Poor service all around and poor food safety practices!...we witnessed the manager handle the wings with his hands, no gloves...the floors were sticky and the counters dirty. We are following up with the Health Dept. We have also gone in several times to get a refund on an order we did for NYE and Steve the 'manager' said he wasn't giving us a refund. I explained that we have waited over a week. He proceeded to yell from the back of the store. Said he wasn't giving us a refund because he was too busy. When we said that's not customer service, he said he didn't give an F*** and said this repeatedly. He also threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't leave. He was also making it difficult for his employee. She didn't know how to ring up people that came in and told customers they have to do an online order, she could not take their order at the counter. People walked out. I'd recommend you get your wing fix at a cleaner and more service oriented place. Simple manners would do at this point, it really isn't asking much. We've adjusted our expectations. Fyi, we found the corporate number which took a long time to find. When we spoke to corporate finally, he wanted to know how did we get his phone number? We told them they don't make it easy for their customers to reach them. What kind of business doesn't stand behind their product? That tells you something also. Service is very slow, employees are sitting down while there's 5-8 tickets hanging waiting to be put together and 2-4 others hanging off the printer. If understaffed they should hire better help at least. Never had to wait this long at previous other Wingstop locations. read more

The new staff at Wingstop has done a great job at improving wait times, and ensuring order accuracy, but it has come at the cost of no longer accepting walk in orders. I get it. I work in customer service. I've never seen more than two employees at this location ever, and trying to keep up with hundreds of orders during a rush with walk ins all but necessitates they prioritize one or the other. I think a third employee on the fryer line would help considerably, and I hope they eventually reach that conclusion as well. This is one of the few restaurants open late in Peachtree City, and demand is always sufficiently high. read more

My boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere quick to eat so we stopped to get some wings. Chairs were up and I understand because of Covid. We got our wings to go and it came out super fast. There wasn't very much sauce on our wings and the boneless wings were very soft and tasted odd. The bone in wings were really good just very small. I went on a Sunday to order with my family. We waited 45 minutes for our food and discovered that the only person working was the only one scheduled. To clarify, management at this WingStop scheduled ONE employee to both work the register and cook during the LUNCH RUSH on a Sunday. She was doing the best she can but it is unacceptable to put that kind of pressure on your employees. One person can only do so much. Stopped by mid afternoon for a Crew Pack with original hot, bayou bbq and lemon pepper. The guy taking the order was friendly and polite. There were 4 people ahead of me in line and it went quickly. It appears the lobby isn't open for dine in yet, probably due to staffing like a few quick service places in PTC. There were two employees. One cooking and the other taking orders and helping in the kitchen when possible. It took a while, but with low staffing it's to be expected. All of our wings were cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly. The fries were also delicious. I will be back, but I can see how they could get overwhelmed quickly. read more

Food was below average (some of the wings we had to throw out because the meat was hard and the fries were way too greasy). Biggest issue though with my pickup order is that they messed it up (I ordered 75 boneless wings and for some reason they gave me a mixture of both boneless and classic wings, which I don't even know how you can make that mistake). They also left off other items that I had to pay an up-charge for. When I called to let them know, their only resolution was that I had to drive all the way back to the store so they could "make it right." I tried to explain to them that if you are placing all the onus on the customer to fix your mistake that isn't a good solution, but even the manager said it was the only way they would fix it. There are many other options in our area that provide better food and actually care about the customer. read more

I placed my order online after checking the Peachtree City GA location hours. I received a call 10 minutes before 10 telling me my order would not be made because the restaurant had new hours and would be closing. And that I could come back the next day to get my order or go to a completely different location to talk to someone about a refund. I decided to just wait and let them make the order the following day. I call before heading to the restaurant so they could start my order. I was told it would be 35-45 minutes before it would be ready. I have them an hour and headed to the restaurant. The manager Amanda was smoking outside she told me it would still be a while and continued smoking. This is unacceptable and left a stain on the wing stop reputation. ice machine is always broken there's one in the kitchen but no one bothers to fill the one in the dining area. ask for ice and employees get an attitude or just lie and claim to have no ice in the back. the wings are usually really good but the attitude of the employees is deplorable. myself and a few coworkers go here once a week, but no more we are done!!!! read more
