Tonight the guy that helped do my order and the one to give me the food was ERIC. Dude was friendly and I watched almost every interaction he had with a new person that walked up. He made sure he was smiling and genuinely was efficient and helpful. Restaurant work can be rough and you're always expected to have a good attitude on the job but we are human. On the way to San Jose decided to stop by real quick to fill the tank. Well that was a huge mistake on a Saturday afternoon. The line was long and the wait time was 26 mins. Ouch. Made all of us hangrier. While waiting we noticed a bunch of teens just making tik toks or something, they were pretty loud and at that moment I realized, this is the spot where cooked generations come to eat. Just kidding, it's always a good signs when businesses are busy like this. We finally got our food and it was all delicious as usual for In-N-Out. Well, when I got home and we were ready to eat, I realized both orders of fries were salted. My son even had to check for me cause he thought maybe I took the wrong one. I should have known cause normally orders of unsalted fries would be placed in separate bags as they should. And usually this location is pretty good about it. In n out is probably the only fast food place I go to and even then, I do not go often enough. Maybe once every few months. I love in n out and wish I could go more often! Even though it is always so busy, the line never takes more than 10-15mins when you go inside. The drive through line is always pretty long though. But I think the workers are working hard. I usually get a double double protein style with cut up chili peppers and onion on it w/ a side of fries. This time I got a double double burger. Its been yaers for me to not get protein style. So delicious just as I remember it. I am a big fan of their fries too. Some say they are not as tasty as others, but I beg to differ. I think it taste fresh! Being a fast food chain, I usually don't expect much. As long as the food is good, I will be happy. But this location is different. The person at the counter is a bit middle-aged, but he greets everyone with a big smile and always confirms the order before the checkout. Once he asked to cut the burger into half for the kids, I was surprised as I didn't even know such a thing existed. It was way easier for my kids to eat the burger. The clean tables and supplies are always filled when they are running low. And of course, the burger is best as always with juicy meat and the most famous sauce. The food came out really fast, the burgers were super fresh and delicious, and the service was great. Everyone is super nice and it was very busy but I was shocked by how fast the food came out. They were really organized. Definitely if you go late at night there is the teenage crowd and it's always busy here. I came in and for once, there was absolutely no line. I ordered a cheeseburger with everything on it, and my bf ordered a 3x3 with no tomato and grilled onions. We rarely swing by here to get our fix of Double Double. It's been more than a year since we last came here and nothing seems to have changed here. Their garbage bins located inside the front door are usually overfull and when the front door is open, with the wind garbage flies out of the bins. Staff are VERY friendly and very prompt to help! Their Drive-Thru queue always seems so long and backed up out through the road. It's WAY faster just parking and grabbing your food then getting into the Drive-Thru line! There were only about 2 people ordering food inside the restaurant on a Saturday evening. Overall, food has been consistent. Tastes good and you get what you pay for!
