Two of us were dining and we ordered with the intention of getting the one dollar wing special and adding fries and alcoholic beverages. Since payment is done through the handheld device, it wasn't until I received the text with my receipt that I saw the breakdown of the bill but I'm definitely blaming myself for not asking why my total was more than expected before I paid. Upon seeing the receipt, I asked the server why she had rung the food as two combos instead of the dollar wing special with fries, drinks and dips added and she informed me that the wing special was for only one flavor and said maybe she should've asked me beforehand. Hearing that was beyond disappointing. We had asked about the special and even ordered the beer that was on special. It was poor service to not have been informed before or during ordering that I would not be getting the advertised deal of the day.

What really stood out were the flavors. Even the hotter sauces had amazing taste. Too many wing spots seem to think "hot" means sacrificing flavor, but Fried Hard nailed both heat and taste. Our favorite flavors were the Hot Lemon Pepper and Memphis Bold. Both were packed with flavor and easily some of the best wings we've had in a long time. The food was so good that during our 4th of July weekend trip, we ended up coming back two days in a row. That's probably the best compliment I can give. If you're a wing fan, do yourself a favor and check this place out.

That isn't mentioned on their Google page or Facebook page, and on their Instagram, it isn't clear that it is 21+ all the time as it is written right after "late night." I went in on my own to order wings to go. The menu is not written anywhere, and isn't on the website (which would also be a convenient place to mention that anyone under 21 is not allowed on property), so the moved slowly as no one could figure out what they wanted until they reached the only ordering kiosk at the window. Maybe their flavors change frequently? A chalkboard or something would be nice. The wings were very reasonably priced and didn't take overly long. We took them up the road to someplace with picnic tables to eat--only to discover that one of the extra sauces was missing and another was wrong. It would also be helpful if they labeled the different flavors. Maybe it was an off night for the wings, but we didn't get the hype. I think this restaurant is suffering from being too successful too quickly and will hopefully find a way to scale up to accommodate its popularity. Maybe somewhere with menus and access for families. I would try it again at that point, but I can't see going through the inconvenience for their food until then.

The lady taking my order was friendly and suggested I try flavored lemonade. I asked her which flavor she liked and she recommended peach and said it was made with real peaches. The lemonade was outstanding! I nearly finished it on my way home. The fries were really good a fresh and the cheesesteak was solid. Don't expect to get an authentic cheesesteak here but it was much better than a fast food burger and fries.
