I always come to this Waba Grill when I'm on my lunch at work. The place is always clean and I'm greeted upon entering the front doors. The food here is always fresh and delicious and the staff is always sweet. I mainly wanted to write this review because after I picked up my online order, there was a customer who was super rude to Erika after she dropped what she was doing to come take this lady's order and this lady didn't even have the audacity to get off her phone and be respectful.. so in case she decides to call corporate and make a false complaint- I was here, I seen it and If this woman wasn't in lala land on her telephone call she would've seen that Erika followed proper handwashing procedures before preparing her order instead of assuming she came from the restroom without washing her hands because she wasn't even paying attention to her surroundings. Thank you, Erika for handling the situation with kindness and respect even though she was being rude to you and thank you for always remembering me and my order!!! Got a mini bowl and it was NOT MINI if someone orders a MINI bowl they are ordering a small portion and expecting that. I couldn't even mix my bowl or eat it properly because it was overpacked. So I finally got tired of being short served on the food that this Waba grill produces. If you notice where the rice line is on the bowl that they advertise, It is nowhere in comparison to what they actually serve you. I cannot believe trying to gyp you on rice is appropriate. When I complained about it, they frown at you. I went today and purchased the two chicken bowl special. They advertise it on the window. When I saw the lady behind the counter, she filled the rice bowls to less than 3/5 of the container. I complained because that is not what the picture shows, you can't show one version of a rice bowl and then skimp on the amount of rice that you're serving and then also skimp on the chicken. I've gone in there and had a 3/5 of the way filled rice bowl so they're cutting 40% off what it should. So for every 2 1/2 chicken bowls at 3/5 serving size they have enough rice to make another short filled rice bowl. Thats what like an additional 8.00 profit. Shame on them. You don't want to get a false advertising claim with somebody taking pictures of what you guys are producing and then matching it up to the pictures on the window do your jobs fill the balls right and have customers that will return it's rice basically water Shame on you franchisees that can't follow the proper procedures . Big MISTAKE to come here!!! They have ads about kids get a free mini Bowl with any entree purchase and the girl at the register seeing i have my little 8 year old niece with me didn't have the courtesy to say hey she can get a free bowl with your entree!! No she charged me for the kids eat free bowl and then, my niece saw the sign and I showed her and she had the audacity to say it's too late it has to be done at the transaction yet she says do you want another bowl I said well how long is that going to take because we've been waiting for an hour already? And my niece is hungry she hasn't ate dinner! She said well we have two online orders right now and so I just said can you just give me a refund on the bowl? This is ridiculous... we get our stuff and we start leaving and halfway down the street. I realize that she forgot my dumplings. Do I had to bust a U-turn and I'm really mad now!! and my niece noticed that one of the bowls opened and spilled all over the food and one of the sauces also opened and spilled all over the food as well. I got the rib plate and it was really good for its price of $10/$11. The beef was lean and had a good char on both sides. There was also quite a few pieces. I've been twice over the years, first time they gave me old chicken that made me sick. The last time was last week, dry chicken no green onion and the worker was a lazy kid.
