I've been here a few times now, and this last visit was enough to make me not want to come back. The food was decent, but the experience was ruined by how rude the host, Felicia, and the managers Jemima and Tim were. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was terrible, and it felt like we were more of a bother than guests. Felicia was dismissive at the host stand, and when we had a simple question, she acted annoyed instead of helpful. Jemima and Tim were no better they were unprofessional, unfriendly, and seemed completely uninterested in making sure customers had a good experience. Even when we tried to stay polite, the attitude we got back was unnecessary and frustrating. The restaurant itself might have potential, but bad service can ruin everything. There was nothing welcoming about this visit, and the lack of basic customer service made the whole meal disappointing. 10 out of 10 times they will get your order wrong. If you call and let them know they will promise to make it right however when you return they will deny the situation. Went here for the last time. There's just no excuse for the terrible service they provide. In addition they need to learn how to clean the place. The soda machine was disgusting. They do not have a single trash can in the lobby and the tiny trash bin on the counter was overflowing. This place is just gross and could not under deliver more. It's now been over a week and I still have not received my refund for items not received. Just ate here with my husband and brought our own Stanley's to fill up water rather than ask for a water cup and be wasteful. One of the workers in the kitchen was looking through a peep hole at my husband filling his up. Right after we got our food the manager came over to us and we both thought maybe she was gonna say something about our food but rather she said "I was told you guys were stealing soda from the soda machine." My husband and I were stunned and he went to open his Stanley to show her it was just water. I ordered an 8 piece combo (hot honey), those things came out like plain chicken nuggets. No sauce at all! Fries were overcooked. Not surprised though cause it's typical for this location. The only good thing this time was the kid who helped me when I ordered was actually very nice. I could tell he was new. I asked him his name and I think it was Jeremy. But the person training him had the most awful attitude with him. No patience at all! It was hard to watch. Needless to say, next time I'm making everyone go to the Seco canyon location. Ordered online thru their app and order was ready for pickup upon my arrival! 50 piece meal was more than enough to feed 4 adults and 2 kids. Came with a huge order of fries. I placed a $65 online order on Saturday, 5/3. When I arrived to pick up my order I was informed that my order was given away. Luis Luna (who appeared under the influence) dropped so many f bombs over his error. The shift lead, Amit was not helpful in remedying the issue and could care less. They have an 8x11 sign plastered stating that credit card orders will be verified by the associate using the credit card and ID of the customer. This policy was not followed or else my order would not have been given to another customer. Oh and my refund will take 8-10 days to process...will never return. read more

There used to be a bunch of wing places in SCV. Some have come and gone which were very good, and yet Wingstop has remained and is usually very busy. That's probably due to the great wings and cool variety. Well at least that's my opinion. I come here from time to time and haven't been disappointed with their wings. I really enjoy the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. You can't get these at too many places. A tad salty but good nonetheless. The mild is very mild and has just a bit of heat, but not much. I don't mind that tho. Sometimes you just want that buffalo sauce flavor without scorching your mouth. And if you want to do just that they offer higher levels of heat. I always get them well done, crispy. Try them that way - I think you would like it. It's kind of a fried chicken feel with all the fun flavors and no odd chewiness in your mouth. Service was rather quick last time I stopped in for a take out order. About 10-15 for an order of 30 wings. Be warned however, during big sporting events orders may get backed up. Calling ahead is a good idea. The crew working there were friendly and attentive to the counter. Good experience and food. read more

Not impressed... I order online ahead of time so when I got there the food would be ready. It was not...I waited an extra 15 minutes. There were 3 guys and a girl working. I noticed she was very loud and distracting to other employees and patrons. When I first walked in there was a gentleman waiting in-front of me. The girl approached him and asked how she can help? He said he didn't get his ranch. She walked up to one of the co workers and said "the wero didn't get his ranch" which is slang for white boy. I was thrown off by her remarked. The gentleman over the phone stated I had to pay over the phone due to orders being placed and not being picked up. I said I was totally OK with paying over the phone so he took my order when it came to paying , I read out my card number to him, then the expiration date, and he stated their system was down and could not take my payment. I reassured him. I would be stopping by for the food since we were at a local concert and the whole family was hungry including my kids. He said it would be about 13 minutes to get my order.. I arrived about 30 minutes after I placed my order to find out they were not able to start my order because the owner didn't allow them to since I did not pay over the phone. I obviously tried paying over the phone and reassured him I would be picking up the food. It is now an hour after I placed my order over the phone and my food is still not out. This is ridiculous!
