Tuesday night, food strike on campus... I take the bus 20 stops to the local Wingstop. After placing my order of a lemon pepper chicken sandwich combo, I sat at the clean seating area in the back. Our orders came and the problems began. We opened out boxes and were met with two wrong orders of unseasoned tenders. My sandwich was intensely salty, with an estimated ratio of lemon to pepper to salt being 1:1:9. A member of my party asked for a water cup to quench his thirst and was told that they don't give out cups for water. On a good note, the ranch cups were filled and plentiful. The ambiance is "lowkey sad and depressing bruh", according to one of my associates.

Wingstop is one of those places where you go to satisfy a meaty craving late at night, even if you're not looking for the best quality out there. My party came to this Wingstop on a Thursday night right before closing, and we all ordered food. The service was solid, especially considering how we came in right before closing. I ordered the 5 each of the boneless mango habanero wings, and the boneless Louisiana rub wings. I also tried some of a friend's spicy Korean q wings. The boneless mango habanero wings were not as spicy as I had imagined, and tasted fairly plain in that while it did have flavor, the flavors were not particularly interesting. Didn't pick up any of the juicy, sweet mango flavors or the signature piercing spice of habaneros. The Louisiana rub wings were a disappointment. They tasted so basic that I could toss them with my other wings and wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I couldn't even tell if they had any seasoning on them. The fries were kinda soggy. The ranch was a bit bland. The one saving grace of this review would be THE KOREAN Q WINGS. After tasting the other wings on the menu, these were a fresh take on wings which actually tasted quite nice. You could definitely tell that Wingstop was trying their hardest to incorporate korean flavors as they added these wings which had lots of soy flavor and a spicy kick slightly reminiscent of korean chili paste. For a fast food chain which specializes in delivering cheap, but sub restaurant quality wings, Wingstop's korean q wings are a surprisingly tasty choice to satisfy your cravings.

Used to come here for the $16 for 20 boneless wings deal, but after going today, not only they've increased the price, but the wings are comically small. Quite a few of them don't even have chicken in them.

So my first time trying this place was through DoorDash last month. The food was still nice and hot and the boneless wings were cooked perfectly. I had to try the ranch that everybody talks about and it didn't disappoint. I just ordered another late night order and it really didn't take that long. I figure that if a place is open till midnight on a Saturday that they are going to be busy. I wasn't in a rush, so all was good. Got the boneless again and it was cooked perfectly. I only got 1/2 plain so I could enjoy the ranch. The Korean Q killer. Just the perfect amount of heat. It was my first time having the fried corn. For some reason I expected it to be crunchy because it was called fried, but it was still oddly good. A fun little handheld veggie snack. Oh, and one of the great things was that they had the bag sealed with a sticker. I've heard horror stories of drivers snacking on peoples food. So this was a bonus. I'm happy with this spot.

BEST PLACE EVER Customer service 100/10 FOOD 100/10 service time 100/10I like to think of my self as pretty cultured when it comes to food and wingstop is the bomb!!!! no cappppp Best experience nice and extra thank you to the tall curly haired boy that works the front!!!!! You're the besssttttt mannnnn

Sadly only one wing got drizzled with Parmesan. I had to pick some of that up and spread it around for the others.

I placed my order at 4:25 pm the app said the wait would be 25-33 min when we arrived I was told there was 8 more orders before mine so we checked 15 min later and it was not ready yet ( no problem we understand it gets busy) However we patiently waited until we got our food at 5:45 pm. We waited a while for our food, so of course we could not Wait to get home and eat, however we came back to wing stop because we were missing an item. Once we get home and started eating we realized there was a dash or seasoning on the parmesan and non on the lemon pepper. We were so disappointed because we were looking forward to eating or favorite wings. We ended up drizzling ranch all over them to get flavor.

Not real chicken. SUPER greasy, just unable to eat in general. The 2 stars comes from the variety of sauces. Would not recommend.

The meat and vegetables were hot and flavorful, though the mashed potatoes scooped on top like ice cream had an unusual presentation. What bothered me was the service and the surprise charges. The restaurant seemed understaffed and service was slow, although it was busy and we were patient. We asked if one of the TVs could be changed to a World Cup match and were told it couldn't be done. Later, another TV far from us was changed to the World Cup game, which made that response confusing and frustrating. I was also surprised to find an automatic 18% gratuity added to our bill. We were a family of five, which I would not consider a large group, and we were not informed of the charge in advance. The menu referenced an automatic gratuity for groups of six or more, which did not apply to us. I normally tip at least 20%, so this wasn't about the amount--it was about transparency. Overall, the food was okay, but the service and unexpected charge left me with a negative impression. I won't be returning.

We were really excited to try it because it came highly reviewed and had been recommended by friends. I was especially looking forward to checking out their beer menu. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving because of the very strict no-substitution policy, which felt surprisingly constricting for a pizza place. Since they already offer vegan cheese, we thought it would be reasonable to substitute dairy-free cheese onto a standard pizza or add meat to one of the vegan pies, but neither was allowed. For families with dietary restrictions, a little flexibility can go a long way. We left disappointed, especially since this was supposed to be a birthday lunch. I'm giving two stars because I genuinely think they probably have good food and a great beer selection. I just think they could have done better in accommodating reasonable requests for guests with dietary restrictions. Maybe it's just not for us, but as a fair warning to others with dietary restrictions, don't assume that menu items can be modified simply because they already carry the ingredients. It may be worth calling ahead before making plans, especially for a special occasion.

He is intelligent, articulate, has life experience and has learned lessons at a young age that most people never learn. We had a chance to talk with him for a while, and found him to be an extremely likeable young man. I met his boss, Capitola Bar & Grill owner Sal, in December when Firehouse had not yet opened, and they were promoting the restaurant by serving free slices to anyone who came in. I had gone in for one slice and came out with six, and they wouldn't let me pay for them. Tonight was our first visit since they formally opened. What a delight!! We had the Hawaiian slices and pepperoni, plus six bbq chicken wings. The bbq sauce is homemade, (YUMMMY!!!) and the wings were tender and juicy. The pizza crust is crispy and has a nicely rolled edge which is tender and doesn't pull a tooth out if you try to bite into it. I use a knife and fork to eat pizza, and found that the thick crust on the edge did not resist the knife, nor did it break apart and crumble. It was perfectly baked. The toppings are thicker than most other brands of pizza, which made one slice quite satisfying, and two slices are more than filling. They serve freshly made cinnamon rolls and cheesecake in addition to pizza and wings. The best part of Firehouse Pizza is the staff, because they make the experience of going out to eat a joy, rather than just a routine. Good pizza is not hard to find, but great people are the real reason to return to a restaurant again and again.
