The sauce choices are limited but that's not a bad thing. The boneless chicken was good - thick pieces that tasted good. The sauces weren't too bad but also soaked in really fast. Not a fan of their fries - they were on the thicker side and got soggy quickly. Our order wasn't done on time (about 5-10 min late) but looks like we weren't the only ones waiting. Nothing about Wingstop impresses me at all. Have been trying every few years and it's been the exact same experience every time, meh. The atomic hot is like a medium anywhere else, the chicken sandwich wasn't bad nor was it good. The wings were cooked perfect and decent size(for once) but the sauce just has zero flavor. Mango habanero was not spicy at all and hot honey rub was sort of a drizzle mix between dry and sticky? The service was quick, but it was before 11 AM. I also understand based on your location the difficulties of hiring good hard working people but man! Would it kill one of the 5 employees to greet a customer who walks in. They did one thing right, right off the bat that a lot of places screw up. Lunch order for multiple people with there names so we know what goes to who. Everyone liked the food and we will be back. Very smooth lunch order with no mistakes which happens to us so little of the time when a bunch of people put an order together. I was weary placing the order with this new location and like a boss they pulled it off with 0 mistakes. This was impressive because the work lunch is famous for screwed up meals do to many orders for different people at one time. It's very unfortunate that I have to do my review after this circumstance... I come to this restaurant weekly and the service is sometimes great and sometimes good. Today I called the restaurant 3 times to place an order over the phone. No one answered. When I entered the restaurant I noticed that there was only 1 other customer there. When I told the young man that works at the restaurant that I tried calling 3 times he said he saw me calling (and actually told me my name because the restaurant has caller ID) but they were busy. Oh ok busy with the whole 1 customer. But he was very apologetic and very friendly, which helped the situation enormously. I appreciated that. But what I didn't appreciate were my half cooked fries. I told him that my fries weren't completely cooked and he told the gentleman that just walked into the door to drop more fries. So the gentleman did and about 1 minute later he brought me some fries. Now I'm not sure how fresh fries can be done in 1 minute. So I look at the fries and they had seasoning on them. I ordered mine with no seasoning. So I explained this and he put the fries with the seasoning back into the fryer and I asked why didn't don't they throw them away and drop more fries. He said "oh it's fine, we do this all the time". At this point I'm shocked and should've asked for my money back. I told him I wanted fresh fries. Not refried fries that previously has seasoning on them. So he said he already had some other fries cooking and gave me those. And they were worse than the original. They were less cooked. I gave up, took them, and left. But when I got home I noticed my wings weren't completely cooked either. UGH!!! Just throw the whole dang meal away. Yep, I'm not going here anymore. Some places will charge you an arm and a leg for a wing. We needed some for a Packer's party we were attending, and called a few places to see what prices were around. Once place was charging about $12 for 6 wings. 6 WINGS! How can we show up to a party with a dozen people without breaking our savings account at a place like that?! That's when I found Wingstop. For less than $40, we rolled up with 40 wings in 4 different flavors, carrot AND celery sticks, ranch AND blue cheese dippin' sauce, PLUS a large order of french fries. Needless to say, we held quite the baller status that day. The quality of the wings was some of the best we've encountered since coming to Milwaukee. Big and juicy, they were consistent across the board. As a bonus, the lady who took my order was incredibly helpful. I really love this wings at this place. I've tried several of the sauces - my favorite is actually a rub, the Louisiana Rub - very flavorful. I've also tried the original hot which is a pretty standard but good hot wing. The Atomic is one you should not order unless you like to half cry while eating - I usually can knock down 3 or 4 of them before I call it quits. The cajun is also good. I think from the first time I've gone to this place and my last being last week, the wings have increased slightly in size which is nice because they have served me small wings. They usually have a very nice crunch, not overly sauced and are made fresh. I believe they use pressure cookers to make their wings which is a definite plus (and if you couldn't figure this out, I only order the original wings, none of the boneless type for me). Also if you haven't had the blue cheese sauce here, order it next time! It's got so much delicious blue cheese chunks, and I think they must make it in house because it is possibly one of the best blue cheese dressings I've ever had. I also love their fries - they are tossed in a really tasty seasoning and fresh cut - also delicious in aforementioned blue cheese sauce. Not a bad stop for wings in a reasonably quick manner for a decent price. After meaning to go here since they opened, i finally made the decision to go and try Wingstop. Upon walking in it's alot more of a fast food style feel than what i was expecting. I ordered the combo pacakge of 10 boneless wings,fries and a soda it was $10.50? i believe. The cashier said 11 minutes, i got my cup and sat down. little while later the wings were done. I got 2 sauces the mild and the garlic Parmesan. I'm a sucker for Garlic Parm wings so i always get them when i see them on the menu, these are the the crusted kind which were very good, and a little light on the garlic side which is a nice change since most places overpower the garlic. The Mild was alright but a little too much of a vinegar/gassy flavor. The fries were very good however. My friend got the Louisiana rub which was great as well. I'm sure i'll be back. read more

We placed our order online for a 30 pack of wings with Lemon Pepper, Original Hot, and Cajun sauces/seasoning. This came with a large order of fries with extra seasoning, side of veggie sticks, and 3 ranch dressings. We were really blown away at how delicious the wings and fries were. Wings had a crisp skin with juicy meat while the fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. We definitely recommend this spot to others in the area. The only reason it wasn't 5/5stars was that the order confirmation online told us it would be ready in 16-21 minutes, and we ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes in the restaurant. There's is no word to describe how bad my experience here was. When I walked through the door I saw several people standing around waiting for their food so I was sure to ask the worker how long the wait was expected to be when she told me it was about 15-18 minutes. As I sat around waiting I watched as several people came to the counter to complain and on top of that EVERY single person that got there food when I was there came back into the restaurant after they had got their food and came back missing items from their order, I'm not talking just a small mistake but people leaving missing 3 different kinds of wings in their order.
