My garlic Parmesan order had some Drumsticks AND NO PARMESAN. I don't mean to pull the pregnancy card on here but maybe too It's my fault for not checking the order. I called the store to advise them that my order was wrong and I was told the only thing that they could do is have me drive 25 minutes back to their store to give them the order back so that they can remake it. If I could give 0 stars I would. We picked up our wings and the order was wrong and not extra cooked as specified the fries was hella stale AND cold. On top of that, the soda was flat and they had no ice. From the looks of other reviews- they have not fixed the soda machine for at least a month. I drove back to the store to get a fresh batch of food. They made a fresh batch of fries but it was still not cooked all the way. The chicken was probably the same batch as before because when I got home it was not hot. I had to put them in the air fryer for 4 minutes at 370 fir it to be cooked and crispy smh. I love coming to this location because of the sweet lady at the front. She always makes sure my food is good and just the way I like it. I have gone to several locations but there is always something off. Pashtoon is always amazing and helpful. Also when you are around her she makes sure to ask about your day and just the simple question that makes your mood. I accidently spilled my soda all over the floor and she was quick with it and told me that it was no big deal which helped me calm down because I was so embarrassed and humiliated. **** SERVED MOLDY FOOD!!!! Super disappointed in the fact that they put the health of my family at risk by serving us bread rolls with MOLD. *see attached photos. Makes me wonder about the integrity of the rest of the food being sold at this location... For mold to even get this bad in the bread, it probably had to have sat for DAYS without being properly handled. Mold can be extremely detrimental to your health if you have a weaker immune system. Sorry Wingstop but this location gets a poor review. I was here on 7/22/18 in the afternoon and the service was less than stellar. I waited for an eight piece combo for approx. 20 minutes from order to table. I wasn't the only one with wait time issues. When I got the wings I only received 7 of the 8!! The wings themselves were cooked very good however, there was way more oil than sauce...very disappointing. I also asked if the tv could be changed, the young lady taking the orders said ok. She grabbed the remote but it did not work so I was stuck watching whatever was on. Not sure if this is Stockton thing or a badly managed Wingstop, it could be neither but I hope they make some changes. Until changes are made I'll be looking for another place to get my wings. I'm editing my review...just had a guy come ask me for my food...homeless. This location is a joke. Never coming back. Went there last night, called about 30 minutes before and got there and order wasn't ready still. I ordered corn and told the cashier I want half Cajun and half Parmesan and she end up giving me all Parmesan and I told her I want half and half I didn't get to finish talking she walked off with the box and poured Cajun seasoning on top the Parmesan corn not how I wanted. Just oil, which is such a disappoint. The wings were bigger size than usual which was impressive.
