Best service ever! All waitresses are very attentive. Beers are cold and food is hot!

My family and I decided to come here on Tuesday night to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday because this is where she wanted to have her birthday dinner. There were 6 of us, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, which made the service even more disappointing. We placed our order around 9:20 PM. The first item, a plate of sliders, didn't come out until 9:50 PM. A sampler followed at 10:00 PM, and a kids' order of wings came out around 10:05 PM. We were still waiting for our order of 30 boneless wings. By 10:30 PM, they still hadn't arrived, even though our server had told us when he brought out the kids' meal that the wings were done and he just had to grab them. I asked to speak with the manager, and she apologized and said she would check on the order. We finally received the wings at 10:40 PM, but they weren't even boneless they were bone-in. We specifically ordered boneless because three of my kids only eat boneless wings. At that point, we had to wait yet again for the correct order to be remade. I explained to the manager that we were celebrating my daughter's 15th birthday and had planned to enjoy dinner together as a family. By then, everyone else's food had been sitting on the table for so long that it was cold. She offered to remake the other food, but I declined because it would have taken even longer. I just wanted the correct wings so we could finally eat. By the time the boneless wings finally arrived, my family and I were completely over the experience. To make matters worse, it looked like someone had poured an entire bottle of sauce over the wings. From what I observed, many of the employees seemed more interested in talking than working. There were numerous dirty tables throughout the restaurant, and the overall service was unacceptable. What really surprised me was watching customers who were seated and ordered after us receive their entire meals long before we did. I don't normally leave reviews, but this experience honestly shocked me. We arrived for dinner around 9:00 PM, got sat at 9:05 placed our order at 9:20 PM, and didn't leave until 11:40 PM. No family celebrating a birthday should have to wait that long for food, after calling and being told it was no wait which was correct we sat right seay seeing the restaurant wasn't busy. We went in for lunch and were never greeted, we sat in the bar area for about 4-5 minutes. One server was closing checks for 2 people right next to us and no hi, no menu or "I'll be right with you" maybe we were just invisible idk. Decided to try out Buffalo Wild Wings last minute with a friend and dinner was a 5 star for me drinks & food came out fast. Customer service was so sweet! Lots of people sitting on the sides waiting to be seated but the store was clearly not busy and had a lot of open tables. Staff were avoiding, to say the least. Lots of eye contact, walking by without acknowledgement, side conversations, etc. The food isn't worth the wait so we left and decided to take our business some place else. I've lived in Rialto my entire life and have been coming to this location for years, so it's truly disappointing to see how far the quality has dropped. I placed an online order earlier today and scheduled the pickup for 7:00 PM. When I arrived home -- just 15 minutes away -- I was shocked at the condition of the food. Both large wedges of fries were extremely hard, dry, and overcooked to the point of being inedible. I've ordered from this same location many times over the years, and never once have the fries come out like this. I know some might assume it's because of the drive home, but that's absolutely not the case. The fries were clearly left sitting for too long or cooked far in advance of my scheduled pickup time. To make things worse, even the wings were overcooked and dry, which made the entire meal disappointing and unenjoyable. My family and I were really looking forward to dinner, and it's frustrating to have spent our hard-earned money on food that was clearly not prepared with care or attention. I strongly believe the staff prepared the order too early and let it sit under a warmer until pickup, which completely ruined the food's quality. When someone places an order ahead of time for a specific pickup time, that order should be freshly made close to that time, not way earlier. After years of coming to this location, this experience was enough for me to say that I will not be returning again. I hope management or corporate sees this and takes action to ensure customers receive the quality and service that this location used to be known for. Had a great experience at Buffalo Wings thanks to our server Jeff . From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out how we wanted it even when my wings tasted weird. He said I'll do anything to make sure you guys are happy with our service. I rarely say anything but when they remade the wings it was a different sauce! Drinks stayed full, food came out hot and on time, and they checked in just enough without being overbearing. You can he really cared about giving good service. 4/14/26 @ 19:30, I was seated at a table top, 3rd in from the front door between the bar and family dining. After being seated by the greeter, my father and I have yet to be approached by any staff 20 minutes in. It's a Tuesday night, business is not anything compared to a weekend day/night. To the right of my table, two people sat, immediately they were greeted by staff. 5 mins later, drinks come out for the two people on that table. 15 minutes food was brought out to that group. Still my father and I have not been approach by any staff. 40 minutes have passed and nobody has approached our table. To the left of our table a group of 3 sit down at the neighboring table, immediately staff approached them and start taking drink orders. I finally decided to stop a staff member to address the situation. That staff member goes into quick action to find out the miscommunication throughout the team members. Very much appreciated. That staff member who went into action figured out the miscommunication and assigns somebody to our table. The person who was then assigned to our table came with attitude as if it was our fault. My father and I cut the experience short and decided to leave. I'm not going to play the Discrimination Card, the Race Card, I just want to bring light to the service. Absolutely Horrible. I see the post of people in this industry who get done unfairly from customers and my heart goes out to them. We arrived and were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. 45 minutes later we are told we can be seated. We are told we can sit in the booth, but then the manager, Mark A. Says we cannot sit there and we need to go back and wait for another table because booths are for larger parties. We look around and see many booths are sitting the same number of people as our party. Three. We get into an argument over the seating his waitress told us would be ok. Mark A does not relent and would not let us sit there. I tell him Buffalo Wild Wings in San Bernardino has bad reviews (1.8 yelp at this time) for a reason and he's probably why, and we left for a better restaurant that actually cares about their customers. Discrimination and racism! On May 30th, we went out to dinner to celebrate my cousin's birthday. There were five of us with U.S. citizenship, one U.S. resident, and two Mexican nationals. When we were asked for our IDs, everyone presented their respective identification. However, the employee told us they could not accept a green card (U.S. residency card) or a Mexican visa. When we asked why, the employee said it was company policy. We asked to speak with the manager, and the manager--whose name is Manuel, or "Many" as he introduced himself--repeated the same thing. He told us they do not accept any ID that doesn't have validation from the United States. We pointed out that a visa does have U.S. validation, but he insisted it had to be something issued by the state of California--something that proved residence in California or the U.S. When I asked why they wouldn't accept a green card, Manuel didn't have a clear answer. At first, he said it had been company policy for two years to only accept a California license or ID. But when we told him the green card is also valid and issued by the U.S. government, and reminded him that we had previously visited the same location with no issues, he then said it was because of Trump. That made no sense, especially since Trump hasn't been president for two years. When we questioned the inconsistency in his explanation, the manager had nothing else to say. In the end, he basically told us we had to leave because we couldn't stay at the bar or be served without the kind of ID he wanted. We felt this was a clear act of discrimination and racism. We left, of course--first, because we wouldn't allow ourselves to be treated that way, and second, because we weren't being given any other option. read more
