Another fail with Wing Daddys. I just don't learn my lesson! Waitress was amazing so I had no issues over tipping her but the food... was horrible! I had a salad. How can you mess that up! The crusted parmesan crisp tasted so horrible. They were soft and tasted like expired cheese. I love parmesan crisp but this made me feel totally different. I don't think I can eat those anymore. There was no feta on my salad, so it it was not for the waitress proving me with cucumbers, it would have been worst than what it was. The fries were great and my little one loved her grilled cheese. So I thought it was going to turn the corner but the we went to the bathroom. The bathroon smelled worst than a porter potty and I think they knew it because they had the door open. Right when you walk it you get hit by gnats and the horrific smell just topper it off. This is our third visit to the 1115 SE Military location and I have no complaints about the food or drinks. I do have to comment on the smell of backed up drain or dirty water in the area at the end of the bar. Yuck! Also there was a sign at the door that stated a 4% price increase which was ok but when the tab came the $5.95 for a 23 ounce draft beers jumped to $6.75 and the $4.95, 16 ounce increased to $5.75. The food prices remained the same as listed on the menu. If they overcharge on only the drinks it adds up to quite a lot of extra money. I suggest putting the new price on the menu or get updated menus printed. It is not fair to the customer or the server to tell the new higher price after being questioned. read more

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the distinct smell of old bar water mixed with a bucket of mop sauce. It was pretty disgusting... and I still sat down. It was the dirty rag being dragged across the counter where my beer was gonna sit where I drew the line. I asked the waitress if the rag was clean. If a patron is asking that, the staff should prolly get an idea that possibly there is some distrust from the patron, like, I dunno, maybe they smell something or, maybe, they saw the hand towel that was used and the dinginess of it. I've been here four times and every time the experiences left a lot to be desired. The first time was just us, a friend and her boys. The food was ok, the drinks were amazing, but the restaurant itself was just poorly maintained. Our wait staff was ok, nothing to complain about but nothing memorable or especially motivating to say we had great service. The second time, the waitress was much more present but again the restaurant had a distinct odor and just had a feeling of ick, like you found the Southside of San Antonio's dungeon and there was moss and algae growing. A fun and spacious place to go and watch games, unfortunately the tv's are connected in a way where you can only watch certain games. We weren't able to watch the game we wanted at the table we were sitting at - it was a bit of distance in viewing the game. Food was great - awesome selection of menu items from appetizers to main entrees and the specialty cocktails were a lot of fun. I got the peach margarita with peach gummies. It's very loud here. The music is turned up to a level that you would play if you're alone cleaning your house, which forces customers to talk above that. The dining room is small so sound fills and carries the space easily. Not to mention the kitchen staff literally yells out to the waitresses, in an aggressive tone, when orders are ready. The waitress are always nice but they're not speedy with drinks, refills and food delivery. The atmosphere is chaotic at times, with no real waiting area for customers waiting to be seating and the kitchen staff yelling at the waiters for order pick-up. Food s gs though and usually made to order. Do not sit at the bar. The bartender is your waitress and bartender for the whole restaurant. Oddly, my order is usually wrong when I sit at the bar too.
