I order an Uber eats pick order, I walked in it was me and two other white guys right next to me. They acknowledge both of them with their food. Didn't say a word to me. Another guy walked in who happens to be white. They acknowledge him. Still didn't say nothing to me and then finally on my food was ready to go. They just threw me the bag wow. I placed an online order for 20 traditional wings and received a bonus 5 boneless wings through the rewards program. When my delivery arrived, the entire order including the 20 that I paid for was boneless wings. I did not touch the food, called the store immediately, and even offered to return the full order to show I was not trying to get free food on top of a replacement. The fries were also cold on arrival. When I spoke with the manager, I was told I would have to pay full price again to receive what I originally ordered. No compromise, no partial credit, nothing. I spent $30 on food I cannot eat and was offered zero resolution. I understand mistakes happen. Whether it was a system glitch or human error, I am not sure. What I do know is that a $30 customer who called immediately, never touched the wrong order, and offered to return it deserved better than being told to just pay again. That is not how you retain customers or handle a simple order error. I will be disputing the charge and contacting corporate. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects basic accountability when something goes wrong. read more

I went back to the store. Lisa unceremoniously handed me the bag they forgot to give me the first time with three monotone words "here you go". I wasn't looking for anything free, but what I really did need was at least a "sorry man, here's the rest of your food"'. I would have been fine enough with that to drive back home and eat cold food. This part isn't their fault, but this all was on top of one of the absolute shittiest weeks I've had- like almost drank after 7 years of sobriety bad. (Just reread the first part). All that said, here I am whining about chicken? I chose not to relapse, go me! That was a total shit experience, but in the end, this provided me with some important life perspective. After having a not so great experience at the Miller Park location that I went to because this location was not open yet and now they are so I stopped by to check them out, this is the first week open so it's new. I was not a fan of the Miller Park location because the sign says cooked to order and my food was not hot at all. This place looks mostly take out or delivery because they only have two tabled inside. I was going to mix it up this time and do a mix of 10 garlic Parmesan and Louisiana rub bone in wings. Sauce for dipping is an extra charge and the wings don't come with any. My order was ready in about 5 minutes so I'm thinking once again not cooked to order because that was not enough time to cook and sauce wings. I ate in my car out side the place for fear of cold wings if I went home to eat them. To my amazement the wings were hot and crunchy but not very meaty, no jumbo wings here. The garlic Parmesan were super average with no big flavor. The Louisiana rub wings had a little heat but once again no big flavor. At $12 for 10 wings that were not very meaty and average at best that doesn't include any sauce I don't think that I'm going to be a regular customer. At the $12 price point I feel there are better options around town. read more

Some lady said "well I'm making all my drinks right and for the spilt drink that's DoorDash I can't do nothing about that." clearly if I'm calling the drink is not right. We had a positive experience! Placed an online order on a busy Friday night. My husband ordered garlic Parmesan bone-in wings and I ordered mild and lemon pepper boneless wings. Our order was as ready when we arrived a few minutes early! The staff was friendly. There was a family sitting inside eating. Only a few tables available and a tv on the wall. Parking lot is very chaotic - not my favorite. Ranch and blue cheese are extra. No carrots or celery. The mild sauce didn't taste like much. Next time I will definitely get medium. The lemon pepper sauce was good and my husband liked his wings, but wished there was more sauce. Price was reasonable and quality of chicken was good. Very impressed! I have been here twice so far as i can no longer go to BWs. Everything was fresh, wings were excellent and I love their sauces better than BWs. I placed an order ahead of time for super bowl and they were actually ready to be picked up on time. Dwight was awesome and had everything ready for me. The last two times I got wingstop from the Hales Corners location, there were bugs in my food. I decided to go to the west allis location to hopefully get food without a beetle or earwig in it. When I went to reheat my food, (dumping it onto a tray) I was met with yet another earwig from the bottom of the fry basket. This is seriously disgusting! Tonight I finally got my fiancé to give wing stop another try after hating it for years. I love wing stop over any other wing place but tonight they totally changed my mind. We had placed an order for pick up and my fiancé had went to pick it up. When he came back we realized everything in the bag was wrong and it couldn't have been our food. I called and talked with the manager i believe his name was joe? And he immediately was irritated with me and blamed me for the situation. Asking me if my fiancé said the last name because there was two breanna orders. When shouldn't he the manager or the workers be checking for last names or even IDS with pick up orders? Instead of just offering to remake the food or have my fiancé come back and give the food back he tells me he'll credit my account and just eat the food i was given. Mind you there was like these extremely hot wings in there, no thanks. Then I told him i would just like the food remade. He said okay but because this wrong order had the sides we had wanted that he would only remake the wings and it would be over 25mins. I explained to him that i'd rather have it all remade so we can eat it together and not be some cold. He just argued with me to the point where he ended up hanging up on me.. My fiancé went in and it was more arguing and no one taking our side.. AS PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! Finally they approved a refund BUT NOW WE MUST WAIT 3-4 business days AND NO DINNER. Over priced. Smallest wings I've ever been served. They should be embarrassed. They charge a delivery fee and then ask for a tip. As soon as the order is placed (even with a tip greater than that which was suggested), a text came through notifying me that the delivery was going to be delayed. Worst experience ever! I love Wingstop but the service there is horrible. People arguing cursing. 10 people in the back and still had to wait an hour for my food. The food was cold, wet, and dry at the same time. The employeea were eatting while cooking the food. They also didn't use gloves and hairnets. It felt like some of the employees only wanted to have fun and not talk. The bathroom was not managed well. read more
