Hmmmmmmmmm so I've been on a boneless wing journey and ummmm there's... no!! They were more like seasoned chicken nuggets!!! I was like what is this!? They were flavored with different flavored seasoned salt... so it wasn't a "wet" seasoning. I ordered lemon pepper and garlic parm to try with the family... they just weren't good. This WingStop location in South Holland is horrible! First, let's state facts! At night they are the only business open in that strip mall after 9:00pm and their WingStop sign on the front is never on! I asked them about it not lighting up so that people can see the business and so it can light up that dark parking lot a year ago and it's still not on at night! Next, their pop machine NEVER has any ice! It's 90 degrees outside, Uber Eats and DoorDash customers have prepaid for COLD drinks and they can't get ice with their beverage??? I pay for combo meals every time that require a drink and it can't be cold??? Not only that, the pop quality isn't good and MOST of the time they don't have all of the flavors available on the drink menu! So, I end up paying for a combo meal with a drink that I never get and they never offer any substitution or any part of your money back! A BIG RIP OFF! The only thing good about my experience was the customer service, though it was baseline at best. I got the lemon pepper wing combo with ranch with a side of garlic parmesan cheese. My wings were definitely old, and the drums barely had any chicken on the bone. The oil made a puddle at the bottom, and I didn't taste any lemon pepper. They just tasted like regular mediocre wings. Why are the fries always so sweet?? I swear they sprinkle them with sugar. My garlic parmesan had too much garlic sauce, and eventually melted into a gooey paste by the time I got home (6 mins). When I entered the establishment an overpowering stench hit me, I proceeded towards the counter to pick up my 10 piece and when I got the counter the workers seemed as if they hadn't seen me I had to call for someone about 2 times before being rudely greeted by some middle age untrained newbie who asked for the name on the order and walked away as I started to turn back she called out "5 more minutes" but I had called in a couple minute prior to me walking in to check my order someone told me it wad ready. 8 minutes past I still don't have my food so another worker approached me asking what I was here for I said my order he asked for the name I tell her and he hands me my bag that was on the bottom shelf the entire time. Just went yesterday on a Saturday night 10pm with an online order. I'm giving 5 stars for the customer service/whole experience. Their were 3 young men working the atmosphere was calm & inviting. I went in maybe 5 min before the 20min time & my food was ready, Travon (name was on the receipt) came and rung up my meal very professional & polite answered questions I had with patience. I have food allergies & I appreciate his knowledge regarding my concerns. When I got my order my food was nice & hot. The french fries weren't soggy. Cooked perfect to order. It was delicious. 5 stars for Customer service is because they cooked the food with the customer in mind and I could tell because I was satisfied with the whole experience and made me want to return just for that experience. I'm surprised to see the low reviews. I eat here pretty regularly if I'm out visiting my mom in South Holland. Yes they will jack your order up every single time...They don't have the best attention to detail at times...but when people are ordering 2 and 3 flavors for 10 wings there is bound to be a mix up. But they still EARNED the 5 stars in my book because they will GRACIOUSLY fix it for you with no complaints, justifications, etc. Not only that, the food is always fresh and piping hot. Not to mention the rolls and potato salad are super FYE! The crews are also very friendly and polite. (I like the Cajun and Garlic Parmesean wings in case anyone was wondering!) I prefer ordering with the weekday night crew, but that 11a morning crew is not too shabby either. The facility is always clean. If I had to come up with one shady boots complaint it would be that the soda machine is always out of flavors. If the crew could track and maintain that to make sure that the flavors don't go, out I'd declare this operation to be a smooth and well oiled machine! read more

Ordered ahead of time on their app. When I arrived my order wasn't ready even though the app said it would be. Waited 10-15 minutes and got the order. It seemed the wings weren't properly seasoned since one side had a lot of seasoning and the other side had next to none. The most annoying thing was the coke machine was out of nearly everything. Had to settle for diet root beer since Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, ginger ale, flavored water were all out. This is a great wingstop. If you like wings, you will love wingstop. They also have great boneless wings and what they call Gliders (Small chicken sliders) I personally think the ORIGINAL HOT is the best. Its really not that hot but has a good flavor. The garlic Parmesan and the new mango Habanero is also great. Extra Tip: If you get the Garlic Parmesan be prepared to have Garlic burps all night, but its totally worth it. read more

This place is terrible. Placed an order online for boneless wings with Louisiana Rub and paid $3.49 for blue cheese dipping sauce (a tad expensive, but ok). When I got there, they had made bone-in wings. They said they would fix it and I waited about 15 minutes for my boneless wings (while having the pleasure of listening to the staff have the most profane conversation about dating in the kitchen). Once they were ready, I checked my bag to find a tiny container of blue cheese. I asked the cashier, "This cost $3.49???" He apologized and gave me 4 more small containers of dipping sauce. Got my food home, took one bite and spit it out. It was the saltiest thing I had ever tasted. Maybe it was just me. I left the chicken for my family for dinner. Maybe they would like it. I was WRONG! Everyone in my house said it was inedible. I called the restaurant and they said they would fix it. When I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes for my new order. Open the box and, once again, BONE-IN wings. The manager looks at me and says, "I thought you said you had bone-in wings." In fact, I had not said ANYTHING. My online confirmation with my order was right in her hand, clearly showing that I had boneLESS wings. She said, "That's why they were salty. The Louisiana Rub is not good on boneless wings." THEN. My husband and I used to go here all the time on weekends. They were great and always on time ! Now that the owners and employees have changed, there is always a issue when we go. If it werent for them being the closest wingstop to us , we'd never go again. They've gotten our order wrong about 3 times so far. They never answer the phone. My husband has had to call at least 5 times, on 2 separate occasions. Their coke machine was out for about 2 weeks back to back. Everytime we order and my husband goes to pick it up, theyre still not ready. One time my husband didnt leave right away because we know theyre never on time, and they had the audacity to call and tell us to come pick up Our food. The BIGGER ISSUE, was the young lady cooking the food. Underwear showing. She ate chicken & sipped from a cup & danced & sang all while cooking food for customers. She licked her fingers, came out to the lobby to get herself a fountain drink & went back to cook again. Wiped her fingers on a balled up towel on the counter and continued to cook. No sanitation at all! I even called the young lady over, to tell her how unprofessional it was for her to eat while preparing food for others. She said that per management, she could eat.
