Came during a weeknight and my order was 15 minutes late, even though we had ordered ahead. And I wasn't the only one; there were a bunch of us waiting, almost everyone had ordered ahead but they were so backed up. It's a small place and felt crowded because so many of us were waiting for food. The soda machine wasn't working. It'd dispense lemonade but not carbonated beverages. I told the staff, and maybe it broke just before I started getting drinks, so I hope they were not charging anyone for beverages. We'd paid for combo's online, but I didn't stick around for a refund as they were already so backed up. Fries were under-cooked. Yeah this was my last time coming to this location. I go to this one because their prices are cheaper than other wingstops, but I see why because the customer service is terrible/non-existent. I was given an attitude by the guy who took my order when I told him one of the drinks (which apparently was just refilled in the machine) tasted like water. "Aw well if it's doing that then we just don't have it" as he's walking away/dismissing my concern. I see one of the owners (middle eastern with glasses) and ask to speak to the manager, and instead of being THE OWNER and hearing my concern (because I thought owners trump managers, maybe I'm wrong), he is also very dismissive, and walks away. This location isn't good at all! They need to revamp the staff! I live right down the street and have been here three times, and every time i'm underwhelmed. The staff are unprofessional and for some reason don't really know how to prep the food correctly? I had to argue with a staff member that my lemon pepper wings were plain & that i needed more seasoning , and the staff member told me that all their dry rubs seasonings melts to the bottom of the container & to just shake the box.... what?! Last time I was here, the line was so long and staff were cooking their own plates and sitting and eating ... 3 of them. 5 star customer service, 5 star cleanliness, 5 star staff, 5 star food! I literally only go to this location even though there's another one closer to me JUST because of the staff and atmosphere. The food always gonna hit but the customer service is everything. Anytime I come in I'm always greeted like a friend, my food comes out quickly yet hot and tastes amazing every single time. And honestly the staff here makes my day every time, they're just super cool people. Especially the General Manager here! On June 1 sometime between 11pm and 12am I placed an order at Wingstop for a 10 piece wing combo. Not only did I receive my order code, after 40 minutes, but I was also assaulted by general manager Aprecia Simmons at store #1905 off Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs, GA. The general manager cursed at me repetitively and snatched a platter of wings from my hands, thus cutting my middle finger badly and causing bleeding. When asked for a refund, I was told that I could not keep my food that I had ordered and also receive a refund. The corporate number and district managers number only a name was provided. When I returned the next day in hopes of finding a district manager present, the same general manager was in store And she stalled while I was requesting the district managers number which was incorrect, and called the police telling them that I threw things in the store, which is a complete falsity. She never attempted to converse with me about my issue nor did she ask me to leave. I was vocal about my dissatisfaction with my service but never assaulted anyone or threw anything. The general manager put my life in danger when calling the police on a non-violent customer and I have spoken with my attorney who wants to take this to court I am seeking help from corporate before I take this drastic step in hopes that Aprecia Simmons will be terminated. I am a high profile customer with a huge following, and I'm well-known in the south east US and around the world. I am also a regular patron at this restaurant who has befriended every employee that I have had contact with and have never had any issue with other employees. My dissatisfaction comes from the assault and belittlement that I received from this general manager as a customer. I want her terminated or I will be forced to take legal action against this store and Wingstop. read more
