Been here twice both times have been ridiculously long wait times both times they've screwed the order up. First time I caught it, second time I had an online order and it looked like everything was in there only to discover they gave me extra corn and skimped on the extra 15 pieces of chicken that it was supposed to have, tried calling nobody answers online complaint nobody's responded. Let me start off by saying that if I could leave a negative ten star review, I would. Secondly, Google reviews have shut down allowing reviews for this place due to "suspiciously high rated reviews" lmfao! And then what do you know, I came to yelp and they have a 2.0 rating with horrendous reviews and I experienced why. I was traveling for work and placed an order for 20 wings, fries and a drink. I get back to my hotel and to my surprise, what I have in my bag is not my order. True indeed, I should have checked my order before leaving but I did not. I IMMEDIATELY call the store and advise what happened. The lady who answered apologized and offered to either fix the order or refund the money. As I ubered there and spent money on that, I was not going to spend more money to get there again and back to get my corrected order so I accepted the refund to my card. A few weeks later, I noticed I still didn't receive my refund of $31.66!! I call the store to speak to the manager, BEN, and he then advises that they can not issue a refund to a debit card (very odd with technology in 2025/2026). He advises me that he will try to get with a store owner to see if anything can be done and he will give me a call back. Days pass and I never hear from him. So of course, I have to call him back because he has poor management and follow up skills and then he says I would be better off disputing with my bank. Chase ends up saying since it was an in person ACH, I have to take it up with the merchant. I obviously don't live in Seattle as I was there on business and have no way to do that. When I called back today to figure out how I would be getting my money back, BEN was so rude, continued to cut me off, told me I was rude when I am clearly frustrated and even had the nerve to tell me that this sort of thing happens all the time and "Well you got food"... i gOt sOmEoNe ElsEs fOoD!! NOT MINE! Moron. And when things like this happen, people get refunds or somehow things are made right instead of just being told "oh well, we are keeping your money without giving you what you paid for". This place is a joke, BEN IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND HE SHOUKD BE FIRED JUST LIKE HE SAID THE GIRL WAS WHO ADVISED ME I WOULD BE GETTING A REFUND. The service was slow. We were not even greeted until they called 3 other peoples orders. I put our order in online and still had to wait 20 minutes after it was to be ready. Then they could not get the soda machine to work. There were about 4 people that came in after we did too. The food was ok, not great. We will not go back to this location. read more
