The other sauces looked like they were dropped on top of them. Some pieces had the sauce and others were covered with only half. The wings were good and they were worth the specials they offer. There's not much of an ambience here because it's you just walk in only like two tables to sit down. The chicken wings had no sauce on them and were overcooked as their fries were not hot. Had the food delivered. Most of the wings tasted great and were well prepared. I ordered 20 wings to be flats only and paid the premium to have it that way. I received 6 flats and 14 drums. Nothing wrong with the food but paying $6 for a service I did not receive was very disappointing. read more

We used to order from this location quite often, but over the last couple years it has been less than stellar. The employees are very slow and when you do an online order, it tells you when the food will be ready, but when you get there it is always another 10 to 15 minute wait. I was not happy the last time I ordered from here but I figured I would give them one more try. Today's order was probably worse than any order we've ever had. Walked In and ordered wings and fries the other night. 16 minutes was the time quoted. Went back in around 15 minutes. Here is where it gets bad. The fries that were sitting in the bag ready to go were dumped back in the basket and refried. Workers were touching all the food with their hands with no gloves. We left and tried the fries, absolutely over cooked and nothing but a crisp outside nothing inside. Called the manager and spoke to her. She said we don't reheat, when it was pointed out we were told it was only reheated if they sit too long . Why they were sitting that long is beyond me. 3 minutes to cook fries why were they cooked so much in advance and why were the cooks not wearing gloves and touching food with bare hands. I ordered online for a 9:15pm pick up time. I left my house around 9:10 pm and live 10 minutes away. At 9:13pm I received a call that my food was ready. I let them know I was on the way. I arrived at 9:18pm to cold food. Here was my order- 6 pc. All flats, corn, and a side of fries. I reported to the cashier that my fries were cold, like not even room temp cold, and she asked if I wanted them remade. I said yes. Mind you, I didn't even ask for the cold chicken and cold corn to be remade. They remade the food and normally I would have been more than satisfied. HOWEVER- the manager proceeded to talk about me right in front of me. About how I was late and that I should expect cold food. I asked the young woman if she was the manager, she said yes and walked away. I then told the cashier, who was extremely apologetic, that maybe if they have concerns about customers, they shouldn't talk about them within earshot, especially when they've done nothing wrong. Oh bonus points because they had chicken pre-fried sitting in the basket. Dropped a wing, and then pulled a "new" wing out the basket and dipped it in grease then tossed it in the bowl with the others. Dayshift was on point when I came in. I'm use to having to wait forever for DoorDash orders. In Wingstops all over the country. It's not even just a certain city. They are almost never on time or on point with the orders. This particular location however was on point and I truly appreciate it. I think the manager was Paris I'm not quite sure but it helps me do my job better and it helps me make more money, when I don't have to sit there and wait for orders to get done so one hand washes the other and again I appreciate it. read more

Wingstop is one of my favorite places to purchase fresh,hot crispy wings from. The down side I would always have to travel 30min across town to enjoy some fried hot crispy fresh out the grease wings. I am elated that they FINALLY put a wing stop here in Sanford,FL. I ordered the classic bone in garlic parmesian wings with fries. And as always the wings were fresh crispy and hot! The quality of the chicken was perfect. Im not a fan of the fries, to me they have an undesired sweet taste and always loaded with salt. The wings totally make up for it! The restaurant is very clean, the staff were pleasant. I was very shocked when I was greeted by the entire staff as I walked through the door. Ordering is easy whether by phone or online. Im sure im going to be a frequent customer now that its only 10min from my home. I have already placed a second order as I am typing this review and it will be my second check in. The reviews are correct. The level of service at this place has steadily become abysmal. I had issues with customer service here almost a year ago and the manager just threw money at the situation by giving me a free meal. The level of customer service here has not improved and I will not be spending my coin here at this location again. I called and was placed on hold for literally 5 minutes, for a "fast food joint" this is unacceptable. I called back after patiently waiting 5 mins and the same employee picked up, disregarded my displeasure with the extreme wait time and didn't bother to give a "sorry" or brief explanation as to why and just preceded to place me on another two minute hold... These wings are not that good for me to sit on the phone 10 minutes for them. Look I'm not a career complainer and I write reviews for good service as well but it's ridiculous how you can have a chain restaurant with this bad a level of customer service. Management????
