Awful experience. The sandwich artist did their best and ultimately had rules she needed to follow. She looked stressed and emotional over having to decline other peoples' requests. My sandwich came completely dry simply because I asked for a modified cold cut combo. I couldn't modify my sandwich in any way. Please don't go here. I went in to this Subway location today because I was craving their delicious tuna sandwich. As I entered, I noticed that the whole dining area was empty, so that people could not sit. Additionally, their overall area was tidy and clean. This made me happy because it shows that they are doing their part to stop the spread of COVID. I wonder if it is deliberate, but I also noticed that there was only one employee working. She was truly busy with a lot of orders, but I saw how she kept a level head and kept on efficiently working. When it was my turn, she kindly apologized for the delay. Of course, it was no problem, as she was the only employee working, and I completely understood. All in all, she was very courteous and did a great job with my sandwich. So, with that I say, thank you Aileen for your awesome customer service! Ultimately, my experience at this location left me with a good taste in my mouth. So.....it's under new ownership.. Went there, ordered two subs, two drinks, and chips. Got my total, was gonna pay with a subway gift card. "Oh....we're not set up to accept gift cards"... Me: "Well, this is a $15 gift card and I was goi g to pay for the first $15 with this and cash for the remainder." Her: "I'm sorry...we don't accept gift cards." Me: "then....no sale...it shouldn't be my problem that you don't accept gift card." Her: " we're new owners...we don't have that set up." So....they apparently would rather throw away two completely prepared and toasted sandwiches, and two fountain drinks...rather than...maybe...taking the gift card...taking $15 off my total and charging me the difference...and keeping a customer. Terrible customer service decision. We left, and went to the subway on Baseline, a couple miles away, and they accepted our $25 gift card, and we left happy customers. I ordered a hot rotisserie chicken sandwich online and my husband picked it up. When I opened it I discovered that the chicken was refrigerator cold. The chicken had not been warmed up at all. I called and complained and the worker said he had to call the lady that was the owner. He calls me back and tells me that the owner said he could not refund me my money for the sandwich. Not only was it cold, it was haphazardly thrown together and not made as I requested through the app. I had not eaten off the sandwich and was returning it to them. I stopped eating at this Subway two years ago and will not be back. The owner was worried about loosing $13 now she has lost hundreds. As a family of four, we spend at least $40 a pop each visit. Well I won't be ordering online ever again that's for sure. I ordered a turkey sub with easy lettuce. I ordered it this way because whenever I order IN STORE, they PILE ON the lettuce and they're barely able to put any of the other veggies on it much less close the sandwich. What I got when I ordered online was a mayonnaise sandwich with easy veggies and barely any lettuce. I get that we're in a pandemic and it's easier to socially distance by ordering online, but obviously they can't be trusted to make a sandwich the way you want it unless you're standing on the other side of the glass pointing out your preferences. Initially, we ordered 2x 6 inch subs and a drink. Then we ordered another footlong. Both orders were prepared orderly, timely and efficiently with generous portions (on the veges). 1 star because the food is good compared to other subways, but thats about it. They only ever have 1 employee working during the busiest times at lunch. Then they start working on online orders. People will wait over 45 mins for their food in line. This has happened to me a few times here. The owner really needs to hire another person to get the line moving. But, they like being too cheap and make people wait. Don't come here on your lunch break as you won't get your food in a timely manner. Only come here if you've got hours to kill. read more

I hardly do bad reviews but... Not sure if they employees gloves were wet but my sandwich was toasted yet the bread was super soggy and gross. It completely fell apart. Also the employees were gossiping loudly about their personal lives in front of the counter. One of the employees also had headphones in while working. The bathroom is gross and needs to be deep cleaned. Last time I came here there was an employee on FaceTime while customers were ordering and she did not wash her hands after cleaning a dish with her gloves on. So gross. Today, due to curfew i called ahead to make sure they were open. The young lady that answered was super rude and seemed to just want do get me off the phone. Either way they were open so I headed out. When we got there we were hit with the fact that they have literally like 4 things available from the menu. She told me they had no sliders, tuna, cold cut, Philly cheesesteak.. nothing. Basically just turkey and meatball marinara. And even that, she served it to us cold. She had a terrible attitude.
