Came to town for our son's baseball game this afternoon, and decided to grab some wings before the game. Walked in and placed our order - 20 for $20, order of fries, order of corn, and an original (hot) chicken sandwich. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant. Greeted us upon entry with a smile. Food probably took about 15-20 minutes, so not bad at all. There were a few others in the restaurant enjoying their meal when we arrived, however, it wasn't overly noisy. We were still able to find a table to sit at and wait for our food. The wings were nice and hot, fresh, and delicious. We always get the lemon pepper, and hubby decided to try the new "street corn" flavor. Lemon pepper was as expected (simply amazing), and hubby said the street corn flavor was very good (he said he'd order that flavor again). Corn was nice and hot and seasoned to perfection, fries were nice and fresh, and the chicken sandwich was hot and fresh and very tasty. Of course the ranch was phenomenal (best ranch in the world). Wingstop wings and fries are the freaking best! I've never physically visited this location, but every time I order food from the Wingstop App I know it's been prepared and delivered from this specific location. Placing my food order through the app is so easy! I like that they save your past orders, so you can go through the checkout process faster. Last time I ordered wings was this past weekend, and everything came out super fresh and was delivered very quickly. My go-to is the buffalo and garlic parmesan wings. They have messed my order up in he past, and most recently they forgot an extra sauce that I requested and paid for. Management is good about correcting mistakes though, so I wasn't left completely empty handed. The wings from here are always pretty solid. Wait time isn't too bad considering we went there and ordered in store, we waited about 10 minutes for our wings to be ready. Tables look clean for the most part. We order takeout often. Love the veggies and of course the wings but have to say last 2-3 times we get home and a side is missing, the rolls (which are delish), then the veggies (also love, always crisp, fresh). 2 days ago we are ordered, checked our order when we went to pickup, then we get home and no ranch dressing. Just can't win. I will make sure to have employee check our order next time but I don't feel I should have to do that. It's been a while since I've been to a Wingstop let alone my first time I've been to this particular location. 1. Unlike the WS on Military near Commercial, this one is much smaller and lacks booths so your only option is to sit at the bar. 2. They have honey mustard as a dip which I like because I can't stand ranch nor blue cheese. 3. The atomic wings are much bigger than the mild and original. 4. We order here pretty often and the wings never look or taste even remotely similar. It's a super small location and it is trashy. I always order garlic Parmesan and last night they tasted pretty good. They were the boneless and right after I ate them my stomach was a little upset which is unusual. Worst wing stop and worst customer service. I was the only customer, place my order ahead of time, showed up 5 minutes late and still had to wait 20 mins for my order. Sheer negligence and incompetence. Management can't manage. Couldn't tell who was the authority, bunch of kids running around, playing and using cell phones. After I got tired of waiting I asked what was going on and my order was already ready, waiting for who knows how long.. don't waste your money. We come here often. About half the time they miss our order but they always make it right in our favor which we appreciate. Food is always great but this loud cussing vulgar thug music today 5-28-17 is a first and has got to go. There are a lot of children in here. My family's visit today was sub-par because of our poor mannered waiter. First he was forgetting our wing order. We order 40 wings and went over with this waiter each specific sauce we wanted for the wings and he kept getting all mixed up. After we finally think he got all of it; we were wrong. When our wings arrived we were missing some and of course we checked before. We also ordered a burger and had to let the waiter know hey don't forget our burger which he did. He also charged us wrong and we had to get him to fix it. NOW there was a bus boy cleaning windows and he greeted us with a happy smile and opened the door for us and was very pleasant. He kept checking up on us and our waiter did not give us any refills or check in on us at all. We told the bus boy we wish he was our waiter instead of the other we had. We gave the bus boy a tip and not our waiter due to his poorly service and no mannered job. We told the manager about the bus boy and how awesome he was and how nice he was to us. The bus boy there is named Michael and my main reason for this review is to help him go from bus boy to a server. He would be awesome. read more
