Reason we didn't do dinner there is because they only sell chicken and/or gunz. So you have to be in the mood for one or the the other. We just stopped by to get an order of their Guns(crispy potatoes) with pickled onion on them. They were perfectly brown with a satisfying crunch. We shared a large order and it came with 2 sides of Peruvian aji(creamy jalapeño, garlic, lime, & cilantro) perfect for dipping, not spicy at all. It had a great flavor to it and was a great side. My wife had a Breakside Wanderlust IPA. We sort of hit a bit of everything with the wings, 1/4 chicken, potato salad and short ribs. Everything was super tasty and I would order again. Interior and exterior decor was rustic and fun with super cheesy old old school country music playing. I found out it's made from left over rice and my symptoms matched "fried rice syndrome", a food poisoning caused by the Bacillus cereus (B. cereus) bacterium. Super moist and flavorful chicken. I love the char flavor on it and I can never get enough of the Peruvian aji sauce. Sometimes the chicken can be too say or the portion size can be inconsistent. If you want more chicken, I recommend getting two orders of the quarter bird rather than one order of the half bird.
