I was craving wings today so I decided to eat at Wingstop and, I ordered a 10 piece classic flats only hot honey (I normally get Louisiana Rub) combo w/ fries, ranch, and a soda! It was super hot and fresh. I like both of my entrees extra hard even though my wings weren't to my liking this time around it still tasted really good. It was only two people working but, I was greeted immediately and I literally only waited for one minute. The cashier he was super nice and, he allowed me to order and, doubled checked my order and let me know exactly how long it would take to be prepared to go. Once my food was ready the cook bought my food out to me and made sure the bag was sealed tightly. It's a 4 out 5 stars because I like my food the way It's normally cooked and, seasoned well done! Wingstop is located on the corner of Powell at a very busy intersection. The store and dine-in area was very clean and there are 4-5 tables, seating at the door to wait for your order. There's a soda dispenser is located to left of the front door and a television (w/ music playing but, it's not too loud)! Definitely don't plan ahead and order food from here on Super Bowl. I planned in advanced for food to be picked up at 3:15, was there to pick it up at that time and it wasn't ready. After 25 minutes of waiting they finally took my payment and told me AFTER getting paid it was going to be another 30 minutes. My food was still not ready after 40 additional minutes so at this point it's about 1.5 hours later than scheduled. Found out they gave my order to someone else when that someone else brought it back which I'm obviously not taking food that was handled by a stranger so I got my money back and left. 0/10 don't recommend this location at all. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with what we received for the money we spent! For about $23 we were able to get two chicken sandwich combo meals and 10 piece boneless wings for our daughter. For $7.99. The chicken sandwich combo is a deal. The chicken isn't the highest quality, and there is not as much stuff on the chicken sandwich as you would find at some of the local smaller chicken sandwich, shops like JoJo Pdx, but for this price alongside a soda and fries, this can't be beat. I loved all the options of flavors for the chicken as well as the different fry flavor options. Will definitely be back. First and very last time my family will ever eat at Wingstop, frankly the absolute worst meal we've ever tried to and I mean we really tried to eat it and like it "most went into the compost " but it should have gone in the garbage. My first time trying wing stop... oh my. The wings were good but the customer service was ridiculously bad. Walking in, I barely had one foot in the door and the guy at the counter was already asking me if I was there to pick up an order. Like no hey welcome to wing stop, my god. I told him I was there to place an order and he was like "you paying with cash or card?" - chill bro I haven't even ordered yet. I asked him how many wings would be good for one person and he acted like that was the dumbest question he's ever heard. IM SORRY I don't have the slightest idea how big your wings are IVE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE. Anyways, once I got my order in it took about 15 minutes for them to bring the food out (which is a bit slow for fast food) but I sat in the restaurant to eat. While I was eating two guys were there waiting for their orders to go. They had very similar names and I guess the orders got mixed up. Once guy #1 was out the door and gone, guy #2 realized he had the wrong order. That same rude dude working at the counter went in the back to remake the order and from my table I could hear him saying "that guy was an absolute moron" and "what an idiot". LIKE BRO ITS NOT THAT DEEP?? It was such a simple easy mistake to make, god forbid though or else you'll get absolutely torn to shreds by the angry wing stop worker. When I finished eating I looked around for a trash can to throw my food away in and apparently they don't have one for customers (weird). After that I went to ask for the bathroom code so I could wash my hands. Miserable worker dude let me get about 3 words out of my mouth before he cut me off with the code I was trying to ask him for. Whatever man, at least he got me what I wanted. If whoever that guy was ever reads this review, for the love of god go get a different job. I'm sure you're more than capable of working somewhere other than wing stop where you clearly hate your life. Okay I know this is fast food and all but, wow it was so bad. I ordered extra well done fries (an option you can choose when ordering pick up) and the fries were literally the soggiest, undercooked fries I have ever had. The wings themselves were fine, but the third one I ate had a long dark hair in it that I pretended was mine but I'm gonna tell you, it was not because I have red hair. I wound chalk it up to them being busy and the three teenagers in there seemed to be, but it was just me and one other person waiting to pick up our orders. Logan and Seth are amazing! They stayed late, they were extremely friendly, and they went above and beyond delivering the best customer experience. Another customer in front of us treated them very poorly and they were polite and professional in response. The wings here are always phenomenal, and don't take very long to cook. The atmosphere in the store is great, with super chill music and a nice aesthetic. I come here regularly and have always had shockingly great experiences with the staff. One day my wings took a little longer and a blonde woman working that night gave me a brownie. She was super sweet too.
