This Wingstop normally takes a long time to get the food ready so I like to order online for pickup. When I went into the store the girl that helped me didn't get my name right at first, so she thought I had made a phone order and had to pay (when I already payed online) when 1) I specifically said I made an online order and 2) my name was completely different than the one she thought I had. It's fine, people mishear names sometimes. She handed me the bag and I had to ask her for the drink that came with the combo I ordered. If I hadn't asked and forgotten I wouldn't have gotten the drink I payed for. When I got home the fries that came with the combo weren't in the bag with the rest of my food- just the wings. Sufficed to say I was quite miffed since I didn't get what I payed for. The first two things that happened I can excuse mostly because it's busy and sometimes it gets loud and hectic. However, when someone is paying for something, they should be able to get everything what they pay for without having to check the bag before they leave. The kids that work here aren't really customer oriented nor do they seem to have a sense of urgency when it comes to quickness.I know that this is a lot, leaving a bad review over just a serving of fries but the service at this location is consistently lackluster. This place is probably going to stay in business simply because its a decent food place with only less than stellar service and one review on Yelp isn't going to change that. This does make me think however that if the employees who work here cut corners on customer service, whose to say they don't do the same with hygiene and food safety. I was really looking forward to having some wings!Ordered 10 pieces two different flavors. Original and Cajun. Both flavors tasted the same and not really spicy. Just kinda blah. The order was mostly drums with a couple of wings. They were very dry with some bites not even chewable. I didn't finish them. I've had good juicy wings, with flavorful sauces from the San Carlos and EPA stores. So I'll make the extra drive and go to one of them. So sad :( read more

I love coming to this Wingstop it has to be one of my favorite locations for wings. However I went in today and as you guys know we have been going through a heat wave this week, currently it's 91°f outside. When walking in to the store it was hot inside as well. The employees had NO AC and when asked why their ac was not on they said since it's Labor day it was no programed to be on that day. I asked to speak to the manager so they could possibly open the thermostat since it was LOCKED. Unfortunately the manager was not in and an employee did mention he spoke to him about turning the AC on but said no. I would not be surprised if one of their employees gets heat stroke due to their environment. I feel bad for the employees that have to work today in those conditions. read more

After 10 minutes the cash register guy walks back starts talking with the other guys and forget it I'm on hold. All this time I'm sitting in my car in front of the shop.
