My family and I decided to come here on Tuesday night to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday because this is where she wanted to have her birthday dinner. There were 6 of us, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, which made the service even more disappointing. We placed our order around 9:20 PM. The first item, a plate of sliders, didn't come out until 9:50 PM. A sampler followed at 10:00 PM, and a kids' order of wings came out around 10:05 PM. We were still waiting for our order of 30 boneless wings. By 10:30 PM, they still hadn't arrived, even though our server had told us when he brought out the kids' meal that the wings were done and he just had to grab them. I asked to speak with the manager, and she apologized and said she would check on the order. We finally received the wings at 10:40 PM, but they weren't even boneless they were bone-in. We specifically ordered boneless because three of my kids only eat boneless wings. At that point, we had to wait yet again for the correct order to be remade. I explained to the manager that we were celebrating my daughter's 15th birthday and had planned to enjoy dinner together as a family. By then, everyone else's food had been sitting on the table for so long that it was cold. She offered to remake the other food, but I declined because it would have taken even longer. I just wanted the correct wings so we could finally eat. By the time the boneless wings finally arrived, my family and I were completely over the experience. To make matters worse, it looked like someone had poured an entire bottle of sauce over the wings. From what I observed, many of the employees seemed more interested in talking than working. There were numerous dirty tables throughout the restaurant, and the overall service was unacceptable. What really surprised me was watching customers who were seated and ordered after us receive their entire meals long before we did. I don't normally leave reviews, but this experience honestly shocked me. We arrived for dinner around 9:00 PM, got sat at 9:05 placed our order at 9:20 PM, and didn't leave until 11:40 PM. No family celebrating a birthday should have to wait that long for food, after calling and being told it was no wait which was correct we sat right seay seeing the restaurant wasn't busy. I've lived in Rialto my entire life and have been coming to this location for years, so it's truly disappointing to see how far the quality has dropped. I placed an online order earlier today and scheduled the pickup for 7:00 PM. When I arrived home -- just 15 minutes away -- I was shocked at the condition of the food. Both large wedges of fries were extremely hard, dry, and overcooked to the point of being inedible. I've ordered from this same location many times over the years, and never once have the fries come out like this. I know some might assume it's because of the drive home, but that's absolutely not the case. The fries were clearly left sitting for too long or cooked far in advance of my scheduled pickup time. To make things worse, even the wings were overcooked and dry, which made the entire meal disappointing and unenjoyable. My family and I were really looking forward to dinner, and it's frustrating to have spent our hard-earned money on food that was clearly not prepared with care or attention. I strongly believe the staff prepared the order too early and let it sit under a warmer until pickup, which completely ruined the food's quality. When someone places an order ahead of time for a specific pickup time, that order should be freshly made close to that time, not way earlier. After years of coming to this location, this experience was enough for me to say that I will not be returning again. I hope management or corporate sees this and takes action to ensure customers receive the quality and service that this location used to be known for.
