We ordered a 40 pack of wings. When we finished there was no ice. The ice machine had broken down and we were drinking somewhat warm soda which is understandable because it's out of their control. We ordered Mild wings. The mild wings were horrible. They were extremely dry and weren't even seasoned appropriately. We asked for extra seasoning and when we tried it, it was literally just oil. You can just taste a spoonful of oil. We just ended up asking for mango habanero sauce to give it a different flavor from what we had tasted. We got Lemon Pepper, our favorite flavor for their wings. Also got the Cajun Voodoo fries & the fried corn. The food was great with 25 minutes from order to delivery, still hot. I would give this 0 stars but I can't. First off we go in there and the cashier has no idea what he is doing nor can talk to us in English. Besides that, we order our food and I feel the cashier looking at my girlfriends ass. Absolutely disgusting. As we leave and get our food he looks again (the only reason I didn't say anything was because he didn't even know English which is a joke) . As we go home we see the fries were wrong, we wanted Cajun and we got cheese fries. The cheese tasted old and sour. It got my girlfriend sick, she threw up all night. I'm pretty tolerant but this last time was HORRIBLE They put so much salt on the wings that I couldn't eat them. (lemon pepper) And they were full of grease! I had to throw them out. And I thought the price was a little high, but didn't find out way until I got home. They had included very soggy and horrible fries which I DID NOT ORDER. UNSAFE WORKING CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYEES I love coming to this Wingstop it has to be one of my favorite locations for wings. However I went in today and as you guys know we have been going through a heat wave this week, currently it's 91°f outside . When walking in to the store it was hot inside as well. The employees had NO AC and when I asked why their ac was not on they said since it's Labor day it was no programed to be on that day. I asked to speak to the manager so they could possibly open the thermostat since it was LOCKED. Unfortunately the manager was not in and an employee did mention he spoke to him about turning the AC on but said no. I would not be surprised if one of their employees gets heat stroke due to their environment. I feel bad for the employees that have to work today in those conditions. read more

Today I ordered on DoorDash and I forgot to add the ranch on my other two orders. I called the restaurant and Mario answered the phone. I explained to him the situation and he said that I need to call my DoorDash to have him paid the two "extra" ranches. "They aren't extra ranches" I said to him, but he insisted to call or to go myself and buy them. He said that the DoorDash order said only one ranch and that if I wanted more, I needed to pay. My day was not going to well with my 8 month old baby and 2 years old infant for Mario to give me more negative situation to my life for two ranches that were free to start with for my 30+ wings that I order. If I knew Mario was going to answer the phone make me feel worse by his actitud (bc he wasn't being nice by the way he was talking to me either not making sense), I would of cook at home and save me the trouble. I asked once I wanted to talk to the manager and he first said that he was busy, I asked him again and hang up on me. I called back, he answer the phone and repeated the same thing, to have the DoorDash to ask for the "extra ranch" and he'd have to pay. I asked for the manager for the second time and he said he wasn't there. Now manager is not there, hmm! So, I asked to just add the ranch and stop this for only two ranches, TWO! So, after he said no, I asked to speak to someone else. THANKS GOD Consuelo was there to help me. But before he passed the phone to consuelo, he lied on me explaining the situation differently. Consuelo answer the phone, I explain what happened and she just said "okay". Once the order arrived, it was wrong. I paid for 15 classics and 11 boneless and I had only 6 boneless and 12 classics. I paid more for less. I called once again, thank god consuelo answered the phone and she told me she was going to leave a note to go pick up the missing order. Boneless. Once again, consuelo safe the day! Thanks! I love Wingstop and I will continue to be a customer at this location. I just hope not to speak with Mario any more if he is going to continue to be this unprofessional and mean employee. You don't talk to customer like they are crazy and we don't know what we are talking about. If you see that the order has more the 30+ wings, you should give the customer the other two that she or he forgot to put it as an option. I live close by and frequent the establishment, today I was really upset by a sneaky move a worker tried pulling on me! I paid my meal with a $50 bill, and was expecting to get $18 back. I sit down and realize the worker only gave me $13. So I patiently went to the counter and waited with my receipt and cash in hand, before I even have time to speak to let him know I was missing $5 he reached in the cash drawer and pulled out a $5! He definitely knew he had stolen from me based off of the fact I didn't have to tell him anything. Please count your money going to this establishment. I love wings. When I found out my friends had Wingstop at their house party, I was excited. We had about three different varieties on Saturday, August 26th around 1pm. I can't recall the different flavors. I think we had Original Hot, another dry rub flavor, and another somewhat saucier one. The wings were big and juicy. I tend to gravitate towards the dry rubs as they aren't as messy, but the meat on all were tender and moist. We also had a side of fries and of course veggies! I love raw carrots and celery with their ranch like dip. Balances out the the meaty wings. I know some aren't fans of Wingstop, but I adore them. Definitely a great option when you're craving chicken wangz! read more

I often work afternoon shifts so I eat dinner late and I would normally try to call and order to go but most of the time it's impossible to get someone to answer the phone during late hours, at this and surrounding locations (El Camino, Industrial Rd., and East Palo Alto). All three of these locations close at midnight. Drove here a little after 11pm to place an order to go (meal for two bone in) and was told they stop making bone in at 11:30pm because it takes too long to cook, my only option was to order boneless chicken. Opted to not order anything and left, got in my car and the time stated it was 11:27 pm. Waste of time if you're trying to order to go late night, seems as though it depends which night crew is working because I've never heard of this policy before (nor is it posted anywhere in the store or on the site). So for you regular wing lovers beware, I guess wingstop actually closes at 11:30pm for you! read more
