First, stop telling customers "15 minutes" if that's not realistic. I honestly don't care if the wait is 30, 45, or even 60 minutes because the food is worth it. Just be honest so people can plan accordingly instead of sitting around waiting. Second, fix the pickup process. If orders are repeatedly being stolen, require customers to show a receipt or order confirmation before handing over food. This is such a simple solution, yet the same excuse keeps being used. Every time, all I hear is "We're sorry," but nothing changes. An apology doesn't mean much when the exact same problem keeps happening. I used to recommend this place to everyone because the wings are incredible. Unfortunately, I can't do that anymore. I won't be dining here for the foreseeable future, and I hope the owners see this review because this is a management problem, not a food problem. The quality of the food is still outstanding, but if the customer experience continues to decline like this, they're going to lose loyal customers.

I added a $1 tip which I hate doing because you're not serving me anything but it didn't give you the option not to. Do you want a receipt? No, I'm OK because you know I'm here all the time so I trust--- then she took the guy behind me. He said no no no I ordered a small you're charging me for a large, then I remember I paid $22. I immediately went back and said I also ordered the small. It's $12.50. Why was I charged $22? She said because I added mushrooms I chose the "mushroom cheesesteak"It literally says $12.50 for the 8 inch on the menu! Would you like your receipt? Absolutely! And the proof is in the pudding. The receipt says large cheesesteak $17.95 that isn't even the price on the menu it's $16.50.
