to her friend and missed hearing my name. So she asked again. I told her. She said she had an order for a mispronunciation of my name and then she asked my last name. I told her. Then she picked the order and again she said had an order for a mispronunciation of my name. I told her that's not how you pronounce my name. She held out my bag of food and tried to take and she wouldn't let go, so I told her to let go of my food. She then called my B-word, told me F-you and gave me the finger and walked a way. I asked her for the manager and she initially said he wasn't on site that day. Then she said he was outside. Then we she arrived, she lied and denied that she'd said what she just said and done what she'd just done. And instead said that I tried to argue with her about my name. Ultimately, the manager/owner apologized for her and said he could see on camera what she'd done and after I asked for it, he gave me an apology. I told him I planned to make a formal complain and another man, who represented himself as an partial owner said that it that the individual location is owned privately and not part of the corporate organization. I told them that the need to fire Dylan. Literally the worse customer service experience I've had - EVER. Definitely won't go to this location again but I'll avoid the chain altogether. I just wen down the road to Chik-Fil-A for lunch. This place was horrible. I gave the food back too even thought the manager/owner tried to offer for me to keep it. Was in Timonium MD on my way home, called up to place an order at 5:35pm drove all the way to Owings Mils MD on HOLD !!! It's a 25-30 minute ride depending on traffic... I pull up mind you at 6:05 pm... My call is still on HOLD, low and behold two males are outside in full Wing Stop uniform hanging out in front of the WingStop having a good old time. Talking and laughing . It's actually very said because I was looking forward to a new Wing spot in the area since Bill Batemans closed.
