My daughter ordered DoorDash Dinner this evening 5/8/25: -Lemon pepper -Louisiana rub -Garlic Parmesan -Veggies (carrots & celery) It appears that the quality of the food has declined nowadays with Wingstop. Some places are hit and miss. I'm in disbelief that the Louisiana rub was drenched in oil with hardly any of the seasonings on it. I literally had to dab the oil off and then dip it in the ranch sauce to give it some flavor. The employees forget to season it? Or do they not care? The lemon pepper and garlic parmesan were seasoned pretty well. Veggies were good. I truly hope they improve. We can always update our reviews in the future. read more

First off, am a HUGE Wingstop fan. I have been going to the Newport Highway location for years, but ever since this location opened, I knew I had to try it. Despite how busy the place was (it was the weekend, so I wasn't surprised), I was able to pick up my food and bring it home without any problems. I ordered an original hot chicken sandwich, garlic Parmesan chicken tenders and Parmesan fries. The sandwich was well breaded and cooked perfectly. Could use some more original hot sauce and pickles, but it was delicious! The chicken tenders were crispy and juicy, and I love how they hand cut all of their fries because you get a variety of shapes and sizes, including this very huge one that I got with my order. Sweet! Overall, the food was great and I had a very pleasant experience. read more

First off if you order online and it tells you to pick it up at 6 PM and you show up at 6:05 because you know they're busy and they tell you oh it's gonna be another 30 minutes that's very unprofessional. this is by FAR the Worst service in Spokane. This has happened the last two times I've been to this store. I order online to make it easy and fast and it's never easy or fast. The one time I tried to walk in and order a chicken sandwich and a fry they told me it would be 45 minutes for a single chicken sandwich and a single fry that is unheard of. The kids they hire here do not care they act like they don't care and I get it. It's a minimum wage job but come on hire people that can get the job done. We ordered delivery from here last night. I usually don't expect a lot from National chains, but was VERY pleasantly surprised with these guys. Their boneless wings were really good. Everything was hot, fresh and very tasty. They gave us a ton of dipping sauces, which were also tasty and fresh. Reasonably priced and very tasty. We will definitely eat here again. read more

I placed an online order at the Wingstop located at 2503 W. Wellesley Ave, Spokane, WA. The time quoted was 15 to 20 mins. I arrived at the store 20 mins later and asked for my food. I was told 10 more mins. This was not an issue for me since they appeared busy. I watched a walk up person go to place an order and was told 45 mins. I then noticed a large amount of DoorDash drivers around all also being told 10 mins. 35 mins later my food was finally ready and those doordash drivers still waiting. I watched the employees tell walk in that the wait was 45mins or more. Each time a walk in came in I checked the wait according to the website. The entire time it still said 15 to 20 mins. When I got my food I asked why the website was still saying 15 mins, and showed them this fact, but they were telling walk ins 45+. I have never been so surprised in my life. I was told, and multiple employees confirmed, that the franchise owner had told the employees they are not allowed to change the wait time online and if they do they are subject to punishment. I was shocked by this. I was then told I could get a full refund and keep all my food if desired. The only reason I can think to not change the wait time is a effort to increase sales, at the cost of the brand reputation. I agree that if I had known it was going to be 45+ minutes I probably would have gone somewhere else but to be told they knowingly do not update the wait time, due to fear of punishment, sounds like fraud to me, I know understand at least why it always say 15 mins and why my future orders are never ready on time due to the computer not submitting the order at the proper time.
