Extremely disappointed with this Wingstop. I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 7-12 minutes. I arrived in 12 minutes, but they hadn't even started making it. They then told me it would be another 10 minutes while my kids waited in the car. I had already picked up other food, which ended up getting cold. When I mentioned that I'd already waited and it should have been ready, they just brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal. Really frustrating experience. And if you look at the replied, all they do is send to their website to contact them and the website is crap it's junk is confusing. I've reached out their customer service number (that doesn't work) and reached out via social media and have been ignored. This recent experience my order was left sitting on the shelf after I checked in with the cashier for my pick up, leaving my food cold -- I got a remake today because the manager refused to give me my money back and when I came to get my order, they still wanted to charge me for my drink and ranch after the manager said he'll redo my entire order. FYI: LOW RATING DUE TO SERVICE NOT FOOD. I should have read reviews before I came. I came and placed an in person order around 11:50am. Said order: 10 piece wings, fries and drink. The girl behind the counter said it would be "about 18 mins. Shoulda been a red flag right there because what kinda random time estimate is 18 mins?! I decided to wait in the restaurant instead of wandering around the plaza looking for something to do. I fill up my drink at the mega soda fountain and put a lid on my cup. I then notice the little straw container Is empty. I ask for a straw and was met with "we have none. There's a shortage." ..... yall couldn't say that at the beginning when handing out cups? Also why leave the empty straw dispenser on the counter? Anywayyyy let's fast forward 30 MINUTED and I'm still sitting there with NO order. Literally watching people who ordered at the counter after me getting their food before me (not to mention all of the pick up orders walking in and grabbing their order).
