Let me just start off by saying the two workers I interacted with were very friendly... This was my first time ordering at this location, but I've been to several other locations and was pleased. I placed my order online and had a 20-25 minute wait, per my confirmation. I arrived about 30 min later and my order was not done. I was ok with waiting a few extra minutes, they did seem rather busy. The strange thing was, one of the workers was outside the door, not letting any customers in. She would call in to the workers for orders and let us know the status. The inside benches were also placed strategically, to block off the path to the back. It seems weird, but I continued to wait outside with the others. Suddenly, a bunch of workers near the register started screaming and scampering like something "alive" was in the floor, at their feet. The worker in the doorway reassured us that it was "just a spider." I imagined a rodent of some sort or perhaps a giant cockroach. And wondered if they were having a problem since this may be why no customers were able to enter the restaurant. Extremelly disappointing experience. The sign up front says "Wings are our thing". I wish it would also say that they are about the size of pigeon wings. I took a photo with my finger touching the wing for perspective. The "wings" took about 20 minutes to come to our table and when the finally arrived, my wings were lukewarm, at best, and my daughter's boneless wings were almost cold. At $25 for both orders, the value, in terms on quantity and quality, is simply not there. If you love wings, stay away from this place. This was my first time ever trying wing stop and the customer service was very lackluster. Quite frankly I'd probably never go back. I was on my way to the summit post office and decided to place an order online, to pick up on my way home from the post office. I entered the store and said "hello" to the young man at the counter. At no point did he respond to my greeting nor asked how can I assist or anything of the sort. The store was empty. At that time I was the only customer present. After realizing I wasn't going to get a response, I proceeded to say "I'm here to pick up an online order. "What's the the name" he asked and I respond. He then turns to where the to go orders were sitting, handed me the bag with the name I asked for. At the same time a gentleman walked in and the same employee who couldn't conjure up the energy to greet me; promptly greeted the gentleman who walked in while he was handing me my order. He basically began to inquire how he could help the gentleman. No thank you have a nice day to me. So basically the same way I was handled when I came in, it's the same way I was treated on the way out. I'm going to take a guess that he assumed I was a food delivery person and not the actual customer. Not that it would make it right, but it's the only thing I could think of that would make him feel that a basic greeting, and thank you to a paying customer wasn't warranted. The wings were mehhhh. Add the experience to that. I'll definitely avoid going back to this establishment. I would try another location because I don't believe in painting all chains with the same brush. But definitely not stepping foot back in this particular location. P.S I've spent most of my professional career either managing and or training customer service teams. Hands down the best Wingstop I've ever been to. I've been coming here for about a month now and the manager is such a nice dude. He delivers the best customer service and I really wish I could leave tips because these guys really work hard and make very yummy food! They're open pretty late (until 11 PM weekdays & 12 AM weekends) which is nice because I'm a night owl and everything around usually closes around 9 PM. The food is so good. I always get the boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays because they're .60 cents! Litttyyy! My go to's are garlic parm and mango habanero. The only con for me is that I have to pay for ranch and blue cheese sad face BUT they are pretty big tubs so they give you your money's worth. Must go if you like wings and close by. read more

Not a great experience at this location and unfortunately a first experience for a friend who came along because two of us went on and on about how great this place is (which typically it is and other locations have been great). Arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 p.m. on a Sunday night. We checked the website prior to heading over and it showed an 11:00 p.m. closing time. We were greeted with "Are you picking up?" and when we said "no", the second thing to come out of the cashier's mouth was, "So this is to go?" We replied with, "No, you're open until 11:00, so we would like to eat here." The cashier rudely said that they were closing at 10:00 that night, not 11:00 and left it at that. When I placed my order, I said that they could just leave the fries out of the order and instead of just saying, "OK" the cashier barked, "well, you're still going to get charged for them." I told her I understood and that was fine. She handed me a receipt, but did not give me the drink cup. I asked for it and she said (she was a real peach), "Oh, now you want the drink??" At this point things were getting pretty uncomfortable and my friends and I watched cautiously as the kitchen staff took their time preparing our food, which we ended up getting after 10:00 (and there was still a customer waiting for her food at this time, too), so I am assuming the rush to close at 10:00 was not actually that important. Because the whole thing became so uncomfortable, we took our wings to go, which one gentleman did thank us for, and left. My wings had a strange taste to them, almost like dishwater (I have had Wing Stop wings before; they have never had this taste or I wouldn't go back (obviously)). So in the end, mine ended up in the trash. I have worked in the restaurant industry. I get it that sometimes a location "has" to close early. But I also know that this is something that can be communicated through a website or at the very least, communicated in a politer manner than the way the cashier spoke to us. I am giving 2 stars only because I know this location specifically usually does a much better job. The person who is responsible for greeting customers as soon as they walk in the door can make or break a business. I personally will not be returning to this location for a while simply because of the interaction with that cashier. I figure if she talks to everyone who walks in like that, she probably won't be there long and it will be safe to return at some point. read more

**PUBLIC WARNING** As a recent, past employee... I had been told and encouraged by management and the owner to take part in, what I believe, and have been taught, to go against food safety regulations and go against the posted wingstop procedures for preparing and handling of food. We, as cooks were directed to use old chicken, or chicken that was handled improperly.. Ie.. Thawed out in warm, standing water, or had been sitting on the floor, outside the cooler overnight. Typically by mixing the "bad" chicken with fresh chicken. I, myself had contracted food poisoning from said practices I have seen the "manager", and been asked by the owner to change the dates on expired products containing eggs and dairy . I have witnessed and have photo proof of roaches in the building, pools of standing chicken blood in the walk-in cooler, as well as stagnant puddles of muck water, and raw chicken on the floors in the kitchen. I was let go for "undermining" and being "disobedient" to "management" for said practices. And for being too critical of the night shift for repeatedly leaving the restaurant in such bad conditions. Having been in the food industry for over 30 years, i have the experience and knowledge to know what is right, and that what was/is happening is wrong, and could be very dangerous for the general public. RAW CHICKEN IS NOT SOMETHING TO COMPROMISE ON. I am not disgruntled .. But feel it is within my duty as being a professional to make all this known for the safety of the customers. SALMONELLA IS NOT SOMETHING TO BE TAKEN LIGHTLY. When the customers feel the need to call, and ask if they are using the bad chicken, or good chicken, that should be a wake up call... When the owner chooses to let someone go, having the experience and knowledge that could be very beneficial to the success of his "livelihood", over keeping a "manager" who the owner has stated several times is inexperienced, and still learning, could be seen as a definite issue, and where his priorities lie. read more

This was the first time that I've ever eaten at a Wing Stop. I gotta say that I wasn't impressed. We ordered the Louisiana Rub and the Lemon Pepper wings. The Louisiana Rub wings were ok. They were hot and fresh but not as flavorful as I thought they'd be. My husband had the Lemon Pepper wings and they were so full of grease that he couldn't finish them even after tryi g to soak up the excess grease with a paper towel.
