They included utensils and condiments. I ordered crab sticks and medium combo box that consisted of four whole wings, fried and a drink. I also ordered a house lemonade which they forgot to send with my order and two sides of mambo sauce. The food was piping hot which I appreciated. But the food had no flavor. I have only ever gotten twings from this place but i will say they are pretty good (not the best unfortunately). The lemon pepper wings are by far the best flavor but the other flavors i tried were pretty good too. The service was decent and the wings were ready in 15-20 mins from ordering time. Something about this location is just not like the others ...at all. Food doesn't taste the same. Wings aren't really fried and flavors are off. Some of these places think if you put more spice on stuff it will cover up the blandness but not so. The spices don't have much flavor. For example-the honey lemon pepper flavor tasted yellow -not like the supposed flavor. And without the crispy fried chicken base there was nothing for the sauce to cling to so it ran all over the container and saturated most of the potatoes. When I brought it to the attention of the manager his response was...that's the price from 2018, we just haven't updated the price list yet. But trust me miss, the $15.49 is the correct price. Mediocre food for a higher price. Visited three times and there continues to be a major difference in food taste than the rest. My catfish was average. Nothing special. I lived to talk about it. My family ordered the plain wings which has been the best thing to surface from this place. Buffalo wings and lemon pepper garlic wings were ordered and not tastefully appreciated. Pretty decent. I will have to update my review when we visit again. It is located next to a beauty shop in the Valley Centre shopping center on Reisterstown Road. From the main road, you can see a TGI Friday's. It's new and clean. We called our order in and were given an estimate of how long it would take, got there and still had to wait but the food was good, so the wait was worth it. I just know next time to add an additional 10-15 mins. We ordered two 5 piece meals which come with 5 wings (choose one of 30 flavors), fries and a drink. Good food for a good price. I thought I would try this place after not going there for many years. The wings were either over cooked or under cooked(red on the inside) . They lacked flavor. The garlic parmesan wings had barley any flavor and the plain were dry and hard. There was no sauce added , and no blue cheese or celery included. I think for the price that I paid for the ten wings, and had a terrible meal, I could have tolerated Buffalo Wild wings noise, and got wings I knew what I was getting. I got grilled catfish over dirty rice with fries which was great. But the fried okra side tells me I want fried fish here next time. I live around the corner from this location but I make the trip to the New Town location because the food is more miss than hit. In addition the service is terrible. When you call for delivery they hardly ever have it available. When you come in to order if you are there 30mins before closing they don't want to cook your wings well done. The last time I called for a pickup order the guy on the phone was rude and tried to rush me through my order. When it came time for him to repeat it back to me he again was rushing and I couldn't understand what he was saying. I asked him to slow down because he was going through my order quickly and with his accent it was difficult to understand. He snapped back that he was speaking English. The food is pretty decent carry out fare. The place is clean and they have a tv for you to watch while waiting for your order or dinning in. If you do the grilled menu items my suggestion is to ask for light or half the seasoning. They are pretty heavy on the seasoning. The dirty rice is on point! read more

I like America's best also for their sweet tea. But the sweetener used at this location is very nasty. It reminds me of the sweetener used in Jamaica. It's definitely an acquired taste.
