I've been here a few times now, and this last visit was enough to make me not want to come back. The food was decent, but the experience was ruined by how rude the host, Felicia, and the managers Jemima and Tim were. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was terrible, and it felt like we were more of a bother than guests. Felicia was dismissive at the host stand, and when we had a simple question, she acted annoyed instead of helpful. Jemima and Tim were no better they were unprofessional, unfriendly, and seemed completely uninterested in making sure customers had a good experience. Even when we tried to stay polite, the attitude we got back was unnecessary and frustrating. The restaurant itself might have potential, but bad service can ruin everything. There was nothing welcoming about this visit, and the lack of basic customer service made the whole meal disappointing. Just ate here with my husband and brought our own Stanley's to fill up water rather than ask for a water cup and be wasteful. One of the workers in the kitchen was looking through a peep hole at my husband filling his up. Right after we got our food the manager came over to us and we both thought maybe she was gonna say something about our food but rather she said "I was told you guys were stealing soda from the soda machine." My husband and I were stunned and he went to open his Stanley to show her it was just water. I went in Wednesday night. I didn't really wanna go to this location cause I've always had issues here. However, I was with family so I wasn't gonna make everyone drive to another location. I ordered an 8 piece combo (hot honey), those things came out like plain chicken nuggets. No sauce at all! Fries were overcooked. Not surprised though cause it's typical for this location. The only good thing this time was the kid who helped me when I ordered was actually very nice. I could tell he was new. I asked him his name and I think it was Jeremy. But the person training him had the most awful attitude with him. No patience at all! It was hard to watch. Needless to say, next time I'm making everyone go to the Seco canyon location. Ordered online thru their app and order was ready for pickup upon my arrival! 50 piece meal was more than enough to feed 4 adults and 2 kids. Came with a huge order of fries. I placed a $65 online order on Saturday, 5/3. When I arrived to pick up my order I was informed that my order was given away. Luis Luna (who appeared under the influence) dropped so many f bombs over his error. The shift lead, Amit was not helpful in remedying the issue and could care less. They have an 8x11 sign plastered stating that credit card orders will be verified by the associate using the credit card and ID of the customer. This policy was not followed or else my order would not have been given to another customer. Oh and my refund will take 8-10 days to process...will never return. read more

There used to be a bunch of wing places in SCV. Some have come and gone which were very good, and yet Wingstop has remained and is usually very busy. That's probably due to the great wings and cool variety. Well at least that's my opinion. I come here from time to time and haven't been disappointed with their wings. I really enjoy the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. You can't get these at too many places. A tad salty but good nonetheless. The mild is very mild and has just a bit of heat, but not much. I don't mind that tho. Sometimes you just want that buffalo sauce flavor without scorching your mouth. And if you want to do just that they offer higher levels of heat. I always get them well done, crispy. Try them that way - I think you would like it. It's kind of a fried chicken feel with all the fun flavors and no odd chewiness in your mouth. Service was rather quick last time I stopped in for a take out order. About 10-15 for an order of 30 wings. Be warned however, during big sporting events orders may get backed up. Calling ahead is a good idea. The crew working there were friendly and attentive to the counter. Good experience and food. read more

Not impressed... I order online ahead of time so when I got there the food would be ready. It was not...I waited an extra 15 minutes. There were 3 guys and a girl working. I noticed she was very loud and distracting to other employees and patrons. When I first walked in there was a gentleman waiting in-front of me. The girl approached him and asked how she can help? He said he didn't get his ranch. She walked up to one of the co workers and said "the wero didn't get his ranch" which is slang for white boy. I was thrown off by her remarked. Then they asked me to verified my card I used online. I finally got my order but there were no plates. I had to wait again till some one finally asked me what I need it. The girl had been looking at me but never bother approaching me at all. What evaaaa.... My last observation is saw her touching and dragging a trash can from the back of the kitchen to the front. So disappointed! It takes a lot for he to lose my cool until you hit the right button. I tried ordering online but my order wouldn't go through. I should've used the app. I get there and a nice young man took my order. Finally my order was handed to me and in looking, it def. wasn't my order. Not too long after my actual order was ready. At this point no harm done except that they put the wrong order I received, back in the bag for the right customer. I pulled the fries out, they handled it also putting it back in. Umm that's bad! So, I get home and my son notices I had a regular size fries but I ordered a Large. Also noticed that my 2 chicken thighs were horribly small. So I called and spoke to the most arrogant manager I've ever dealt with. I never made it to the chicken things, I started with the fries and never got past that. He said I could come back and they'd give me the right size fries. I said I was too tired but can stop by on my way home tomorrow. He said no, he doesn't do that. If I cannot come back tonight (deal with the traffic I just went through) then there's nothing else he can do. I asked he re-consider since they gave me the wrong order. He corrected me that I didn't leave with the wrong order so that wasn't correct. Also corrected me when I said "you guys" when he wasn't the one who handed me the wrong order. I stayed as a manager, he represented all his employees. He said he's working here and re-iterated his offer very sternly. At this point I am upset not because of the damn fries anymore but appalled by his lack of customer service skills and accountability. I said they should deliver it since it wasn't my fault but theirs. He again said "we don't do that"! There's no excuse for this type of behavior. I'm a regular here. As a matter of fact, this same manager splattered grease on my white blouse when he set something by me. This manager doesn't care about retaining customers and is would rather throw his "young and inexperienced" employees under the bus.
