It's the closest wingstop to my house so I tend to go here often. Wish it didn't take so long to make some wings and wish place was cleaner. Staff is all young and wish they would care for the customers more. Some Staff is a bit rude but who knows what they are going through. In all the wings are still good. I placed an order on 2/3/19 at 1:30pm for only 20 boneless wings. I was told an hour. When I went in at 2:30pm nothing was ready. I ended up staying an extra 45 min to get my order. I was one of the lucky ones.... People had placed their Super Bowl party orders weeks in advanced and they were waiting over an hour past their designated pick up time. I have been to this Wingstop twice and both times the workers were AMAZINGLY kind and generous. On my most recent trip, my boyfriend and I went at 10:45-11 pm-ish. Considering it's a Monday, I wasn't sure if they had the 60 cent boneless or not so I asked the guy at the register (Jeffrey is the name on the receipt, but I didn't get his name from him personally) and he said yes and explained how the pieces work and whatnot. I was hesitant on getting fries so I asked him his honest opinion on the fries and he said they were really good, so I got them. Altogether, we got the 60 cent, 10 piece boneless wings with fries and Ranch, and the total came out to a little over $10. That isn't bad considering how much food that actually is! One complaint I've noticed on Yelp is that the wait for the food takes a long time which- if 10 minutes is considered a long time then sure. Maybe it was because they were getting ready to close and were empty, but the wait was not that long at all. We were back home and eating by 11:20. Huge shout out to Jeffrey for being so great, and huge thank you to the rest of the team for getting us in and out of there so fast. I will definitely be back! read more

This is my first visit to Wing Stop and I was very pleased with the taste. I hade the original hot wings and the dry rub. The wings were fantastic...... I had to stand waiting for someone to take my order because all hands were on deck making wings. The only thing I did not like was, the talking of trash off the tables and dumping it in a trash can under the counter of orders waiting to be picked up. When that was full they carried trash to a can in the back. You guys need trash cans for the customers to use so they can cleanup after themselves. When I arrive to pay, I again asked if my wings were cooked for the specific amount of time I requested. Cashier confirmed. They also started mopping really early, and it looked like they barely even mopped at all. The lady lightly went over the floor barely even brushing over it. I've been to all the Wingstops within a 10 mile radius. This one is probably the worst in terms of food preparation. They never get the order quite right and the food isn't quite as good as other locations. I've asked for extra wet every time and they come dry as a bone and cold. Even the soda isn't mixed quite right. The best ones I've been to locally are the Archibald location and Fontana near Kaiser Permanente. This is my closest Wingstop (just a traffic light away), so I'm extra disappointed that I may just travel farther away if I want the Wingstop experience I know and love. read more

My order might have been forgotten because I waited about 30 minutes for and order they said would be ready in ten. Several customers came after me, ordered, and left with their food before me. Was not until I was about to ask that the server said it was almost ready. The food was warm to cold, not hot at all. The traditional wings (lemon pepper/mild) didn't have a variety, 2 flats and 6 drums in an 8 piece order. They also seemed slightly undercooked, not golden. The fries were all different sizes and unevenly seasoned (Cajun). Some fries with no seasoning others with one side completely covered in seasoning. Overall the food just did Not seem fresh at all. Compared to other wing stops I really like this one. I've been here a few times and the wait is never to long. They are pretty accurate with the wait time.
