Chicken sandwich with spicy Korean barbecue sauce, with ranch sauce.

Our latest guilty pleasure in Pleasanton is Wingstop. Our family started going there last month and it has made it to our weekly rotation. The kids like the classic wings - mild and original for now, but I'm sure they'll venture out further. The missus sticks to her Hawaiian boneless wings, and I always go for a chicken sandwich with spicy Korean barbecue sauce. Ranch and honey mustard dressings are a must, and we usually also get fries and drinks. Service is usually friendly, and parking is easy. Pro-tip - order 10 wings for the best value, compared to 6, 8, or 15.

Limited flavors! All delicious. Favorite is the French fry seasoning wing

My prayers have finally been answered and a wingstop was opened in Pleasanton!! I gotta say I am biased Wingstop is my favorite no matter what - the crispy wings, amazing flavors, and obviously the ranch! I've visited this location about 4 times already and it is consistently good! Always crispy, never soggy. And they don't skip on the flavors or sauces! Love love love! Favorite is garlic parm and lemon pepper (well done but yes it can be dry). Most recently I tried their french fry seasoning wing and LOVED IT! Please stay permanent!

My kids (and young adults) love this place. I think it's ok, like most American fast food/take away places. The chicken is decent, and not processed tasting like a McNugget. I think the fries are really good if you eat them before they get soggy. They leave the peel on so they have a great home style flavor, sometimes I pop them under the broiler if I'm eating the kids' leftovers. The variety of sauces and adds make it a good crowd pleaser too. I can't say much about the service because my son is typically the one making all of the transactions. It's a convenient way to keep my tribe happy when I'm heading out for the night or just don't feel like cooking. Sometimes I throw in a salad, sliced fruit, or make some corn to feel better about all of the fried food about to be consumed.

Be mindful, when you walk in to place an order, you wait about 15mins. Best to place your order online. Wish I had known. 70 cent boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays. Wish I had known, I went on a Tuesday, ordered combo or boneless and wings but offered this promo pricing. Posting pictures of their menus Dipping sauce not included if you order just chicken.

Disclaimer: this review is about 6 months late…read more We wanted to try out the recently opened Marufuku Ramen in the Ulferts Center on Dublin Blvd. for lunch but due to a long wait we decided to eat somewhere else and that just happened to be Odagada. We tried the curry katsu which was really good and will be coming back to try some more dishes.

I have seen this restaurant many time when I came to this little food plaza but the label of "Katsu" turned me away. But I learned they have BBQ also so decided to give it a try. It was Sunday so I reserve a table just in case, but really there was no need as it was not busy. It happened to be World Cup Final so they turned on the game, but there is no sound... LOL The whole place was playing Kpop. Being a big BTS Fan I was okay with it. The main thing is the food. We ordered the stone bowl bibimbap, bulgogi, seafood pancake, japchae, seafood tofu soup, and half/half chicken wings. * Seafood Pancake - 5 stars - one of the best seafood pancake we have tried for a LONG while. * Beef Stone bowl bibimbap - 5 stars - plenty of topping, the burnt rice on the bottom was just amazing. * Seafood tofu soup - 4.5 stars - it was good, but not 5 star good. * Japchae - 4 stars - it needed more pepper. * bulgogi - 4 stars - it is personal I prefer unmarinated meat, but it was decent, if they would give us more than just 1 piece of romaine lettues that would be better. * Fried chicken - 3 - well, the 1/2 with sauce was too saucy, and the original version needed a bit more taste, but okay. service was a little slow, and the amount of banchan was pretty sad, but it does not take away the deliciousness of the food. Will we go back? Yes, but we will likely not getting the fried chicken, or perhaps if possible sauce on the side.

Went to this location last night and overall, it was a good experience…read more Restaurant was really clean, although the bathroom garbage cans were overflowing onto the floor, which is kind of annoying The food was good. Chicken was super crispy always flavorful. Generous helping of the radishes so I was happy about that. The sausage and rice cake app we ordered was very interesting. I think if you eat one piece of each together it pairs well. The cheese balls were really sweet so again if you take a whole bite and get some of the melted cheese with the sweet exterior, I think it paired well. No complaints

The soy garlic and the spicy were my go-to with a side of rice and pickles. I was usually not a boneless chicken girl but Bonchon changed my mind. I was feeling nostalgic so I went here. Now, I do not know if maybe everyone does their stuff a little differently, but the chicken we got here was pretty disappointing. It almost felt like chewing into a chicken meat ball. I bit to it and each piece had some air space in the middle. Almost like the ball was formed and not a whole piece of chicken. The sauce was very uneven, some pieces didnt even have the sauce on it. Overall I will not be going here anymore. With how expensive everything is lately, my meal was not worth it for the price unfortunately.

As this one had a unique vibe to it with its design and interior. When it comes to service that's where it could be improved. When we went it wasn't too busy but it seemed to take our waitress longer than it should've to get us refills on our drinks. Or to get our food when we were waiting for our meals. It also seemed to take longer than it should've for us to be seated too even though again the place was not very busy. The other criticism is the layout of the TVs as they're kind of placed at random which can make it frustrating to watch any game that is on. In the end, this is a decent location to visit and get lunch at. But it still has room for improvement.

The food is good, the beer selection as awesome and the atmosphere is super casual and fun. It can get a little noisy at times, but there's plenty of outdoor seating for more quiet. What I like best about it is that it really feels like you're going to a place that treats its employees and its customers like family. I'm not a big reviewer, but I felt compelled to share my last experience with Porky's. After ordering, I stopped by the ladies room before going to get a beer. One of the stalls was out of toilet paper and all I could think about was that Seinfeld episode. Wanting to help someone avoid an embarrassing situation, I went to the counter to let them know. The person I tried to tell was kind of rude and waved me off. It was really weird because every other interaction I've ever had with employees there is best described as hospitality instead of just service. I was going to shrug it off. Everyone has off nights, but it was just so out of character for this place I felt I had to say something. I submitted an online comment via their website and figured that was that. Two days later, I got a phone call from Patsy. She was appreciative that I brought it up, asked for more details and promised a follow up. A few days after that, I got a very nice handwritten card from her letting me know they had worked with the employee, who was sorry and was just having an off day. My own mother doesn't send me handwritten cards anymore. I was never going to write the place off after a single incident, but this kind of care for people means I will always keep this place in rotation when the "what do you want for dinner?" Question comes up.
