I ordered ahead and arrived at time my food was to be completed, I waited 10 minutes for someone to address me and was told "your early" than they walked away. I waited another 40 minutes for my order. During that time I watched as several customers came in and waited a long time (10 minutes) to be addressed while staff talked about weed, talked about the your girls in lobby, showed each other pictures on their phone and came out to get drinks for themselves. None of the staff had gloves on or their hair tied back (their hair was passed their shoulders). We were actually thinking about carrying in from Buffalo Wild Wings for BOGO wing day and I swear Google knew because next thing you know, I saw a sponsored facebook ad for the family meal deal at Wingstop! We decided to go for this meal and got 16 boneless wings - half garlic parm and half honey bbq. The honey bbq was a bit too spicy for me. My husband really liked the garlic parm wings. The food here and good, and staff are nice. However, my daughter really wanted a Sprite after her tournament, and got home to find it had no syrup. Just soda water. It happens, but this is the third time in a row it has happened to us. We saw the online ordering be so late and it got worse and worse from 2019 into 2020. We kept giving them chances and the delays would be 20 to 30 minutes later than promised. Not enough staff, they are scrambling - 2 more people minimum would have helped. 2. Is the model not able to keep up to a lot of orders? 3. Get that lady HELP, she was fighting hard and even at over an hour of waiting, I told her "hang in there" 4. Stop taking orders when you start falling behind! Hell, I worked at a pizza place as a teenager and we would stop taking orders in order to catch up! Stay away.
