I recommend to not go to the Diamond Springs Store. I arrived at 6:30 pm. There were about 12 to 14 people in the place. Three waiting on take out orders and the remainder seated eating the meal. I placed my order 15 wing combo for two with fries and drinks. $22.00. We moved over to get our drinks and the Sweet tea was empty. I informed the girl behind the counter that it was empty, By the way you could see under the tea dispensers all the spillage that needed to be cleaned up. She told me to give her a minute and she would take care of it. We found a seat, and the wait began. I kept watch on the tea, waiting to fill my cup. At 7:05 I went up and ask about the tea, because the Sweet container was still empty. Was informed that it was in the Un-sweet container because she did not have time to clean the sweet tea container. After a moment I told her that will be a surprise to someone wanting un-sweet tea. Well I settled for the Dr pepper. As I was heading back to my table she called my name that my order was ready. It is not over 40 minutes. We observed at least three walk ins place orders and go out the door before we even received our order. " Not Cool" . The other thing about all this was sitting there observing the people behind the glass preparing the wings and fries. I always thought that those working food prep should be wearing hair nets. Well none were observed. I did see them wearing plastic gloves, but this another part of it. At least two of them I observed them reach up to adjust their ball caps or scratch their head and the continue with work without changing gloves. So we sit down to start our meal. we had ordered the 15 wing special half mild and half BBQ. I looked into my tray and there was 7 BBQ wings. I looked in my wife's tray and there were 7 mild wings. Now when I went to school some 45 years ago , 7 +7 = 14 , One shy of the 15 I ordered. Is this the new math or something. I let them know and got a shoulder shrug. The fries looked like they were reheated, really dark and greasy. Not one in the hour we were in the place did anyone come out and wipe any of the tables. No trash cans anywhere except for the bathrooms. Where do you take your trash, Well back to the same counter you received the order at. Scary. Well I would not recommend this place to anyone. Next call with be to the Health Department to ask questions. read more

Really solid boneless wings. We used to love this place when we lived in AR and we were delighted to see that one was opening up close to us here in VA beach. Their fresh cut French fries and made to order boneless wings always hit the spot. I'd highly recommend Wing Stop over Buffalo Wild Wings any day. I had garlic Parmesan, mild, and lemon pepper. The wings were crispy, tasty, & cooked all the way. I had zero problems with my food. My fries were fresh & everything was in the bag correctly. I'm a former employee as of today: Owner Mihir had one of his managers (T who is GREAT) let me go because I supposedly comped some food at the establishment. I've only been working here for a week for $7.25. I'm not knowledgeable of anything of the sort. Since working here I've witnessed managers (Not T) do the unthinkable. Messed up orders (tossed in incorrect sauces) get rinsed off in a sink dropped in oil for a second then re-tossed, Manager's Drunk while working as well as consuming beverages on the clock, foul language while assisting customers, blatant disrespect of customers, and much more. Tried this wingstop twice. First time was a 100 piece order which took almost an hour to make and just came out pretty dry. Second time I got a 8 piece half lemon Pepper and half hot. First time at a Wingstop and since they opened near my house I figured I give them a try. It's nice that they cook to order. They have a lot of different flavors and the option of bone-in, boneless, or tenders. We decided to try a few different things... the bone-in mild, boneless garlic parmesan, and the plain tenders. Also, ordered fries and a few rolls. The tenders were quite good and the ranch dressing was great. The bone-in mild were nicely crisp and pretty good, but they seemed more plain as the sauce was in a tiny puddle at the bottom of the basket. I really disliked the boneless garlic parmesan; the powdery seasoning on them was too salty and too much. I also didn't like the seasoning on the fries, I think they'd be much better just lightly salted instead of the overly salty seasoning they put on. The bread was fresh baked coated with butter, but was nothing special. To give it the benefit of the doubt, perhaps you just have to figure which flavor you like and stick with it. I been going to Wingstop since I lived in Texas and when it came to Virginia Beach I got really excited. So when I came the first time it wasn't the service I was used to. So I gave it another shot and another shot just because I love there wings. The customer service in this location is just horrible. I always order online and not once has my order been on time I literally wait about ten minute after it says my time to pick up my order. This review is for the last incident. The whole reason why a person orders online is so that they don't have to wait. Well I place my order online as I always do go there after my time to pick up, come to find out there system was not working and they never got my order. I didn't even get mad I just asked for my refund they asked if I wanted my order but I declined. The whole time I'm waiting I'm hearing the employees say they don't have this and that.
