I did not ask for the food to be remade and only intended to point out the inconsistency. Shortly after, a woman who had been seated nearby approached me and asked about my order. She later identified herself as Chrissy, the General Manager. During the conversation, she stated, "We always try to correct customers." I explained that I believed the issue was with the menu, not the customer. I felt the interaction was handled in a way that was dismissive and uncomfortable, especially as it took place in front of others. The food quality also did not meet my expectations. The $16 Greek salad appeared to have lettuce and olives that were not fresh to me, and the wings were dry. We left most of the food uneaten. Despite this experience, we paid our bill in full and tipped 22%, bringing our total to $160.51. I also want to share how the situation felt from my perspective. My husband and I were the only young Black couple seated among a group that appeared to include staff or management. The tone of the interaction left me feeling dismissed and disrespected.
